Weekend Meditation--The Right To Choose!!!

Exodus 19

We are walking in today: Weekend Meditation--The Right To Choose!!!

Witness testimony throughout the Bible: H5715 `eduwth--testimony, witness
Deuteronomy 17:6 The death sentence is to be carried out only if there was testimony from two or three witnesses; he may not be sentenced to death on the testimony of only one witness.
Torah: Exodus 16:34, 25:21, 26:34, 30:6, 31:18, 32:15; Leviticus 24:3; Numbers 1:53, 17:4
Prophets: Nehemiah 9:34; Jeremiah 44:23
Writings: Joshua 4:16; 2 Kings 11:12, 23:3; 2 Chronicles 34:31; Psalms 19:7, 78:5, 119:14, 119:111, 119:144

2 Corinthians 13:1 This will be the third time that I have come to visit you. Any charge must be
established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.

Exodus 19:2-6
2 After setting out from Refidim and arriving at the Sinai Desert, they set up camp in the desert; there in front of the mountain, Israel set up camp. 3 Moshe went up to God, and Adonai called to him from the mountain: “Here is what you are to say to the household of Ya‘akov, to tell the people of Isra’el: 4 ‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself. 5 Now if you will pay careful attention to what I say and keep my covenant, then you will be my own treasure from among all the peoples, for all the earth is mine; 6 and you will be a kingdom of cohanim for me, a nation set apart.’ These are the words you are to speak to the people of Isra’el.”

The Two Witnesses of Devarim

Heaven and the earth" were called as witnesses to the Covenant the Most High made with His bride, Israel, at the base of Mount Sinai. In a typical Hebrew wedding ceremony, the bridegroom calls two witnesses, friends of the bridegroom, to the marriage. One witness is for the bridegroom and the other is for the bride. The Covenant made at Sinai was, in effect, a marriage proposal. The two witnesses are the heaven and the earth. The witness of heaven is for the bridegroom whereas the witness of the earth is for the bride.

Exo 19:2 For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.

Exo 19:3 And Moses went up unto Elohim, and  the Most High called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;

Exo 19:4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

Exo 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

The Ten Commandments and the judgments (the ketubah) were read to the people. They were promised to become a set apart people unto the Most High. He would bless them and protect them. They would be given the land of Canaan for an eternal possession and He would make them a kingdom of priests unto Him.

However, if they failed to obey, He set before them the consequences of their disobedience. He set before them two courses they could take, they could choose life and go in and possess the land, or they could disobey and be scattered into the world.

Exo 19:14 And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes.

Exo 19:15 And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives.

Exo 19:16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.

Exo 19:17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with Elohim; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

Exo 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Most High descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.
The people gave their final consent to the proposal and the covenant was sealed by the sprinkling of blood.
Exo 24:3 And Moses came and told the people all the words of the Most High, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the Most High hath said will we do.

Exo 24:4 And Moses wrote all the words of the Most High, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel.

Exo 24:5 And he sent young men of the children of Israel, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto the Most High.

Exo 24:6 And Moses took half of the blood, and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

Exo 24:7 And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that the Most High hath said will we do, and be obedient.

Exo 24:8 And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Most High hath made with you concerning all these words.
Once the terms were set and agreed to, they could not be altered.
Deu 4:1 Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Most High Elohim of your fathers giveth you.

Deu 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Most High your Elohim which I command you.

Moses cautioned the ones who were to go into the Promised Land, not to make any graven images, or worship the sun, moon or stars and to not forget the Covenant of the Most High. Then Moses called the Two Witnesses to the Covenant, heaven and earth, to witness against the children of Israel that they would be ejected from the land and be scattered among the nations if they disobeyed.
Deu 4:26 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

Deu 4:27 And the Most High shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the Most High shall lead you.

However, Moses knew that they would not obey and wanted to make sure they got the message and the gravity of it and let them know what would befall them in the latter days.

Deu 30:15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;

Deu 30:16 In that I command thee this day to love the Most High thy Elohim, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Most High thy Elohim shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Deu 30:17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;

Deu 30:18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

Deu 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

Deu 31:28 Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them.

Deu 31:29 For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the Most High, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.

Moses then had one last shot at warning Israel in what is called Shira Ha’azinu, also known as the Song of Moses. Ha’azinu roughly means listen or give ear.

The Song of Moses opens with the following verse:
Deu 32:1 Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
Shira Ha’azinu is a prophecy of the tribulation and the Day of Yahweh!

In essence, what Moses did was to call heaven and earth to witness against Israel what would happen to them if they disobeyed the terms of the wedding covenant they had made with the Most High. They would be egested from the land and scattered into the world and evil would befall them in the latter days.

Were these two witnesses mentioned anywhere in the Renewed Covenant? Yes, they were:

Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Yahshua Himself reaffirmed that as long as the two witnesses to the Covenant remained, that not one yod or one nekudah would pass from the Torah, the Ketubah, until all be fulfilled. There is still much to be fulfilled today. Heaven and earth are still here, so according to Yahshua, the Torah is still in effect today with its Commandments, Statutes and Judgments.

A Renewed Covenant was to be made with the House of Israel and the House of Judah. the Most High had divorced Israel and could not remarry her since she had lain with another and was condemned to death. He had to shed His blood for her sins and she had to die to sin. She had to become a new creation. We are still in the betrothal stage today. We have an earnest of the Spirit as a token of what we will receive when the marriage is consummated at the marriage supper of the lamb. Our wedding ring is the Sabbath. We have been set apart by the Kiddushin, sanctified by the blood of Yahshua. We look forward to our redemption when our bridegroom returns to take us to be with him and the marriage supper begins. We will be changed from this earthly body to a glorified body like our betrothed redeemer and be adorned in clean fine white linen. We will then drink the cup of redemption with him and receive the fullness of the gift of the Ruach HaKodesh. We will then be priests and kings unto the Most High forever.

Then there will be a new set of witnesses, a new heaven and new earth to forever remain as a testament to the eternal covenant between the bridegroom and his bride, Yahshua and His Israel. Halleluyah!

Shema Selah we must hear and listen to the Most High!!  He has not forgotten His chosen, His bride, His people.  All that He has said He will do and watch Him move according to all of His word!  Facebook LIVE video

Men of Torah Day--From Jacob To Israel!! The Conclusion

Genesis 17; Galatians 4

We are walking in today:  Men of Torah Day--From Jacob To Israel!! The Conclusion

Genesis 17:4-7
4 “As for me, this is my covenant with you: you will be the father of many nations. 5 Your name will no longer be Avram [exalted father], but your name will be Avraham [father of many], because I have made you the father of many nations. 6 I will cause you to be very fruitful. I will make nations of you, kings will descend from you. 7 “I am establishing my covenant between me and you, along with your descendants after you, generation after generation, as an everlasting covenant, to be God for you and for your descendants after you.

Although we have touched on a few highlights of the New Covenant, there is much yet to discuss. We must yet look at Father's Everlasting Covenant, to see further details of how the 'Old' is related to the 'New,' and how we are to 'connect the dots' in our understanding.

We must look further at New Covenant Liberty — at Yokes of Bondage, and the freedom to choose. We must look further at Passover, to see how the Blood of the New Covenant is to be sprinkled physically within the Holy place [our inner man] of our Tabernacle or Temple [our bodies]. We must look further at some of the Difficult Words of Paul, and see how these all confirm the many sublime features of Father's Everlasting Covenant.

