KINGDOM OF YAH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS PART 2


I want to do a quick review of why we must deal with the kingdom, how to live effectively and function effectively in the kingdom of Yah. That is what I want to focus on today. You want to focus on how to live in it and how to function in it and that's really what life is all about. Life is really about coming back to the governing authority of Yah in the earth and learning how to live and function in that authority. Otherwise you simply wait to die to go to heaven and that's not what Yah wants. So let's take a look at scripture. Our first scripture today is Luke chapter 4. In Luke chapter 4 we find some interesting words to give us focus on the importance of the kingdom of Yah. These are the words of Yahusha in response to his disciples. He said I must preach the good news of the kingdom of Yah to other towns also because that is why I came. Let's take a look at Luke 12:32-33. Now the emphasis of the first verse that I just read, Luke 4:43 is not the fact that he's preaching the kingdom of Yah, but what's more important is the next statement he makes, and that is, “this is why I came.” In other words, the original and ultimate reason why Hamachiach came to earth was not Calvary. Well if you got a problem with that statement read the verse again. Now listen to my words carefully before you stop reading this teaching. The ultimate reason why he came, he came for many reasons, but the ultimate reason why he came, he said, is to preach the good news of the kingdom of Yah. He says that the main reason why I came to earth was not the cross, but the main reason I came to the earth, “the cause” means the reason, the purpose, the the intent, for coming to earth was to preach the kingdom of Yah. So everything else is a means. Calvary is a means to that end. The miracles that he worked were a means to that end. The power that he displayed was a means to that end. In other words, everything he did was to accomplish one thing and that is to convince you about the kingdom of Yah so the kingdom of Yah is Yah's ultimate reason for sending Yahusha. Now I know that religious Christianity has made Calvary and the blood and even the resurrection the major keys or reasons for Hamachiach's coming and that's not true. Matthew 25:34 another statement about the kingdom. He says come you who are blessed by my father, take your inheritance. What is inheritance? The kingdom prepared for you. For how long? Since the creation of the earth. In other words, the kingdom is before Calvary. The kingdom precedes the resurrection, the kingdom is more important to Yah than all the miracles Yahusha worked on earth. He says the reason why my father is doing all of this work, is to bless you with your inheritance. What's your inheritance? The kingdom prepared for you before the world began. Let me ask you a question. What is inheritance? Inheritance is something that your father or your parents have set aside for you. Now in real contemporary life, if your mother and father left you an inheritance of a million dollars, they have it in a fund and of course you can't get it until they die. So let me ask you a question. So you have a million dollars set aside for you, it's yours. What are you waiting for? You don't kill them but you’re really waiting for them to do what? Die. So what is the ultimate goal for your waiting? Your waiting is not the debt, your waiting is the inheritance. So the debt is not the big deal for you, it's the inheritance, but the debt was a part of the means to get you to the end. so the death of Yahusha was the prerequisite for you to get to your inheritance. What’s the inheritance? Look at it. It's not Calvary, it's not the blood, it's not even the resurrection. The inheritance is the kingdom of Yah. Yah wants you to get back into rulership, into dominion, and into authority over the earth. He wants you to get back to Genesis chapter 1 verse 26 because that's what Adam lost when he sinned. Adam didn't lose heaven. So even giving you heaven is not giving you your inheritance. Your inheritance is dominion in the earth, that's the kingdom of Yah in the earth. Let's take another look at the scripture here. Revelations 5:10, it says you have made unto us what? A kingdom of priests to serve our Yah and they will reign on earth. Now please write that down. Two words to also underline in this verse are kingdom and priests. Kingdom and priests in a religious mind never go together. In other words, right now the big debate in the United States for the past 50 years or so has been the coming together of church and state. What they're discussing in the United States is the big conflict of separation between the church, which is the priesthood, and the state, which is the kingdom. They're saying that kingdom and priests are not supposed to go together. Well according to the Bible, Yah never intended for them to be apart. So he said Yah's ultimate goal is to make Adam what? When Adam was in the garden he was a priest and a king. Priest means representative of Yah. So a king is what? An executor of justice. So Adam was a priest, why? He walked and talked with Yah in the cool of the day. So he was in touch with Yah, he was a spiritual man. But then it says he also named the animals and had dominion on the earth. That's his kingdom execution responsibility. So Adam was both king and priest. It's impossible for you to represent Yah on earth and not be a priest and a king. So the combination in Revelation is important. In Revelation Hamachiach is saying that he is going to restore man back fully to what he was originally in the beginning. He will be a kingdom of priests. He will be a king who wears a turban and a crown. That's what Yah intends for you to be. Then where will you reign? On the earth, please remember. Your destination is not heaven. I know that's frustrating for some people but according to the Bible your final destination is what? Earth, because earth is the first thing Yah gave man, not heaven. He gave him earth. Genesis chapter 1 and Yah said unto the man, have dominion over the fish, the birds, the plants, the cattle, and over all the earth and that was Yah's original purpose for you. So Hamachiach says he came to restore that back to us and his death and resurrection and the shedding of his blood and all that work was done so that you could inherit that again. Let me ask you a question. If someone has a million dollars inheritance for you right now, how do you get it? What do they have to do? Die. Okay. So if they die, do you have it? You have access to