We are walking in today: Basic Training.

Psalms 91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. It's time to remember what God taught us in basic training!!!! As Pastor Anitha Jones spoke on yesterday, we must walk in courage. It is going to take courage to sow your seed for your thousandfold return. This is our time and our season. Don't worry about the enemy--in Psalm 91:7 it said, a thousand shall fall at thy right side, and ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come nigh to thee. The definition of basic training is the rigorous program of physical and mental training required in order for an individual to become a soldier in the military forces. We do understand that we are soldiers in the army of the LORD!!! This is a fight--Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. But just in case you forgot what you learned in basic training, here's a refresher. 2 Corinthians 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) That's why He told us on Friday, nothing can stand in our way. I don't know about you, but God has already prepared us to get our abundance living. Fiveamprayer, remember that we were anointed for battle!! Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. Pastor Taffe taught yesterday that, the anointing has an assignment. We are to follow where the anointing leads. God has already made provision to accomplish the assignment. We have to walk in the assignment, to please the Father. Fiveamprayer, what are your orders? Are you being an obedient solider? We have to trust that God knows us better than we know ourselves. He has chosen you for your particular assignment. Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. See in basic training it's all about knowing who you are in Christ. Galatians 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace. Come on fiveamprayer soldiers remember the blood?! Remember we are more than a overcomers! Jesus already over came the world. In basic training the first thing they give you is armour for battle. Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 2 Corinthians 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left. Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive. Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Yea and Amen!!!!
God is taking us back to basic training. He knew us before we were born, He set us aside and sanctified us. Our weapons of warfare are not carnal, they are spiritual and mighty to the pulling down of strongholds. God has given us strength to move--how He wants us to move. Call on His name and the enemy has to flee. Go back to basic training, how we used to pray until something happens. We are suited up for battle as Ephesians 6:14-17 tells us, 14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15) And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17)And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Covered in the blood of Jesus, fiveamprayer is ready for war! God has told us that when the enemy comes in like a flood, He will lift up a standard against him. Go back to basic training--the Lord spoke the whole world into existence back in Genesis--we have the power of life and death in our tongues. 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. God sometimes has to take us back, to remind us. Has God done anything for us?! Isaiah 40:4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain. Fiveamprayer, has the Lord made the crooked places straight? Ezekiel 34:11 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out. Fiveamprayer, did the Lord come and find you? Psalms 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Fiveamprayer, did the Lord comfort you in the valley of the shadow of death? Psalm 25:5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. Last week, God told us, He is our guide. Psalm 8:4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? Genesis 1:27, 31 27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 31) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. We must hold on to what we learned in basic training!! The lies of the devil often attack the truth of these scriptures especially. Looking for us to doubt God's power--Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. There is no need for doubt or fear, for we are in Christ and He holds all power in heaven and the earth. This word also cancels fear--what is there to fear with us being in Christ and He holding all power in heaven and earth in His hands?! Another attack is on questioning God's love for us, if we are worthy--John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Hebrews 9:27-28 27) And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28) So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Fiveamprayer, the attacks of the devil is why we must stay suited up, reading the word and in prayer. We must be on constant watch for ourselves and other believers. We are in the same army, have gone through the same basic training. So we should stand therefore, remaining in faith and standing on His holy word. Follow where the Holy Spirit leads us. Keep Your sword in your hand, which is God's word in your mouth! The Lord has promised to never leave nor forsake us. He makes a way of escape for us. Our God will not put more on us than we can bear. Be confident going about the your orders, that 1,000 will fall at your side and 10,000 at the right hand, but your enemies will not come night you--because the Lord is with you! Forgive us Lord, sometimes we forget who You are--Adonai Jehovah, the Lord our Sovereign. Lord, You are our everything--all sufficiency lies in You. Get back to basic training, this is a fight against powers and principalities in high places. Speak to the enemy--call on the name of Jesus, he has to flee. Get back to His word--walk in this word. We learned that we need the faith of a mustard seed, in basic training. We receive brand new mercies every morning, start the day off in your battlefield position--on your knees in prayer. We are children of the Lord Most High. Don't give up nor turn around, that is not what you were taught! Remember what you learned in basic training!! Keep walking and speaking His word. He didn't give us the spirit of fear!! We have to only believe that all things are possible by His hand. We lift up fiveamprayer, have them to hold on to what they learned in basic training. Fiveamprayer, stand on His word and on His promises. He is God and He can not lie. We are soldiers--fighting for the Lord. We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown. We ask You Lord, for forgiveness, we forget that our weapons are not carnal but mighty through God, for the pulling down of strongholds through. Thank You, Lord for being faithful to forgive us when we ask, and when we forgive others. Let us walk unhindered, freely forgiving others at the very beginning. We don't wanna fight encumbered, and entangled in unforgiveness. We need to be able to move freely in the taking of new territory--following where ever the spirit leads us. Fiveamprayer, let us review what we learned in basic training so that 1,000 can fall at our side, and 10,000 on the right side but none will come nigh us!

We write in the precious blood: 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Welcome to the overflow...
Make another request, fiveamprayer. God has already granted what we have requested. Hold on to God's word. Spend time in prayer and reading the scriptures. No matter what it looks like we can confess, "abundance is God's will for me and I will not settle for anything less." Read the scriptures for yourself today, especially Psalms 91:7--we are soldiers fighting in the army of the Lord. We must hold up the blood stained banner until we die. Have a blessed day.