Two Covenants: The Bondwoman and the Free

Much of Paul’s writings can and has been misconstrued often misinterpret. But as we can see the scriptures always is confirmed by two or three witnesses. Just as Peter and some of the other writers in the scriptures should be compared. This same process of misinterpreting scriptures. Has been applied to understanding The Most High’s covenants as well as the laws that are prerequisites to His covenant. The Allegory of the two Covenants, written by Paul, is no exception. This is an allegory of the two covenants, seen as two mountains, which in turn represent two women, who bring forth two offspring. Keep in mind that the main focus of Paul's teaching here is on the two kinds of offspring, and on the source that brings forth each kind of offspring.

"As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest [twist; pervert], as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction." (2Peter 3:16)

2 Corinthians 13:1 This will be the third time that I have come to visit you. Any charge must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.

In this Galatians 4:19 passage above, we see the main focus of the allegory is the offspring about which the Most High is concerned, and which He desires — it is that Messiah is to become 'formed' within the Believer. This means not only is the baby to be conceived and born, but that it should grow and mature, and not remain an immature 'baby' all its life. Not only should the Life of Messiah become birthed within us, but we should allow His Life living in us to mature, and begin to walk in obedience, and eventually become just like the Father. There is only one offspring that can achieve this goal, but the other is unable to do so — and it is this contrast that is the focus of Paul's allegory. All of the subsequent verses in Paul's allegory show how the intended offspring falls far short, if it is not engendered [brought forth] by the proper woman.

"My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you..." (Galatians 4:19)

In this Galatians 4:19 passage above, we see the main focus of the allegory is the offspring about which El Elyon is concerned, and which He desires — it is that Messiah is to become 'formed' within the Believer. This means not only is the baby to be conceived and born, but that it should grow and mature, and not remain an immature 'baby' all its life. Peter is clearly speaking of the struggles of Israel’s faithfulness to except The Most High’s perfect plan of salvation.

Now let us proceed with Paul's example in Galatians chapter 4:

22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after [according to] the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to [brings forth] bondage, which is Agar.
25 For this Agar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is [physical or natural city], and is in bondage with her children.

Up to this point in the narrative, Paul has pictured the 'Old' Covenant as the bondwoman, as a woman who gives birth to that which is according to the flesh, in attempting to bring forth obedience by self-effort — just as we see in Hagar, who brought forth Ishmael as a result of Abraham's unbelief. Here also, in verse 24 we see the 'Old' Covenant is pictured as Mount Sinai, representing the stone tablets, and the self-effort to obey the Law, reminding us of the Israelites who failed to enter in, and who illustrate the children or offspring of that 'Old' Covenant. As New Covenant Believers, we now understand that the Law [Torah] is like a looking-glass, or mirror. The mirror can show us the imperfections, but it lacks the power to cleanse. The Israelites in that day were under the constraint of the Law, but they lacked the heart, and more importantly, lacked the Grace and faith necessary to obey the Law. The offspring are further described in verse 25 as the "Jerusalem that now is," which corresponds to its inhabitants referred to as the 'Circumcision' elsewhere in the New Testament. These represent all those who would try to be justified by self-effort to keep or obey the works of the Law, but who have not been Born-again, and justified by the Blood of Yahushua.

Now let us notice now the contrast of the two different offspring:

26 But Jerusalem which is above [the New Jerusalem] is free [not in bondage], which is the mother of us all.
27 For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
29 But as then he that was born after the flesh [physical, natural descendants] persecuted him that was born after the Spirit [spiritual descendants], even so it is now.
30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free. (Galatians 4:19-31)

In the above passages, we see the result of the 'Old' Covenant which [in this allegory] pictures self-effort, simply because there is the absence of the New Covenant provisions — Redemption by Blood, Righteousness by Faith, and the Holy Spirit living within, to supply Grace to empower and enable.

Here we see also in verse 28 and 29, that there is no inheritance to those offspring engendered by the flesh, by self-effort, but only to children of the free woman — the children of Promise, just as Isaac was a child of Promise. Paul tells us (Romans 4:14; Galatians 3:29) that it is not through our effort of being obedient to the Law, but only through Messiah that we become heirs according to the promise.

We must caution, however, that many years of tradition based on misunderstanding of Paul's writings still clings to us as baggage. Because of this tradition, we can miss many important truths of how the various parts of the Law [the Torah, or Father's House Rules] are to be considered, and how they are to be obeyed by His redeemed children.

The New Covenant and Yokes of Bondage

As New Covenant Believers, much of our understanding of the 'Yoke' of Bondage has been from Paul's epistles. In all of Scripture, the word yoke speaks of bondage. But have we realized there are two 'Yokes' of Bondage, one as part of the 'Old' Covenant, and one as part of the 'New' Covenant? One of these yokes leads to death; the other leads to Life.

As Paul goes on to explain in Romans 7:3-6, if the Believer [as the wife] has become 'dead' to the Law [no longer under its dominion of sin] by identifying with the death of Messiah, then the Believer is said to be 'dead to the Law by the body of Messiah.' According to the Law [Torah], the wife is no longer in a covenant with [in bondage to] the [dead] husband, but is now free to marry [enter into a new marriage covenant with] Messiah.

That is, once a person is set free from bondage, that one is now free to choose a new Master, and a new marriage Covenant [a new yoke], which we will further discuss below. Let us first notice the contrast to the above passage in Hosea 11:4

"And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant..." (Ezekiel 20:37)

"Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light..." (Matthew 11:29-30)

In the Ezekiel 20:37 passage above, we see that The most High promised to bring Israel into the bond of the Covenant, the bondage or prison of the Covenant, as the Hebrew reads — which is describing the 'yoke' of bondage of the New Covenant, as the context further reveals.

Then in the Matthew 11:29-30 passage above, we see the New Covenant fulfillment of this 'yoke' of Bondage. Here we see Yahushua invites His Disciples into the yoke of [bondage] of the marriage covenant. This appeal by Yahushua is a window into the mystery of (Ephesians 5:32) together with (Colossians 1:27)

Old vs New: A Contrast
The changes or contrasts between the 'Old' and 'New' versions of the Everlasting Covenant are seen in Scripture as enhancements or upgrades, as it were, to the Everlasting Covenant, whereby all the 'fine print' of the Terms and Conditions stated throughout the 'Old' Testament writings [the Tanak, also called the Law or Torah] remain intact even today — as they are said to be eternal, and will never be 'done away.' Thus we see throughout the Scriptures that the eternal Torah requirements for The Most High's Covenant People have not changed. They are the same for us, as they were for the Israelites, and for Yahushua, except for the specific changes, or 'upgrades' mentioned in Scripture. These New Covenant 'upgrades' are summarized in Jeremiah Chapter 31, and are further listed in the book of Hebrews, where these changes are called 'Better Things.'

As a summary of New Covenant promises in Scripture passages mentioned above (Jeremiah 31 and Ezekiel 36), we saw that The Most High will give His people a new heart, and a new Spirit, and will cause His people to walk in His Torah (Ezekiel 36:26-27). This promise is only part of the Torah revelation that His people will become 'Born-Again,' as Messiah becomes 'birthed' within them; and they will be filled with the Holy Spirit to enable and empower them.

The New Covenant: No Compulsion
Under the 'New' Covenant however, there is no compulsion to come under a 'yoke' [of bondage] of obedience to the Covenant. This difference can be understood in light of El Elyon's purposes.

Among the 'New' Covenant changes is the removal of the obligation to obey the Law [Torah]. In its place is the opportunity for the Believer to voluntarily choose to obey the Law [Torah]. As we saw above under the heading, 'Yokes of Bondage,' this last change is according to Torah, and reveals some of Fathers purposes in these last days. One of Father's purposes today is to find a Bride suitable for His Son. Father is looking for those who love His Son — that is, He is looking for those who keep His Commandments (John 14:15). He is looking for those who know His Son — who know that Messiah is the one who gave the Commandments to Moses. Thus Father is looking for those who are Born-Again (who have Messiah 'birthed' within them), and who demonstrate that they know the identity of His Son, by their obedience to Messiah's Commandments written in the Law [the Torah].

