CANCEL THE NOISE PART 2

Genesis chapter 2

Today we are walking in: CANCEL THE NOISE PART 2

1 Chronicles 28:9

And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind H3824: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.

MIND

Today we look to the word-MIND-H3824 lebab--mind, knowledge, thinking, reflection, memory

The Torah testifies...............

Genesis 23:8

And he communed with them, saying, If it be your mind H3824 that I should bury my dead out of my sight; hear me, and intreat for me to Ephron the son of Zohar,

Leviticus 24:12

And they put him in ward, that the mind H3824 of the LORD might be shewed them.

Numbers 16:28

And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the Lord hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind H3824.

The prophets proclaim..................

Isaiah 26:3

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind H3824 is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Ezekiel 11:5

And the Spirit of the Lord fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the Lord; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind H3824, every one of them.

Habakkuk 1:11

Then shall his mind H3824 change, and he shall pass over, and offend, imputing this his power unto his god.

The writings bear witness..........................

1 Chronicles 22:7

And David said to Solomon, My son, as for me, it was in my mind H3824 to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God:

Lamentations 3:21

This I recall to my mind H3824, therefore have I hope.

Job 34:33

Should it be according to thy mind H3824? he will recompense it, whether thou refuse, or whether thou choose; and not I: therefore speak what thou knowest.

When Adam lost his image, he hid himself.

And Elohiym asked a question He is still asking today:

“Adam, where are you?”

Not because Elohiym did not know Adam’s location, but because Adam no longer knew his position.

You can lose your address, but you can lose your awareness.

The greatest crisis in life is not poverty. It is misplaced identity.

You are walking in earth as a stranger in your own inheritance.

The lion does not need to roar to be respected. He knows who he is.

You too must move from insecurity to identity.

You were never designed to chase validation.

Heaven already approves you.

You are not an accident.

You are an assignment.

You are not existing.

You are executing divine intent.

You were made in the image of the King.

That means you think like Him, speak like Him, and function like Him.

You are not designed to pray for power.

You carry it.

You are not built to beg for miracles.

You are the vessel through which miracles manifest.

Identity gives you access.

Every morning when you wake up, you must remind yourself who you are.

Not according to your job title.

Not according to your past.

Not according to your failures.

But according to the constitution of heaven that says you are a royal priesthood, a chosen generation, a holy nation.

That is why the Cepher says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Transformation does not begin with behavior.

It begins with belief.

When you change your thinking, you change your territory.

When you see yourself as Elohiym sees you, creation begins to cooperate with you again.

The lion does not need to roar to be respected. He knows who he is.

You too must move from insecurity to identity.

You were never designed to chase validation.

Heaven already approves you.

You are not an accident.

You are an assignment.

You are not existing.

You are executing divine intent.

So the first law of dominion is identity.

Because until you rediscover who you are, you will never know what belongs to you.

And until you understand what belongs to you, you will never manage it correctly.

Say it again:

Before I do, I must know.

Before I build, I must believe.

Before I command, I must understand who I am.

That is where dominion begins.

You do not start by reaching.

You start by remembering.

You do not begin by striving.

You begin by seeing.

When you see yourself as Elohiym sees you, the earth begins to respond to your reflection.

Because the earth is programmed to recognize the image of its Creator.

And now that you know who you are, you can now understand why you exist.

Because identity births purpose, and purpose defines direction.

Let us move now to the next law:

The law of purpose.

You are designed for a specific assignment.

And now that you know who you are, you can now understand why you exist.

Because identity births purpose.

And purpose defines direction.

So the first law of dominion is identity.

Because until you rediscover who you are, you will never know what belongs to you.

And until you understand what belongs to you, you will never manage it correctly.

You are not an experiment.

You are evidence that a problem exists that only you can solve.

Purpose is the reason for existence.

And wherever purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.

When you do not know the purpose of something, you misuse it.

And that includes your time, your body, your gifts, your relationships, your resources.

And now that you know who you are, you can now understand why you exist.

Because identity births purpose, and purpose defines direction.

So the first law of dominion is identity because until you rediscover who you are, you will never know what belongs to you.

And until you understand what belongs to you, you will never manage it correctly.

Purpose gives direction to dominion.

It is the compass that keeps your authority aligned with heaven’s will.

You were not created to do everything.

You were created to do something specific.

That is why comparison is the enemy of purpose.

When you copy another person’s calling, you lose your own direction.

You were born original.

Do not die a duplicate.