it, yes. In other words, the prerequisite has been met. So there are people who say, well the kingdom of Yah hasn't come yet, but that means Hamachiach hasn’t died yet. When Hamachiach was on earth, his speech was strange. He would be with the disciples, in their company, and he would say to them things like this: the kingdom of Yah is with you and shall be in you. In other words, I am not dead yet. See, you can't get it until I am dead, but he says it's with you. I have it on the inside, I have the government on my shoulder and I’m going to give it to you. My debt is going to be the key, he says. Then he would start talking about leaving many times and they would get depressed about it, especially in John 15, 16 and 17. He was really planning to get out of there and then their response was, where are you going? You are going to leave us? We're going to be defenseless. Don't leave. His response was, it is better that I die, because if I do not die then the kingdom can’t be transferred. I still have your inheritance. But he says, if I die then greater works shall you do. You won't be able to get access to this great power of dominion and Kingdom living unless I die, because I'm holding up your kingdom. That's why the death of Yahusha is important but it's not the purpose for his coming. His coming was to deliver that kingdom from his shoulders to yours, to give you the government that was upon his shoulders. Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were proclaimed until John, since that time the good news of the kingdom is being preached and everyone is forcing his way into it. It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to be dropped out of the law. In other words, Yah is going to get what he intended from the beginning and what is it? The kingdom. He says from Moses that's the law, all the way through Elijah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. He says from Moses, the law, all the laws of Yah are Moses, and the prophets, he says from that time forward, the only thing they could preach was law and prophecy. Moses preached the law, the prophets preached prophecy. He said but when John came, John was the last person that Malachi mentions, and in Malachi the last chapter of the Old Testament the last three verses, he says that there shall come a prophet who shall prepare the way for the Most High. That's malachi. If you turn the page in your bible there's a blank page and then the next page you turn would be what? Matthew 1. Matthew 1 opens like this. It says that there was a man sent from Yah whose name is John. So John is the guy who has one foot in Malachi and one foot in Matthew. That's why Hamachiach says up until John, laws and prophecies were preached, but when John came the good news of the kingdom arrived. If you read John's first statement, he says repent for the kingdom of Yah is near. In other words, it's somewhere around here, around this River but I don't know where it is yet. Then when John saw him a few weeks later coming across the water, John says, behold the lamb of Yah. The one I've been telling you about, he comes to take away the sins of the world, for he comes to bring the kingdom of Yah. So it says from the time of John until now, the kingdom of Yah is being preached. We are still in the now because Hamachiach brought the kingdom of Yah. So we need to focus on what the kingdom is. Number one a kingdom has the following items: Number one: A king as a sovereign. Number two: it has a territory. Number three: every Kingdom has citizens, that means subjects. Number four: every Kingdom has a Constitution. Number five: every Kingdom has laws. That's an important one. Number six: every Kingdom has a government, that means it has an authority structure in it. Number seven: every Kingdom has privileges. In other words, every country's citizens have privileges. It's a privilege to be a citizen of the United States. That's why it's so tough to get citizenship, you know that it's a privilege. You can't just come to the United States and become a citizen. You have to go through a whole lot of complications. Why? Because it's a privilege to hold citizenship in any country because once you become a citizen you have access to everything in that country. That's why you don't just give citizenship away. It's a privilege. Every Kingdom has a code of ethics. This is important. This is where we get into how you live, your lifestyle. In America or in Jamaica or wherever you're from or wherever you live you will notice that there's certain things they don't allow you to do in that country. Like stealing. That's an ethical problem for them, or telling lies in court. That's an ethical problem in the kingdom. Taking things that are not yours has to do with ethics. So what does the government do in countries? They put you away for that. How about killing someone else, murder. Well that's an ethical problem. Well every Kingdom has it, so when Yah says thou shalt not lie, Yah's talking about his kingdom ethics. When Yah says thou shalt not steal, he is telling you what his kingdom requires, the lifestyle he wants you to live. But he has a big one in our kingdom, love your enemies. See, now a lot of kingdoms do not have that one, so in our kingdom we're little different. That's why if you are a Christian you could hate your enemies but the moment you become a citizen of the Kingdom of Yah all of a sudden your enemies are your friends. That's tough isn't it. So you do good to those who despitefully use you. You speak well of those who persecute you. You give to those who take from you. If they slap you on the right, you turn to the left. This kingdom is a weird Kingdom because the currency of our kingdom is love and if you can't function on love you can't live in the kingdom of Yah. That's why Hamachiach says if a man says he loves Yah, that's the government, and hates his brother, he is not a citizen, he's a lying person. So the last thing a kingdom has is an army. There are a lot of other things that we can deal with about the kingdom later on, like the education system, the welfare system, and our health system. Every Kingdom has these things. We are going to get into the details. Matter of fact, those of you who have been struggling with sickness and poverty, when we get into the kingdom principles in these areas you are going to get healed listening to the teaching. Some of your financial problems will go away just by listening to the teaching because you didn't understand that when you understand how the kingdom works, then you can start working the kingdom. You have some keys but you don't know what to use them for. See, you know the scripture keys on healing but you are not healed which means you haven't learned yet how to find the right lock. You believe in prosperity, but you are still poor. Why? Well you have the scriptures, you know my Yah shall supply all my needs. That's a key but you forgot what lock to put it in. You don’t know where to put it. See the point is, having a bunch of keys doesn't guarantee you could get into any place. You have to know the place to get into. I was in my kitchen a few weeks ago and I wanted to get out of my own back door and I didn't have a back door key with me, and there's this rack in our kitchen with all these keys and I went through like 17 keys just to get out of my own house because I didn't know which key was for that door. It can take you that long to get healed. 