When a Believer becomes 'Born-Again,' he is at that time set free from the old yoke of bondage, as discussed above under the heading, 'Yokes of Bondage.' Messiah then invites that one to come under a 'New' yoke of bondage, to become a bond servant of the Master. He then desires that those that come to Him, would voluntarily enter into the bond of the 'New' Covenant with Him; and that because of their love for their Master, they would become yoked as bondservants to obedience to Him, and to His Word.

Love, by its very nature, cannot be made compulsory; it must be of the free will, and of the heart. Yahushua sets us free, so that we are then truly free to choose whom we will serve. We may then choose to serve Him, and to please Him, and delight to do His will, or we may choose not to do so. Whatever choice we make, reveals whether we love Him, or not. However, let us also remember that He has told us:

"No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." (Luke 16:13)

"Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?" (Romans 6:16)

Conclusion

Men Of Torah we have seen that under the 'New' Covenant, the Believers are promised a new heart, and a new spirit, prefiguring the experiences of being 'Born-Again' and being filled with the Holy Spirit;

Men of Torah we have seen that under the 'New' Covenant, the eternal Commandments of Torah are no longer external, written on tables of stone, but are now internal, written on the heart, prefiguring obedience to the same, eternal Torah.

Men of Torah we have seen that the 'New' Covenant provides everything for us that the 'Old' Covenant could not provide, but most importantly, the Grace Messiah gives us, as He lives within us by His Spirit, to enable us, and to empower us to be obedient.

Men of Torah we have seen that under the 'New' Covenant, instead of trying to obey the Commandments by our own strength, our own ability, it is now 'Messiah-in-us' who gives us the 'Grace' — the delight, and the ability, to keep His Commandments!

We have seen that under the 'New' Covenant, we too will delight in the Law in the inward man, just as did the apostle Paul (Romans 7:22), when we, as Paul, begin to walk in obedience to Messiah's eternal and Everlasting New Covenant — According to the Scriptures.

We Are Saved, But Saved From What??What Is Salvation!!!! Part 1

1 Samuel 19

We are walking in today: We Are Saved, But Saved From What?? What Is Salvation!!!! Part 1

Witness salvation throughout the Bible:  H3444 yĕshuw`ah Pronunciation yesh·ü'·ä--salvation,
deliverance, welfare, prosperity, deliverance, salvation (by God), victory

Strong's Number H3444 in the following manner: salvation (65x), help (4x), deliverance (3x), health (3x), save (1x), saving (1x), welfare (1x).

Isaiah 45:8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness:let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the Lord have created it.
Torah: Genesis 49:18; Exodus 14:13, 15:2; Deuteronomy 32:15
Prophets: 1 Samuel 2:1; 2 Samuel 22:51; Isaiah 12:2, 12:3, 25:9, 26:1, 33:2, 49:6, 49:8, 51:6; Jonah 2:9
Writings: 1 Chronicles 16:23; 2 Chronicles 20:17; Job 13:16; Psalm 3:2, 3:8, 9:14, 13:5, 14:7, 18:50

Jeremiah 3:23 Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.

1 Samuel 19:5 For he did put his life in his hand, and slew the Philistine, and the LORD wrought a great salvation for all Israel: thou sawest it, and didst rejoice: wherefore then wilt thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?

Doctrines Of Men. We’ve all heard it before and if not the brief description of man made theology you’ll understand. By the time you finish this article. The unadulterated pure and holy word of The Most High versus raggedy mans theology that’s fickle and subject to change. Or better yet man’s interpretation widely known versus the word of Elohim that is eternal and sovereign. Seldom the word and only the word is taught in the mixed denominations of today. One scripture will be a whole sermon without as commanded let every truth be established by two or three witness’s. Mean let’s The Most Highs word speak without mans commentary. Because errors are soon to follow.

Deuteronomy 19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

Matthew 18:16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

2 Corinthians 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

Today the Most High  is calling His people to look only to His Word — the Bible — for the answers for all Truth. To do this, we must diligently search the Scriptures, but we must first be willing to discard the Traditions and Doctrines of Men. We must then test everything against the Scriptures.
Any idea or notion must be tested against Scripture, just as the Bereans did.

Acts 17:10-11 10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

What is Salvation?
English version:  sal·va·tion salˈvāSH(ə)n/ noun 1. preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss. "they try to sell it to us as economic salvation" synonyms: lifeline, preservation;
2. Theology--deliverance from sin and its consequences, believed by Christians to be brought about by faith in Christ. synonyms: redemption, deliverance, reclamation
"salvation by way of repentance"

Now Hebrew version (original version)
3444. yeshuah ►Strong's Concordance yeshuah: salvation
Original Word: יְשׁוּעָה
Part of Speech: Noun Feminine
Transliteration: yeshuah
Phonetic Spelling: (yesh-oo'-aw)
Short Definition: salvation
NAS Exhaustive Concordance
Word Origin from yasha

deeds of deliverance (1), deliverance (6), help (4), prosperity (1), salvation (61), save (1), saving (1), security (1), victories (1), victory (1).

Many today, however, use additional Bible words and concepts for the word Salvation, resulting in mixed doctrines, resulting in error and confusion. The solution for this is to get back to Scripture, and to use Bible words to define Bible concepts.

Many Scripture passages equate Salvation with Deliverance, rescue, safety, victory, and good health. Here are a few of these:

"...and the LORD wrought a great salvation for all Israel..." (1 Samuel 19:5)

"And that ye will save alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death." (Joshua 2:13)

"O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me." (Psalms 7:1)

"Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men." (Psalms 59:2)

"And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him." (James 5:15)

"And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;" (2 Peter 2:5)

Still other passages equate Salvation with rescue of the soul, and Eternal Life. Here are a few passages:

"The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalms 27:1)

"With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation." (Psalms 91:16)

"Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive." (Ezekiel 18:27)

"Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls." (James 1:21

In order to re-adjust our thinking back to Biblical terms, we must "un-learn" some of the previous concepts we might have picked up along the way, most of which are un-Biblical Traditions and Doctrines of Men.

Salvation: Past, present, and Future
First, the New Testament shows Salvation as not only a past action, but as a present, ongoing process, and even as a future event or goal. As if that were not complicated enough, Scripture shows that each of the 3-fold parts of man — spirit, soul, and body — must undergo its own aspect of Salvation, also called Redemption in Scripture.

The simplest way for us to understand the New Testament Truths of Salvation is to look at the examples given to us in Scripture by the Holy Spirit. These examples reveal past, present, and future aspects of Salvation, and are scattered throughout the New Testament for our learning. These examples help us to clearly understand the meaning of some of the more obscure passages. Yahuweh wants His People to find these Truths, and to become prepared to enter in to the Promised Land.

First we will look at a few example passages that show past, present, and future aspects of salvation:

Past Tense: 'Saved' (These include Greek Aorist and Perfect Tenses):

"And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace." (Luke 7:50)

"And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee." (Luke 18:42)

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:" (Ephesians 2:8)

"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began," (2Timothy 1:9)

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;" (Titus 3:5)

"I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not." (Jude 1:5)

Present Tense: 'Being Saved' (These include Greek Present Tense, Passive Voice, Participle):

"Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved?" (Luke 13:23a)
"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God." (1 Corinthians 1:18)

"For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:" (2 Corinthians 2:15)

"And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it..." (Revelation 21:24a)

Future Tense: 'Shall Be Saved' (These include Greek Future Tense, Active and Passive Voice, Indicative Mood):

"And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." (Matthew 1:21)

"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved." (Matthew 10:22)

"But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Matthew 24:13)

"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Mark 13:13)

"He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." (Mark 16:16)

"But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they." (Acts 15:11)

"By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain." (1 Corinthians 15:2)

Much of what we know and understand has been tainted by centuries of Tradition and Doctrines of Men. We must therefore return to Scripture!