Purpose is never invented.

It is discovered.

You do not decide your purpose.

You uncover it.

The seed does not decide to become a tree.

It reveals what was programmed within it from the beginning.

And you too carry divine programming.

Your gifts, your passions, your frustrations—they are all clues.

They are indicators of the area of creation you were designed to manage.

When Elohiym created Adam, He did not tell him to do everything.

He said, “Guard and keep the garden.”

Not all the earth.

The garden.

Purpose defines territory.

You are not responsible for every problem, only the one you were born to solve.

And when you discover that problem, your life gains power, passion, and precision.

Listen carefully.

Until you know your purpose, every invitation looks like an opportunity.

But when you know your purpose, you can finally say no with confidence.

Because purpose gives you the strength to be selective.

Distraction is the enemy of destiny, and focus is the protector of purpose.

When you understand purpose, you stop chasing success and start pursuing significance.

Success is measured by what you gain.

Significance is measured by what you give.

Purpose is not about getting more.

It is about becoming more.

The wealthiest place on earth is not the gold mines of South Africa or the oil fields of the Middle East.

It is the cemetery, filled with books never written, ideas never developed, dreams never pursued, and callings never answered.

Because people died full.

Full of potential.

Full of vision.

Full of purpose.

Never released.

When you are close to Elohiym, you begin to see yourself clearly.

When you drift from Elohiym, you begin to imitate others.

Intimacy reveals identity, and identity reveals assignment.

That is why dominion must flow from fellowship, not ambition.

If you are too busy to be with Elohiym, you are too busy to be effective.

Because purpose is not created by movement.

It is birthed through meditation.

So hear this today.

You were born for a specific reason.

There is a part of the earth’s problem that carries your name.

There are people waiting for the gift you refuse to develop.

There is an assignment connected to your obedience.

Until you fulfill it, creation will groan because Romaiym (Romans) 8 says, “All creation waits in eager expectation for the manifestation of the sons of Elohiym.”

Well, that means the trees, the seas, the cities, the systems are all waiting for you to become what heaven designed.

Say this with me:

I was born on purpose, with purpose, and for purpose.

Say it again.

I am not a mistake.

I am a mission.

When you know that, fear loses its voice.

When you walk in that, confusion loses its grip.

When you live by that, mediocrity becomes impossible.

And now because purpose gives structure to power, we move to the next foundation of dominion:

Order.

Because you cannot manage what you do not organize, and you cannot maintain what you do not structure.

Let’s move now to law three: the law of order.

Elohiym blesses structure, not chaos.

So ask yourself today, where is there disorder in my dominion? What system must I set in place?

Because Elohiym will not do for you what He has empowered you to structure for yourself.

You are the manager of your own garden.

He gave you the seed, but He expects you to create the system.

Structure attracts the supernatural.

Chaos is the absence of divine arrangement.

It is movement without management, motion without meaning.

When Adam sinned, the first thing that left the earth was order.

He lost alignment, and the garden became confusion.

When order breaks, dominion disappears.

That is why the first act of restoration in your life is not prayer, it is prioritization.

Listen carefully.

Elohiym will never bless confusion.

He does not anoint disorganization.

You can shout all you want, but if your life is out of sequence, heaven cannot endorse it.

The Kingdom does not operate on emotion.

It operates on structure.

If you want divine flow, you must create divine form.

Order is heaven’s invitation to increase.

Whatever you organize, you multiply.

Whatever you neglect, you lose.

When Yahusha fed the 5,000, He did not begin with miracles.

He began with management.

He said, “Make the people sit down in groups of fifty.”

Why?

Because order always precedes overflow.

You cannot handle more until you arrange what you already have.

Some people are praying for expansion, but Elohiym is waiting for structure.

You are asking for promotion, but Elohiym is asking for preparation.

Because the miracle is never in the prayer, it is in the pattern.

Heaven releases abundance to those who can manage alignment.

So hear this.

Order is spiritual warfare.

When you plan your day, you defeat distraction.

When you budget your money, you silence the devourer.

When you steward your time, you frustrate the enemy’s schemes.

The devil thrives in disorder.

He lives in clutter—mental, emotional, financial, relational.

The moment you bring things into order, you drive him out without saying a word.

Order begins with Elohiym first.

Yahusha said, “Seek first the Kingdom of Elohiym and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.”

First is a position of priority, not chronology.

It means He must be the reference for every decision.

Put the Word before work.

Worship before worry.

Principle before pleasure.

