Proverbs 18:8 The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are
honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if
there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Proverbs 20:19 He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.
James 3:7-8
7) For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of
things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: 8) But the
tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
Proverbs 26:22 The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.
God we thank You for sending us a word on gossip. That we would not be quick to listen and tell others what we have heard--our response should be to go immediately into prayer, lifting those up in need of prayer. Let us no longer walk in a need to fit in or 'belong' and participate in gossip. Thank You God for getting our tongue in line with Your word. Thank You God for burning off more of our old ways. We praise and lift up Your name that there is none like You. Thank You for forgiving us that we accept and walk in Your correction to continue to die daily to the flesh. No longer doing the old things, because You have made us new creatures in Christ Jesus! Thank You Lord for sending us this word this morning. Bless and keep Your humble servant, Sandy Bell. Pour back into her for her time and study of the tongue. We thank You God for her! Thank You God for getting our tongues right and in alignment with You! To hear more on this click here
We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: I refuse to be a busy body! My tongue is not a instrument to be used for gossip! My tongue is to be used to give God glory! What rolls off of your tongue? Holy Spirit tame our tongues!

James 4:11; Matthew 7:1; Leviticus 19:17; Proverbs 9:8, 13:1; Ecclesiastes 7:5;
Corinthians 3:18-4:5; Matthew 22:35-37; 2 Corinthians 12:20; James 1:19;
Philippians 4:8; Ephesians 4:31-32
We are walking in today: Taming The Tongue--The Slanderous Tongue
Proverbs 10:18 He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
Psalm 15:1-3 1) Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? 2) He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. 3) He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
3 John 1:10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.
Psalm 75:6-7 6) For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7) But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
Isaiah 14:27 For the Lord of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
Proverbs 13:3 He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
James 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Leviticus 19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
Proverbs 9:8 Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.
Proverbs 13:1 A wise son heareth his father's instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.
Ecclesiastes 7:5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.1 Corinthians 3:18-4:5 18) Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19) For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20) And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 21) Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are your's; 22) Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your's; 23) And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. 1) Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2) Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. 3) But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self. 4) For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. 5) Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
Matthew 22:35-37 (AMP) 35) And one of their number, a lawyer, asked Him a question to test Him. 36) Teacher, which kind of commandment is great and important (the principal kind) in the Law? [Some commandments are light—which are heavy?] 37) And He replied to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (intellect).
2 Corinthians 12:20 (AMP) For I am fearful that somehow or other I may come and find you not as I desire to find you, and that you may find me too not as you want to find me—that perhaps there may be factions (quarreling), jealousy, temper (wrath, intrigues, rivalry, divided loyalties), selfishness, whispering, gossip, arrogance (self-assertion), and disorder among you.
James 1:19 (AMP) Understand [this], my beloved brethren. Let every man be quick to hear [a ready listener], slow to speak, slow to take offense and to get angry.
Thank You God for showing up this morning to continue in correcting us on how and what we speak! Thank You God for getting us cleaned up from the inside out, that we can be more and more like You. That we speak the truth in love, and really have a pure motive to uplift our brothers and sisters. Fiveamprayer, we must seek the things that please You and that only! Let us put away having things to only be in agreement with our flesh. Help us Lord, have us walk this out in our spirit-man, while being led by the Holy Spirit. Thank You God for coming to get us lined up with You! We come this morning to repent for the wrong we have done, said and thought. Help us God to speak life, love and peace to all that we meet. For those instances where we need intervention we need to look to You in prayer not in backbiting or talking about others behind their back! Help us God to speak what You would have us to speak. God we pray that You would pour back into Sandy Bell for delivering a on-time word this morning. Thank You God for her obedience to what You gave her to speak! Continue to cover, keep and bless her! Amen! To listen to this message click here.
We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Ephesians 4:31-32 (AMP) 31) Let all bitterness and indignation and wrath (passion, rage, bad temper) and resentment (anger, animosity) and quarreling (brawling, clamor, contention) and slander (evil-speaking, abusive or blasphemous language) be banished from you, with all malice (spite, ill will, or baseness of any kind). 32) And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.

Psalm 120:2 Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.