Using Bible Words for Bible Truths

Most today use the word 'saved' and 'salvation' to refer to many things in Scripture. Just as we see the importance of using Bible words, we also must get back to Bible definitions of words. One of the greatest inroads satan has made against the Believers is the re-defining of Bible words by the Theologians, resulting in the Doctrines of Men, which turn men from the Truth (see Titus 1:14). Further insight into these Bible words will be gained when we look at Israel in the Wilderness, for our warning, and for our learning, as the Biblical example of Our Salvation.

Titus 1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Zachariah 4 in its entirety key verse 7

Zachariah 4:7
7 Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shouting’s, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

Grace-Grace!

Today El Elyon is speaking to His people regarding their preparation to come into the presence of the King. Even as Esther underwent many months of preparation before she was brought into the presence of the king, so we today are being prepared for our King An important aspect of our preparation is that we must be established in El Elyon’s Grace. To understand Biblical grace, we must first unlearn some of what the theologians are saying. There is no "age of grace," or at least Noah was not aware of this notion. The Bible says Noah found grace in the eyes of the Most High! (See Genesis 6:8.) But let us begin with what most of us understand as 'grace.'

Genesis 6:8
But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

The Scriptures reveal that there are not one, but two aspects of His Grace — one of which has gone largely unnoticed, but which is a vital part of our preparation.

Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house. (Luke 5:23-24)

Two Aspects of El Elyon’s Grace

1) "Thy sins be forgiven thee" [The grace of Mercy and Forgiveness]; and

2) "Rise up and walk" [The grace given to Rise up, and Walk with Yahushua].

Here Yahushua is speaking prophetically of our resurrection life — of our "rising up and walking" in daily, resurrection life with Him. Thus we see in the above passage both aspects of El Elyon's Grace — the grace of His mercy and forgiveness, and the grace He gives us to walk with Him, in His Way.

By Grace Alone

We must first understand that there is no justification apart from the shed Blood of the Lamb of El Elyon, which takes away the sin of the world. Anything good that we would do can not add one whit to our justification. In fact, the Word of the Most High tells us that all our righteousness are as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6) We must thoroughly learn that our means of justification is not from ourselves — and that Yahushua alone is our righteousness. It was this mystery of "Messiah in you" that the Apostle Paul preached, warning every man, and teaching every man, in all wisdom (Colossians 1:27-29). Indeed it is Paul who tells us (Romans 5:9-10) that, after first having been justified by El Elyon's Blood – that is, having been reconciled by His death, and Born Again – much more to be considered is that we are to be saved by His life — the life of Messiah in you. So we see that the two ideas of Grace-Grace and Messiah in You are intertwined

Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful. (Psalms 116:5)

That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 5:21)

The Seed of Righteousness

The Lord has illustrated many Truths of the Kingdom of the Most High by use of word pictures, or parables, by which many complicated Truths may be seen and understood. Many of the parables Yahushua spoke reveal the two-fold nature of Grace, and of Righteousness. Yahushua plants the seed — the soil does nothing but to receive the seed. In this action of El Elyon’s planting we may clearly see the first aspect of Grace with which we are familiar — the Grace of Forgiveness. Yahushua plants the seed — the soil does nothing but to receive the seed. In this action of The Most High's planting we may clearly see the first aspect of Grace with which we are familiar — the Grace of Forgiveness.

Having forgiven us, Yahushua, by His Grace, plants the seed of His Word, even the Seed of Himself — and thus His righteousness — in our heart. There is nothing the soil must do, except to receive the seed
.
Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it. (Isaiah 45:8)

This pouring down from the skies pictures the Most High planting the seed of His Righteousness — Messiah-in-us — by His Grace. He has imputed His Righteousness to us, by Grace through Faith; and He has placed the Seed of Himself within our heart, that He might dwell within, and mature into a Tree of Righteousness within us. The second thing we see in the above passage is Righteousness that springs up from the earth, even as a plant springs forth from the seed that has been planted in the earth, and eventually bears fruit. This springing up speaks of the life of Yahushua, as the Tree of Life within us, living by His Grace. Notice in the above passage that both the acts of pouring down, and of springing up, are claimed by the Most High to be His own work; and are thus both by His grace — "I the LORD have created it."

And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. (Psalms 37:6)
Light ("Righteousness") is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. (Psalms 97:11)
For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Most High will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations. (Isaiah 61:11)
The above passages reveal that the seed is sown for the fruit, and that it is the the Most HIgh who causes righteousness to spring forth and produce the harvest. Thus we see again, that both the sowing of the seed, and the springing forth of the plant, are by Hashem’s Grace alone!

Trees of Righteousness

We must turn our attention to the mature plant — the tree. Now if the seed is called Righteousness, what is the fruit called? And what is the tree called? We know from practical experience that if we want to harvest corn, we must plant corn seeds. Likewise, if we want a harvest of peaches, we must plant peach seeds. The Lord has illustrated this principle to us, and tells us what fruit we can expect from His planting of the Seed of Righteousness:

Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. (Php 1:11)

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. (James 3:18)

Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness... (2Co 9:10)

Thus we see that the Seed of Righteousness that is sown in our heart is to eventually produce the fruit of Righteousness. Our focus now is the tree. Since we know that the Fruit of Righteousness comes from the Seed of Righteousness, what is the tree called? Yahushua tells us:

For every tree is known by his own fruit. (Luke 6:44a)

The fruit the tree will bear is the Fruit of Righteousness — for the tree is known [named] by its fruit.
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. (Isa 61:3)

Beloved, the Most High is talking about people that are called trees of Righteousness. He also tells us that these trees are those that He has planted, and established, unlike the tares that have been planted by an enemy (See Matthew 13:24-30). This tree can bee seen in another sense, in the following passage:

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life (Proverbs 11:30a)

The Fruit of Righteousness

Now if we understand that Messiah within us is the Seed; and Messiah within us is the Tree — then what is the nature of the fruit that Messiah would produce in us? Let's notice the following verses:

He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works. (Psalms 104:13)

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. (Proverbs 31:31)

That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; (Colossians 1:10)

This fruit, however, is not produced by man — it is produced by Yahushua Messiah, living within us:

Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:11)

El Elyon’s Goal: The Harvest

Before we home in on our main theme of our being prepared for Messiah, let us first Summarize what we have seen.

1. We have seen that The Most High's goal is that the Seed He plants in our heart should be allowed to sprout, or spring forth, and mature, so that it becomes as a 'Tree of Righteousness, the planting of the the Most High.

2. We have seen the that there is a second aspect of the Most High's grace, and of His righteousness — that of springing up in order to produce fruit.

3. We have seen that The Most High’s purpose for this Tree of Righteousness ("Messiah in you," as the Apostle Paul puts it) is to bear the Fruit of Righteousness — for the tree is known (identified, or named) by its fruit.

4. We might say that El Elyon's purpose and goal is that the Seed of Light is to be sown in our heart, in order to harvest the fruit of Righteousness, which consists of works of righteousness done by the life of Messiah-in-us, living within.

5. We have seen that both righteousness poured out, and righteousness that springs up from the earth, are both claimed by the Most High to be His creation, hence they are both by His grace.

5. We have seen also in the same passage in Isaiah 45:8 that salvation and righteousness spring up together.

6. We might say also that this Fruit of Righteousness is the 'precious fruit of the earth' for which the husbandman waiteth! (James 5:7.) Likewise, we might say that God's grace is the seed that yields the fruit of obedience, as seen in (Romans 1:5).