Because when Elohiym is first, everything else finds its place.

Order also means boundaries.

Dominion is not domination.

It is disciplined freedom.

The ocean is powerful because it stays within its shore.

The moment it rebels, it becomes a flood and destroys everything in its path.

Boundaries are the proof of maturity.

You cannot rule others if you cannot rule yourself.

Set limits on your time, your emotions, your associations.

Everything Elohiym made has limits.

Only man wants to live without them.

If your relationships drain you, bring them into order.

If your finances confuse you, bring them into order.

If your spiritual life feels scattered, bring it into order.

Start with small systems:

A morning routine.

A weekly review.

A tithe.

A schedule.

These are not rituals.

They are rails that keep the train of purpose moving in the right direction.

Hear me.

Discipline is order in motion.

Every successful leader, spiritual or natural, understands systems.

Elohiym Himself governs creation by predictable laws:

Gravity.

Sowing and reaping.

Time and season.

That means consistency is not just wisdom.

It is worship.

When you keep things in divine order, your life becomes a reflection of His Kingdom.

You cannot expect divine blessing on a life that heaven cannot recognize.

When Elohiym looks at your life, He must see His own reflection:

Order.

Clarity.

Alignment.

That is why revival is not loudness.

It is order restored.

When the house of Elohiym was cleansed, the glory returned.

Likewise, when your inner life is arranged according to His principles, His presence increases without striving.

And now that order has been established, heaven can trust you with more.

Because the next level of dominion is not given—it is grown.

It is the result of faithful management.

That brings us to the next divine law, the next pillar of Kingdom rulership:

Stewardship.

When Elohiym created man, He gave him dominion, but He tested him with management.

Before Adam ruled the earth, he had to manage a garden.

Elohiym said, “Tend it. Keep it.”

Not the whole planet.

Just a piece.

Because before Elohiym gives you more, He watches how you handle less.

Stewardship is the proof of maturity.

It is the demonstration of discipline, responsibility, and trust.

And in the Kingdom of Elohiym, management is the currency of promotion.

Heaven promotes based on faithfulness, not prayer.

Yahusha said, “If you are faithful in little, you will be faithful in much.”

That means if you cannot manage a garden, you cannot handle a nation.

If you cannot manage a day, you cannot manage destiny.

If you cannot manage yourself, you cannot lead anyone else.

And now that order has been established, heaven can trust you with more.

Because the next level of dominion is not given—it is grown.

It is the result of faithful management.

That brings us to the next divine law, the next pillar of Kingdom rulership:

Stewardship.

Every Kingdom operates by law.

Where there is no law, there is no order.

And where there is no order, there can be no dominion.

Elohiym is a God of order.

Before He ever formed man, He formed systems.

He arranged the sun to rule the day, the moon to rule the night, the oceans to know their boundaries, the seasons to follow their times.

Then He said, “Now let Us make man.”

Because Elohiym never creates purpose without first creating order to sustain it.

Listen carefully.

Your life is the property of the King.

He gave you the gift of existence.

And every day you breathe, He expects a return on His investment.

The Kingdom of Elohiym is a system of accountability.

That is why Yahusha told the parable of the talents.

He gave one man five, another two, another one, and He said, “Do business until I come.”

When He returned, He did not ask how they felt.

He asked, “What have you done with what I gave you?”

Because potential is useless without management.

The one who buried his gift said, “I was afraid.”

And the Master replied, “You wicked and lazy servant.”

Why lazy?

Because fear that stops management is rebellion against purpose.

Fear disguises itself as humility, but it is really irresponsibility.

The Master did not take pity.

He took the talent and gave it to the one who had more.

That is Kingdom economics.

Elohiym will always take from the unfaithful and give to the fruitful.

Hear me.

Elohiym does not reward need.

He rewards stewardship.

There are many people with needs who remain needy because heaven cannot invest in negligence.

Your prayer may reach heaven, but your management determines if heaven will respond.

You can fast for forty days, but if you are wasteful, heaven will wait.

Because faith does not replace faithfulness.

You can shout for blessing, but if you cannot plan for it, you will lose it when it comes.

So stewardship is not optional.

It is the foundation of dominion.

To steward means to arrange, preserve, and multiply what has been entrusted to you.

It is not ownership.

It is responsibility under authority.

You do not own your time, your talent, or your treasure.

You manage them for the One who gave them.

That is why the Cepher calls you a steward of grace, a manager of mysteries, a caretaker of creation.

Stewardship applies to every area of your life.