Judges 16:15 And she said unto him, How canst thou say, I love thee, when thine heart is not with me? thou hast mocked me these three times, and hast not told me wherein thy great strength lieth.
Luke 20:22-23 22) Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no? 23) But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt ye me?
James 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
This morning we continue with our study of the tongue. Thank You God for how You used Sandy Bell this morning as she teaches on how we must be watchful of how the tongue would manipulate others even our own selves. Let us filter all of our decisions and thoughts through Your word that we don't fall prey to ulterior motives or things that are based on false things. Those things that line up and have their roots in deceit and trickery--all tools of the enemy. We have to know what side that we stand on, that we are looking to You God, You are the light on our path. As we walk and there is not light then we know that we have gone astray. Isaiah 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. We have to be concerned about God leading us, not being lead by emotions or the false appearance there of. As we learned yesterday we are to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! Fiveamprayer that we would be found speaking the truth and not be found as a liar or flatterer, or manipulator. We can not be in a rush to do things our way for unjust gain. We must be patient to receive from the Father in His perfect time. Help us God to put away those old ways that we are now washed in Your truth and would continue to walk in the knowledge of Your love and life-giving power! Forgive us Lord for the deceit that we have orchestrated with our tongues. Let us not longer walk in error to Your righteous ways! Lord we pray that You would pour back into Sandy for her pouring out on the line this morning. Thank You for Your willing and humble servant. Bless and keep her in the palm of Your hand. We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: Job 32:22 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away. We have no need to manipulate anyone else for favor or advantage. God is in control and we can trust in that! Not trying to make things happen ourselves!

We are walking in today: Tame The Tongue--The Lying Tongue.
Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.
1 Peter 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
Genesis 22, the whole chapter
Thank You Sandy for teaching us about the lying tongue. That we must be aware and really push to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! Sounds like we are to speak God's word! Fiveamprayer we are to really review what we are speaking and even the motives behind what we say. Is this something that we say to make us look better or to gain things in a unjust way? We do not have to resort to lies and deceit we can simply ask God and He can give it to us! Let us be mindful of what we are speaking and what it is that we are looking for our words to create. We will strive to speak the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! Thank You God for showing up this morning and teaching us to be more like You. We pray that You would pour back into Sandy for the the time she has spent in preparation for this lesson. Thank You for Your willing and humble servant giving us more understanding on this tongue. We are walking in today: Taming The Tongue--Take A Selah Moment.
Psalm 4:2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? SelahPsalm 4:4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.Psalm 9:20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.Proverbs 15:4 A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
1 Peter 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
Thank You God for coming on the line this week, teaching us what to speak also that we check what we allow spoken over ourselves or what others speak. We have been given the ability to agree or disagree. Why not get into agreement with what God has already decreed and out of agreement with the erroneous ways of the world?! As we know in the scriptures, Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed? So what you are speaking lets us know who you are walking with. We have been told many times on this line that this is a faith walk, who are you walking with? Who are you speaking like? Matthew 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. So do your words reflect you to be of the generation of vipers or the good man who speaks the good from out of his heart?! This is a time for a self check! If you have been walking contrary to God and His word, now is the time to get it right! Psalm 78:40-42 40) How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert! 41) Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel. 42) They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy. Fiveamprayer we must take this time in our weekend meditation to take a selah moment and consider all that we have learned this week. That we would immediately put into practice what we have learned, now that our eyes have been opened to see more of what God has been teaching us on the power of life and death being in the tongue. This is not just one scripture that we can say, but really make it a part of our lives and daily interactions. Our words can halt, detract or mislead someone else, whether by our knowing or not. We must be aware and consider. How many things have been said to you that effected you and even years later you may be still reeling from the affects?! Selah. Let us not be hasty and rush in when reflection on God given revelation is the move we should make! Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. 1 Corinthians 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. Two great scriptures from God to consider before speaking. We have got to let go of the deceit of the enemy that we know better than God. That we have found out or made a better way than the Maker of All Things! As Pastor Taffe has said, once you make your own world and universe you can make those big decisions but until then, shush! Thank You God for sending us this word and for the blessing of revelation as we walk through this study! Thank You for your willing and humble servant Sandy Bell who is spending time in study of taming the tongue. We pray that you would pour back into her for all that she pours out on this line, fill her Lord to the overflow and continue to keep her close to you as she resides in Your presence! Amen! Bless Your name! To hear this again click here
We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: I will take time to reflect and see if this is God's word or my own before I speak! Thank You Holy Spirit for urging and correcting my words before they pass my lips! We have to walk as Jesus walked, doing and saying what we see our Father do.

Thank you, Sandy Bell for delivering this word on the silent tongue. We have to determine when silence would be golden or when we are to speak what God has given us to speak! Lord we pray that You would pour back into her for her time in preparation for this study on the tongue. Thank You Lord for sending us this word in this time and season! We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: I will not be silent! I will speak it in love, telling others what thus says the Lord!

This morning, Sandy gives us a teaching on the doubtful tongue. We have been given so many promises from the Father, why are we wasting time speaking doubt, worry and complaint? Speak what God speaks, His word does not fail nor return to Him void! Lord we pray that You would pour back into Sandy for all that she poured out on the line, fill her to the overflow. Thank You for her obedience and willingness to serve You! Amen! Let us rehearse in our hearts today, 'anything is possible for me if I believe!'
We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit: There is no doubt, God is my way out!