Works Produced By Grace

We are told in the letter to the Philippians the following:

"...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure." (Php 2:12b-13)
Again, we must be reminded that it is not our own works that qualify as Fruit of Righteousness; these are mere dead works. The true Fruit of Righteousness is simply the works that Yahushua, as He lives within us, produces on His own initiative, with our cooperation, in obedience to His Word! (Philippians 1:11) Beloved, we must come to the realization that Messiah in you is not only your hope of glory, but is your only hope of glory — and your only hope of obeying, of pleasing and of delighting the Father. It is only Messiah-in-us that can do any of these things, so we must allow Him to produce the fruit of obedience within us!

What Would Yahushua Do?

Beloved, what do you think? If Messiah is living in you, would He obey the Commandments of the Father any less (while living in you today) than He did when He walked on the earth almost 2,000 years ago? Let us remember — Yahushua is the same yesterday, and today, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8) Our New Master has set us free, but we have allowed the old master (Hasatan) to re-shackle us back into bondage, simply because we have not been fully yoked to the New Master. Notice what Yahushua is saying to us today, in our generation:

"...Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition." (Matthew 15:6)

"...laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men...ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition...making the word of God of none effect through your tradition..." (Mark 7:8,9,13)

According to the above Scripture verses, it is Traditions and Doctrines of Men that prevent Messiah Yahushua from fully living out His life of obedience in His people. Just as it was true for the Pharisees in Yahushua day, so it is true for us today. Beloved, we must remember that under the Grace of the New Covenant, we are under no obligation to keep any of the things that please or delight the Father. The only motive for any New Testament action is our love for our Father — and our desire to avoid what Father hates, and to do what pleases Father — and to choose that in which Father delights (Isaiah 66:4).

So it was with Yahushua. You would not have seen Yahushua keeping the Father's Commandments out of a sense of duty or obligation, also called legalism. You would have seen Him, however, doing the mystery of the will of the Father — because he had been instructed by the Law [Torah], and because He loved His Father, and desired to abide by Father's House Rules! (Romans 2:18). Many pastors and Bible teachers tell us today, that because of various and sundry theological reasons, we as Believers today are not supposed to do a particular thing. Many Bible scholars today are teaching that various doctrines or practices are only for a certain group, or a certain era, and not for Today's New Testament Saints in a 'Time' of Grace. To that we should respond in our hearts, "What would Yahushua do?"

Roman 2:18
And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law

Messiah In You

Beloved, there are many Doctrines of Men that we have accepted as 'truth' that are actually hindering and preventing "Messiah living within us" from His own obedience to the Father. The Grace of El Elyon is present, waiting to enable us, as soon as our doctrines will allow us to obey. Yet many of us are still living our spiritual life as the disobedient son in the parable of Matthew 21, by not keeping the commandments of the Father. We continue to refuse to keep all His Commandments, simply because we have been taught serious error concerning matters of grace and of the New Covenant. Paul reminds us also that we were reconciled by El Elyon’s death, but much more we are saved by his life (Romans 5:9-10). According to Paul in this passage, our abiding, daily life of walking with Messiah, with "Messiah in us," is much more to be considered, than simply our reconciliation — our forgiveness! Like the Israelites, we have been brought out of Egypt by the Blood of the Lamb of the Most High The Israelites had been brought out, but failed to enter in because of disobedience. Yet we must still enter in to the Promised Land by obedience — by "Messiah in us" living out His own obedience within us! Let us recall this passage:

"...To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:" (Colossians 1:27-28

Thus we see in the above passage "Messiah in us" is our only hope of being presented perfect, and our only hope of [entering into] Glory! For two thousand years the 'Come-out' ministries have ministered the grace of salvation to the Believers. Today there is very small number of 'Enter-in' ministries, who are to locate the very small remnant of Overcomers, and prepare them to overcome, even as did Joshua and Caleb, who alone were able to enter in!

Shema Selah, let us consider this awesome teaching on biblical grace for this weekend meditation!! Facebook LIVE video

Men of Torah Day--Which Commandments Do We Observe??

John 14

We are walking in Today: Men of Torah Day--Which Commandments Do We Observe??

Witness Torah throughout the Bible: H8451 towrah--law, direction, instruction, direction (human or divine), body of prophetic teaching, instruction in Messianic age, body of priestly direction or instruction, body of legal directives, law, law of the burnt offering, of special law, codes of law, custom, manner, the Deuteronomic or Mosaic Law

Nehemiah 8:2 And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation both of men and women, and all that could hear with understanding, upon the first day of the seventh month.

Torah: Genesis 26:5; Exodus 13:9, 18:16, 18:20; Leviticus 7:37, 11:46; Numbers 15:16; Deuteronomy 4:8, 17:11
Prophets: Ezra 7:6, 7:10; Nehemiah 8:1, 8:14; Isaiah 2:3, 8:16; Jeremiah 2:8, 18:18; Ezekiel 22:26; Daniel 9:11; Zephaniah 3:4; Zechariah 7:12; Malchi 4:4
Writings: Joshua 1:8, 8:31, 8:34; 2 Kings 17:13, 17:34; 2 Chronicles 23:18; Psalm 1:2, 37:31, 119:44; Proverbs 1:8, 4:2

Psalm 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Which Commandments?

We must next ask, "What Law do we obey? "We have been told for years that the Old Testament has been nullified, done away with, and does not apply to New Testament Saints." "We have been taught that Yahushua fulfilled all the Law and the Prophets, so we would not be obliged to do so ourselves." " Precious Saints of the Most High the Most High, much of the teachings we have been given are a muddled mixture of half-truths based on vague understanding, along with the traditions of men, and even a few outright lies.

If ye love me, keep my commandments. (John 14:15)

Here we see that Yahushua equates loving Him with keeping of His commandments. Just a few verses later, however, we see that Yahushua equates loving Him with keeping His words:

... If a man love me, he will keep my words:... the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. (John 14:23,24)

Thus we see that Yahushua Himself explained that love for Him is the keeping of Yahushua's commandments, which are the SAME as Yahushua's words, which are in reality the words of the Father!

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. (1 John 5:3)

Think not that I am come to DESTROY THE LAW, or the prophets... Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law... Whosoever therefore shall BREAK ONE OF THESE LEAST COMMANDMENTS, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:17-19)

Notice that when Yahushua used the word 'therefore,' he made the connection between the Commandments The "Law and the Prophets" is one name for the Old Testament, and the Old Covenant. So, Yahushua is telling us that the words of the Law and the Prophets, the Old Testament, are the Commandments of the Most High.

the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. (1 Corinthians 14:37)

Some have wrongly concluded from this verse that the writings of the Apostles are the only commandments of the Most High we must obey. This view, however, would seem to contradict what Yahushua said in the above verses in Matthew 5:17-19. However, from the above verse the only thing we may conclude is exactly what it says — that what Paul writes are the commandments of the Most High! This would imply that all the writings of the New Testament are simply a Holy-Spirit inspired, revealing explanation of the Commandments of the Most High!