Your relationships—are you nurturing them or neglecting them?

Even your words must be managed.

The Cepher says you will give account for every idle word.

That means even your speech is a stewardship issue.

Speak carefully.

Think intentionally.

Act responsibly.

Every area under your management is a reflection of your leadership.

Faithfulness means consistency in small things.

It means showing up when no one sees.

Doing right when no one applauds.

Managing resources when no one praises you.

Because stewardship is not performance.

It is character.

Heaven measures you not by the size of your gift, but by the consistency of your growth.

Listen carefully.

Stewardship is not about what you have.

It is about what you do with what you have.

You may have little, but if you manage it well, you qualify for multiplication.

That is why Elohiym never asks you for what you do not have.

He asks for what you are not using.

Because the principle is this:

Management attracts multiplication.

When you master the small, heaven releases the greater.

Say this with me:

I am not an owner.

I am a manager.

I will manage my garden until Elohiym trusts me with a nation.

Because management always precedes multiplication, and multiplication always precedes manifestation.

If you manage well, you will not have to chase blessings.

Blessings will chase you.

That is why the next law of dominion is critical:

The law of discipline.

Because order sets the structure, stewardship tests the responsibility, but discipline sustains the success.

Discipline is the bridge between revelation and manifestation.

Discipline is the mother of dominion.

Without it, purpose becomes potential unfulfilled.

It is not what you want that determines your destiny.

It is what you are willing to control.

Discipline is the difference between intention and manifestation, between revelation and reality.

Many people know what they should do, but few have trained themselves to do it.

And in the Kingdom, self-control is the proof of authority.

When Elohiym gave man dominion, He also gave him boundaries.

He said, “You may freely eat from every tree in the garden, but not from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”

Why?

Because dominion without discipline becomes destruction.

Freedom without boundaries becomes rebellion.

Elohiym was not trying to restrict Adam.

He was teaching him self-government.

Because if you cannot rule yourself, you have no right to rule creation.

So take dominion over your systems.

Schedule your time.

Track your spending.

Plan your growth.

Guard your focus.

Every discipline you establish becomes a declaration of trust to heaven.

And when heaven finds a faithful steward, it opens the vault of abundance.

Samson had anointing but no discipline.

He could kill lions but could not control lust.

He could defeat armies but could not deny his appetite.

So his strength became his shame.

You see, what you fail to discipline will eventually destroy you.

Elohiym will anoint you for purpose, but it is your discipline that preserves the anointing.

Discipline means delayed gratification.

It means saying no to now so you can say yes to later.

Every great destiny requires denial.

Even Yahusha said, “If any man desires to follow Me, let him deny himself.”

The path of purpose is paved with choices your flesh will resist.

But the spirit-led person lives by principle, not preference.

Discipline is the daily decision to align with destiny, even when emotions disagree.

Your feelings are unreliable managers.

They change with weather, with people, with circumstances.

But truth never changes.

So discipline is not about how you feel.

It is about what you have decided.

It is consistency that produces credibility in heaven.

Hear this clearly:

Elohiym does not bless good intentions.

He blesses faithful execution.

You can have the right vision and still fail to reach it because of inconsistency.

Dominion is not established by bursts of effort.

It is built by daily excellence.

That is why Sha’ul said, “I discipline my body and bring it under subjection.”

In other words, “I will not allow what I feel to cancel what I am called to.”

Discipline creates order, and order sustains blessing.

Look at Daniy’el.

He prayed three times a day, even when it was illegal.

That was discipline.

And because of that, he influenced kings and outlived empires.

Look at Yoseph.

He refused temptation, not because it was easy, but because he was governed by purpose.

That was discipline.

And because of that, he rose from prisoner to ruler.

Greatness is never accidental.

It is structured through self-control.

Every destiny demands daily discipline.

You cannot pray for excellence and practice laziness.

You cannot desire wisdom and neglect study.

You cannot want a harvest and ignore the habit of sowing.

Discipline is the invisible builder of visible success.

It is what turns desire into dominion.

Some of you do not need a new prophecy.

You need new discipline.

You already know what Elohiym said.

You are just not consistent in what He showed you.

Elohiym does not change His promise to match your pattern.

He waits for your pattern to match His promise.

He will not give you what you are not ready to sustain.

Because favor without discipline becomes frustration.

Discipline is also the foundation of holiness.

Holiness is not perfection.

It is separation.

It means you have disciplined your desires to stay within divine boundaries.

It means your choices reflect your covenant.