Many Clues
First, let us understand that the Most High has concealed — has hidden much of His Word, especially His Commandments, from men. It is His glory to conceal His Word, but the honor of kings to search it out. He does not allow the casual observer to find Him, but guards His presence and His heart fiercely, for His presence is only for those who search Him out diligently, showing their faith and love for Him. Other than what is mentioned in Hebrews, the Law and the Prophets remain as the Testimony of which commandments are to be written on the heart. Even the Prophets speak of a future time, when Messiah will be ruling in Jerusalem. Notice what will be happening:

"And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles." (Zechariah 14:16)

Our Father has given us abundant evidence showing us which Law the Most High writes upon our hearts. Let us first note that after Moses had broken the first set of tablets containing the Ten Commandments, he went back up upon the mount, where the Most High wrote a second set with words identical to the first set:

"And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou brakest... And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments." (Exodus 34:1,28)

"And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments..." (Deuteronomy 10:4)

This second set of tablets written by the finger of the Most High is a beautiful foreshadowing of the New Covenant. The first set of stone tablets was thrown down and broken by Moses, and speaks figuratively of the Old Covenant which the Most High knew could only be broken. The second set of stone tablets written by the Most High speaks of the New Covenant, which foreshadowed what was to be written on the tables of the heart, and not be broken. Beloved, when we come to the realization that it is Yahushua that wrote the Ten Commandments with His finger upon the external tables of stone, His words in the following verses take on new significance:

"If ye love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15)

"If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love." (John 15:10)

"By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." (1 John 5:2-3)

The Final Test
In Yahushua's discourses to His disciples, He spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven. He said that in that day, many would call Him 'Lord' but would not be able to enter the Kingdom. He goes on to explain that only the ones doing the will of the Father will be admitted. Let us look closely:

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:21-23)

In this generation, the Law of the Most High has been tossed aside. Both the Second and Fourth Commandments have been "spiritualised" out of the lives and teachings of countless multitudes of Believing ones. The Law of the Most High has been tossed away in our thinking to the ash-heap of a lesser Covenant, the victim of teaching of a lawless form of grace. It is this issue of iniquity — specifically, obedience or disobedience to the Ten Commandments, [including the Second and Fourth Commandments], that will be the determining factor of whether Yahushua knows us, or whether He says, "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:23)Let us be reminded that the foundation of our love for the Master, and the beginning of the walk of liberty, is our voluntary action of going before the Master, and of bending our ear to the door post, where:

"... his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever." (Exodus 21:6)

Ye shall lay up these my words in your heart... And ye shall teach them your children... And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house..." (Deuteronomy 11:18-20)

"Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors." (Proverbs 8:34)

Let us begin to obey the Commandments of the Most High, not of compulsion, not for justification or righteousness — but out of our love for Him. Love, as the motive for obedience under the New Covenant, is stronger than the threat of the penalty of death, which was the motive for obedience under the Old Covenant. Thus we see that Love is stronger than death Let us pray for those that would tell us that obeying the Commandments of the Most High is "bondage." Love truly is a bondage, but many Believers today do not yet understand this Biblical truth (See Col 3:14, 1 John 2:4-5). Let us also remember, that our prayers are answered because we keep His commandments, and because we do what is pleasing in His sight (See 1 John 3:22). There are many who have been set free from the bondage of sin, by the Blood of Yahushua, and have come down off Mount Sinai into the valley. They have been set free, but they have not yet chosen this day whom they will serve. They are yet in the Valley of Decision.

Let us therefore, choose to love Yahushua, bend our ear to the door post, to the place where His Word is written, listening diligently, that we might walk in obedience to Him. In doing so, we shall be fulfilling the Word of the Most High to us through Paul, wherein it is said,

Stand fast therefore in the Liberty, wherewith Christ hath made us free,
and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
(Galatians 5:1)

Freedom To Choose !!!! Part 1

Roman 6

We are walking in today: Freedom To Choose !!!! Part 1

Witness liberty throughout the Bible: H1865 dĕrowr--a flowing, free run, liberty

Psalm 119:45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

Torah: Leviticus 25:10
Prophets: Isaiah 61:1; Jeremiah 34:8, 34:15, 34:17; Ezekiel 46:17
Writings:

James 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Roman 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

New Covenant Liberty: Freedom to Choose

Perhaps the most important, but sublime, message of the entire Bible is that message of the freedom — the liberty — that Messiah Yahushua has procured for his people. Before a man is set at liberty he has no freedom to choose whom he will serve. He is in bondage to, and is the slave of, sin; he has no choice but to serve sin. However, once he is set free, he is free indeed. The Apostle Paul gives us insight into this freedom. Paul had just exhorted the Corinthian Believing ones no longer to continue in sin, but to consider themselves dead to sin, and alive unto the Most High thorough Yahushua. Paul was telling them that now that they have been set free, they have a choice of whom they will serve.

For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:14

This message is the fact that El Elyon, in His mercy, has set men free from the bondage of sin, in order that men may then have the freedom to choose whom they will serve. The remainder of the New Testament message is the Most High’s revelation to man concerning The Most High's purposes for setting men free, and the ultimate destination of our journey as freed men. Along with this is revealed some of the features of this freedom we have under the New Covenant, as well as the boundaries of the redeemed man's new freedom.

Beware!

This subject of liberty is, however, one of the most active areas of attack by Satan against the lives of countless saints of the Most High. These attacks are Satan's attempts to deceive The Most High’s people regarding El Elyon’s purposes for, and the boundaries of, the liberty Yahushua has bought for us. Many false teachers have wrested, or twisted and perverted, the words of Paul, so much that what is being taught today as "truth" does not even resemble what was taught by the disciples of Paul's day.

Set Free at Last!

We see within all of Scripture that the liberty of his children is very important to the heart of the Father. Indeed, one of the purposes of the Most High can be seen in El Elyon's commission from the Father:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to... set at liberty them that are bruised... Luke 4:18b

It is near to the Most High’s heart to set His people free, but free for what purpose What does a freed prisoner do after he is set free? Is he free to do as he pleases, since he is now free? Is he now able to go out and break the Law as he sees fit? We are encouraged in many ways to choose those things that serve and please the Most High. We are, however, warned not to return to the bondage we were in before we were free:

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Messiah hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

Bondage Again?

King Zedekiah, released all the Hebrew bond slaves in the city. When the king, and all the princes and the people had heard that every one should set the servants free every seventh year, in accordance with the Word of the Most High, they did so. But afterwards, they had a change of heart, and required that the servants be put back under bondage again: This brought a swift pronouncement of judgment from El Elyon, from which we can glean what El Elyon’s thoughts are about His people going back under bondage.

But afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, whom they had let go free, to return, and brought them into subjection for servants and for handmaids. (Jeremiah 34:11)

But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom ye had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids. Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me... I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth. (Jeremiah 34:16-17)

Two Bondages

But, has not the Most High provided a means for slaves that have been set free, to go back voluntarily under bondage of slavery to the master? Let's look at one passage:

If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever. (Exodus 21:2, 5-6)

The difference lies in the fact that, in the one case, El Elyon's disfavor and judgment comes when the freed bond servants are caused or compelled to return to bondage; in the other case, the Most High's favor comes when the freed bond servant goes back into voluntary bondage, or servanthood, returning out of the motive of love! This difference is the very ground — the very foundation — of New Testament Truth. Paul made a statement, regarding servants in the natural, in which a hidden spiritual truth is revealed. We may also see shining through this verse the two-step process of one man who is first set free, and then returns to become the voluntary bond servant of Messiah.

For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Messiah's servant. (1Corinthians 7:22)

The New Covenant: An Exchange of Yokes

When Yahushua came to earth, He came into a world in which all people were yoked to the bondage of sin and death. Yahushua came to proclaim liberty, or freedom from the power of sin, and from the penalty of sin.

I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that TAKE OFF THE YOKE on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them. (Hosea 11:4)

TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For MY YOKE is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:29-30)

In all of scripture, the word yoke speaks of bondage. In the above passage it sounds as if Yahushua is advocating a yoke of bondage for the Believing ones, after having first removed the yoke from them! The key phrase here is "... thou shalt not compel him... ." We now can see the contrast of two different motivations of servanthood: the one of compulsion, seen in Leviticus 25:39; the other of love, seen in Exodus 21:2, 5-6.

And if thy brother that dwelled by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant: (Leviticus 25:39)

No Compulsion

Perhaps the most surprising feature of the New Covenant is that it is one in which there is no compulsion. We observe that Yahushua does not compel anyone to become a bond servant. He does, however, compel people to come to Him to be set free, and to repent, and then compels them to come in to dine with Him. He then desires that those that come to Him, of their own free will, would enter into the New Covenant with Him; and that because of their love for their Master, they would choose to become bondservants to Him. We may then choose to serve Him, and to please Him, and delight to do His will, or we may choose not to do so. Whatever choice we make, reveals whether we love Him, or do not love Him. However, let us also remember that He has told us:

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. (Luke 16:13

This is a warning that Yahushua has issued to all that would make that choice to know Him, and to serve Him, and to delight to do His will. After He has set us free from all forms of bondage, we must take heed not to allow ourselves back under any form of bondage. To do so would threaten our relationship with Him, and even jeopardize  the very grace that enables us to walk with Him, and to serve Him as our only Master. In order to truly serve Him, however, we must move from the realm of death, to the realm of Life; That is, we must move from the realm of living by the externals of the letter of the Law, to the realm of living by the internals of the Law on the heart.

The Law: External vs. Internal

Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? (Acts 15:10)

In this passage, Peter is describing how that some of the Believing ones of the Jews were requiring new converts to undergo circumcision, and were commanding them, or compelling them, saying that they must keep the Law of Moses. The decision was made by the Apostles and Elders at Jerusalem not to require the circumcision, but to require certain heathen practices to be avoided, and that they not command them to keep the Law of Moses. This appeared to many to be a complete repudiation, by Paul, of the Law of Moses. Paul was even falsely accused of trying to change the customs of Moses, and of "forsaking" the Law of Moses. But what was Paul really teaching? Let us first observe that circumcision is the outward sign, or seal, of the Covenant between the Most High and Abraham, and with Abraham's Seed (See Rom 4:1-25, Gal 3:16). The Jews of Paul's day knew this, yet they were not able to grasp the idea of a new thing — of having an internal circumcision. They were requiring new converts to be circumcised externally, in accordance with their understanding and tradition!

The Jews also knew that obedience to the Law of Moses was not optional. It was their understanding in the natural sense that led them to compel new converts to "obey the Law." But by doing so, Peter explains, they are putting a "yoke" on the neck of the disciples! To both the Jews and the Apostles, this controversy was no small matter!

In both instances, of the matter of Circumcision, and of "compelling" ones obedience to the Law of Moses, it took a revelation from El Elyon to Paul, to reveal the new thing that the Most High was doing. The new thing was that the Most High was moving from the external Law of El Elyon, to one that is internal — as foretold by the Prophet in Jeremiah 31:33. The Law of El Elyon was no longer to be written on stone — but with the Finger of the Most High upon the heart — a heart circumcised by the Master Himself! the Most High has made it all very simple for us to understand. The Old Covenant was a covenant of externals, written on external tables of stone, and having an external circumcision. The New Covenant, however, is a covenant of internals, written on internal tables of the heart, and having an internal circumcision!

Delight is a Mystery

Let us now look further, and let us observe carefully what else Paul states about the Law:

For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: (Romans 7:22)

Here Paul is saying that he delights in the Law! He is actually speaking the same words spoken by the psalmist:

I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. (Psalms 40:8)

So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin." (Romans 7:25b)

What do we see in the above passage? We see that Paul serves the Law of the Most High!

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;" (Hebrews 10:16)

"And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live." (Deuteronomy 30:6)

"But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people." (Jeremiah 31:33)

The Law on the Heart: the Most High's Purpose

We must sometimes use a little common sense in trying to figure out what El Elyon has in mind. If the Most High says He will write His Law on our hearts, then His purpose must be for us to obey that Law, after having been justified by His grace. Why else would El Elyon write His Law on our hearts — so that we would not obey it?

The Galatians' Problem

In Paul's letter to the Galatians, Paul reveals that those of the Galatian Believers were attempting to teach that circumcision was part of the Most High's requirement for being "justified." They were teaching, and practicing, a mixture of justification by faith and by works, and had even progressed to the point that they were celebrating heathen religious holidays that we see commonly practiced in the congregations today. This mixture of errors by the Galatians resulted in Paul's letter of correction. Note carefully that in the letter to the Galatian Believers, Paul says that it is those that attempt to be justified by the Law that have "fallen from Grace." If we think that we are justified in the sight of El Elyon by our keeping of the Law, or by doing any other good thing, then we are attempting to be justified by that good thing; thus we have fallen from the position of justification by grace, to the position of justification by works. We have "fallen from Grace."

However, if our justification is the shed Blood of Yahushua alone, then Yahushua Himself is our justification, and we are receivers of His Grace. We then have the freedom to choose whether or not to obey Him, and freedom to choose whether to obey His Law that He writes on our hearts. The end result is that some will choose to obey the Most High's law — not in order to become justified, but because they are justified, and because they love El Elyon, and desire to please Him!

The Galatians Opposed The Most High’s Purposes

This problem was one of "antinomianism," which simply means a state of being "without any Law at all," a sort of no-man's-land in between Grace and Works. Antinomian teaching suggested that once a person is set free, he does not need to serve anyone at all! He is free, and will not have anyone telling him what to do; he will not obey any Laws at all. "

Crept in Unawares

There is a concept of Grace being taught today that rejects the concept of walking in Grace — and according to the Law — at the same time, as Paul did and taught. The idea of obedience to the "Old Testament Law" by New Testament Believing ones is rejected by the majority of evangelical teachers today. Obedience to the Law of the Most High is considered today to be the teaching of the "legalistic" denominations, and the realm of cults — the "camp of the enemy." Thus the teachings of Paul have been twisted and distorted beyond recognition by false teachers, prophets, and apostles. It is these false teachers, and their teachings, of which Yahushua, Peter, and Paul said, "Beware!"

We must ask, "Why is there such an outcry today among popular evangelical pastors and teachers, and in other Bible-based groups, against obedience to the Law of the Most High?"

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. (Romans 8:7)

A Walk of Love

After a man is set at liberty from the Bondage of Sin, and from sin's strength (the Law), there are only two choices of further action for him to take; there are only two masters. He will either choose to serve the one, in obedience unto Life, or else he will end up choosing to serve the other, in obedience to sin unto death. One choice results in going back into bondage of sin and the world; the other choice is that of choosing to return to the Master, out of love, to take on His yoke of Bondage, and results in liberty and life.

And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts. (Psalms 119:45)

We see two things here. First, we see that remaining free is a walk — a walk of obedience to Yahushua, and to the Father. Secondly, we must seek El Elyon, and His precepts. After He has set us free, we who have chosen to become bondservants, and who desire to love Him, must continually seek His precepts, and must obey, must walk in His Law, as He reveals it to us. In doing so, we are to remember that we are not justified by our works — by what we do. We do, however, seek to please the Father, and so we must walk in obedience because of our love of the Father. Our goal, our destination in this walk, is our love of Yahushua, and of the Father, and of the Brethren.

Now the end (the aim, purpose, or goal) of the commandment is charity (love) out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned..." (1Timothy 1:5)

Here we see that our goal, our destination in this walking in the Commandments, is our love of Yahushua, and love of the Father, and love of the Brethren.

Messiah In Us !!!

Exodus 20

We are walking in today:  Messiah In Us !!!

Ezekiel 3:24 Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house.

Torah:  Genesis 6:4, 39:11; Exodus 25:11; Leviticus 16:2
Prophets:  1 Samuel 25:36; 2 Samuel 7:2; Ezra 10:9; Isaiah 56:5; Jeremiah 28:3; Ezekiel 44:17
Writings: 1 Kings 6:16, 6:21; Psalms 101:2, 101:7

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Exodus 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Whom Do You Say That I Am?
Messiah In You

mes·si·ah  məˈsīə/   noun  1. the promised deliverer of the Jewish nation prophesied in the Hebrew Bible.  2.  a leader or savior of a particular group or cause.

Messiah or Hamashiach in Hebrew means a deliverer of the Hebrews. Delivered from what? I thought the Hebrews freedom from slavery occurred already with the black Egyptian dynasty and The Great I Am that I Am. Calling Moses to lead El Elyon’s people to worship His feast days and practice His commandments as they where taught.

That meant the Messiah had to keep delivering Israel beyond several times. Due to the fact that the Hebrews of old had a stiff neck, hardheaded donkey mind, mule hearted purpose to be fullfiled always by El Elyon. All knowing, all powerful, all planned. Trust He did send deliverers throughout Israel’s many captivities.

The question is--if you know your God is The God of All Gods and He has proven it time and time again. Why would you keep doing everything contrary to what He teaches.???? Knowing your are going to fail and be in bondage and loose everything given promised ect… In this writing we will look at several items that will help us to discern His will, so that we might allow Messiah who lives within us, to bring us in.

Discerning His Will

Let's take particular note of the consistency and urgency of the following statements, as we try to listen for, and discern His will for us. And as you read along, remember this is the Word of the Most High, who is Yahushua Messiah, speaking to us in all of these passages:

And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. (Exodus 20:6)

And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments. (Deuteronomy 5:10)

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; (Deuteronomy 7:9)

Therefore thou shalt love the LORD thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, always. (Deuteronomy 11:1)

For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; (Deuteronomy 11:22)

If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love the LORD thy God, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three: (Deuteronomy 19:9)

In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. (Deuteronomy 30:16)

But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul. (Joshua 22:5)

And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments: (Nehemiah 1:5)

And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments; (Daniel 9:4)

If ye love me, keep my commandments. (John 14:15)

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. (John 14:21)

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide [remain] in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. (John 15:10)

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep commandments. (1John 5:2)

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. (1John 5:3)

Beloved, the above passages show the close connection of love, El Elyon’s commandments. We note from the above passages that the ultimate test of our love is based on whether or not we keep Yahushua commandments.
I find it interesting that the laws that teach us how to love one another and how to act in The Most Highs kingdom as citizens. These laws He gave were thrown out and the man-made laws and traditions was kept. Yet some of the most hateful people I’ve know have not been from the streets, but from behind church and religious walls. Upholding their man made laws. Saying, thou shalt not get pregnant and be the ones impregnating. Thou shalt not drink and gamble and what not. Still will tell you in the same breath that the laws Yeshua committed to was nailed to the cross. So we wonder why a lot of the body is as hateful and crazy as ever and the history of the body shows. No commandments in you, no Yeshua Hamashiach in you. The father of Yeshua but not of--just as the Disciples of Yahushua's day followed Yahushua, in the same way Yahushua gives us His example for us to follow today. Notice Yahushua tells us in John 15:10, "...even as I have kept my Father's commandments."

In this statement, Yahushua gives Himself as our example to follow; and then the apostle John reminds us in 1John 2:6, "He that saith he abideth [is remaining] in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." Yahushua kept Father's commandments, so we who desire to abide [remain] in Him, ought do the same.

Entering His Rest: The Fulfillment

There are 15 verses listed above. The number '15' speaks of "Rest." We are then reminded that the phrase 'My Sabbaths' occurs fifteen times in Scripture. This phrase reveals both the importance, and the means, of entering Father's rest. The Theologians, and most of their followers today, have dreamed up elaborate schemes to deceive their followers, listing reasons why the "Sabbaths" of the Most High are not for New Testament Believers. Fiveamprayer, the implications are enormous. If we desire to be a "DO-er" of Yahushua's sayings, His commandments, then we must be talking about being a doer of not only the obvious ones in the New Testament, but a do-er of the Most High's 'Old Testament' commandments spoken by Yahushua, including the Ten commandments, His ordinances, and His Feasts, and all those things Yahushua has spoken, and in which He has prepared for His people to walk.

Titus 1:14
Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. (1John 2:7)

And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another. (2John 1:5)

These passages, tell us plainly that John is talking about the Old commandment, or the commandments in the 'Old' Testament. Notice the following passage:

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself: I am the LORD. (Leviticus 19:18)

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. (John 15:12)

Well, what about the New Commandment of Yahushua, that we love one another. Isn't that the only commandment we must obey?" Let us look at the following verse:

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. (John 13:34)

This New commandment is much more demanding than the Old Testament command to love. This new commandment does not replace everything else He spoke, but is in addition to everything else He has said. Foolish teachers have taught, however, that this new commandment supersedes or replaces all the Old Testament commandments, thus they say we need not "obey" them. What rubbish! To the contrary, Yahushua merely summed up the commandments into two general summary categories, however, and did not say that the Law [Torah] or the commandments were superseded, replaced, or in any way done away with. Let us notice the following words Yahushua spoke to those who sought to enter His Kingdom. First, in showing how the two greatest laws summarize all the rest, Yahushua said:

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. (Matthew 7:12)

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Matthew 22:40)

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:17-19)

Moreover, we have further testimony that true love for Yahushua (the Most High) is shown by our obedience to His commandments, as John points out:

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. (1John 5:2-3)

Messiah-In-You

As Believers, we have been set free, and forgiven, and cleansed for a purpose, just as a vessel must be cleansed before it is filled (Gal 3:14). Let us now look at the purpose for our cleansing. Notice the following passage:

Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: (Colossians 1:26-28)

Notice the issue of 'Messiah-in-you' is listed as a mystery. Not many will understand it. Second, we see that 'Messiah-in-you' is the hope of glory. The use of the word 'the' shows exclusiveness, and tells us that this is the only hope of glory, of being counted among those called "My Glory," and of being among those who will be allowed to enter in to the City of the King. The word 'perfect' shows that the goal of informing others about 'Messiah-in-you' is that they would become 'perfect' or complete, a term referring to the preparation of the Company of Believers, just as a Bride prepares for her Husband. Just as a baby in the natural sense is the result of an intimate fellowship, so it is in the spiritual realm. It is in this way that we become Born-Again, in that Messiah becomes birthed within us, and "Messiah-in-us" is formed within us. This is how He comes forth in us, and how we grow up in Him, as we mature, and become increasingly obedient to all of Scripture (Gal 4:19; Eph 4:15).

The Most High desires that we walk together with Him, day by day. As we choose daily to allow ourselves to be conformed to the image of Messiah, we begin to notice that some of the dealings of the Most High are not as we expected. We go through many experiences of what we think is death to self, and it really is, but resurrection life is brought forth as a result! The Master deals with us about yokes of bondage, and how we are not to be yoked again, but then expects us to take on His yoke of bondage (Matt 11:29-30), the yoke of bondage in betrothal to Him, in the marriage Covenant with Him (Ezekiel 20:37).

This last step is very difficult for most Believers to do, since they have been trained by their teachers and false prophets to avoid all forms of bondage, including the 'Bond(age)' of Love between the Lamb and His Bride! It may be noted here that the main feature of the Mountain of El Elyon's presence — His habitation, called Mount Zion in Scripture — is 'Bondage.' Everything of Truth in The Most High's kingdom appears as Bondage, and for that reason only the few, the very elect of El Elyon, will attempt to come near, and touch the Mountain.