17 keys! You got my drift? Now let's see exactly then, what's the key, to Keys. The key to keys is not having keys. The key to keys is knowledge, knowing what the key is for, which means knowledge is more important than having a key. Therefore the key to keys is knowledge. Let's see if that's true. Let's talk a little bit about this confusion about the resurrection. A lot of folks say well Hamachiach came to die for us and the resurrection is the most important thing he ever did and I used to teach that until I began to study the Kingdom. Let's read what it says in Acts 1:2-4 it says after his suffering, that's number one, he showed himself to this man and gave many convincing proofs, that's number two, in other words, he came back, he was resurrected, that he was alive. Then third, he appeared to them over a period of 40 days after his resurrection. What did he talk to him about for 40 days? He spoke to them not about cavalry, not about the resurrection, he didn't talk about well you know I saw the devil and I got the keys. No, before I died I was talking about Kingdom and after I'm alive again I'm still talking about the same message. When are we going to get it? This is not about worship services, this thing is not about attending a church meeting, it's not about becoming a member of some religious organization, it's not about learning all these traditions and these rituals! It's about the kingdom and until we get it we are still going to be a bunch of religious people waiting to die to go to heaven never living at the level of success that we are supposed to live at. What a tragedy. This is really a difficult thing to deal with because we're so religiously inclined we are really no earthly good. Look at Acts chapter one same passage after the resurrection. So when they meant together, they asked him a question. Most High you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel? Now this is a very serious question because this is being asked by people who've been with him personally for three and a half years. They lived with him, slept with him, ate with him, they sat at his feet every day, he taught them about the kingdom, he taught them every example he could use to get them to understand the kingdom and then he went to the cross and he figured they must know it now. Then he went to hell, rose again, raised from the dead, he's now in power and glory on his way back to heaven, he stops off on earth to check to see if they figured it out and they still didn't get it. What are they asking for? They are asking him to organize a coup against Caesar. That's what that question is for. I don't know what that means to you but what that means to me is once religion gets a hold of you it's tough to get away from it. You see, the problem is these Jewish men have been taught by the Pharisees and scribes and by their parents all their lives that the kingdom of Yah is going to be a messiah coming to destroy the oppressive Roman Empire and establish Israel as the great Kingdom once again, that David had and that the Israelites are going to rule over the world again and they're going to have their earthly Kingdom again. That is what they were taught in their synagogues. Matter of fact, that is why the Jews had a problem with Yahusha, because the expectation of the Messiah was not what he came to represent. They thought that they were going to have a military leader coming in on a white horse, with an army and they were all going to join him and they were going to march on to Rome and attack the Romans and with his power they were going to be killing them. That was the concept. So when Yahusha came, notice that questions were related to Kingdom and Rome. Do you remember when Yahusha was in Bethany at Lazarus’ house having dinner for a couple days and then he decided it's time, and when he said that everybody got excited. He said, the time has come for me to go to Jerusalem, I have set my face like a flint to go to Jerusalem. They figure, all right he's gonna attack Pilate, now we're going to take over Palestine. So what happens? He says get my donkey. Not a horse, a donkey. He gets on the donkey and what happens? He starts riding down the hill coming into Jerusalem, the disciples getting excited, Peter his sword, holding it tight thinking, we are going to get Rome back now and then all of a sudden the kids hear the message and all the people hear the message and they start singing Hosanna! So you think they loved him. It was a riot that they were getting interested in. It was a rebellion they thought he was about to lead. He came into Jerusalem and he got to the stoplight! Now he could go right to Pilots castle or go left to the temple. He's got crowds, I mean probably a few thousands of people behind him. So he's a real threat and he's in charge of this whole group and these are violent people being oppressed for many years. They are angry, they are bitter and they have rocks and stones and all kinds of things. They were saying Hosanna! Hosanna in the highest! Blessed is he who comes in the name of Jehovah. In other words, he is going to set us free from Rome. So he stopped and he turned left and that's when they left him. Instead of going to Pilate he went to the temple and they said he is no military rebellion leader and when he came to the temple he made it even worse. He walks in there and the very people who were expecting him to lead them into military rebellion, he started turning over their business, you know breaking up their business. He turned over their money changing tables. They said, you are not only not representing what we expected of you but you also interfere with our business and then he started whipping them. They figured this guy is definitely not our rebellion leader. Now you're wondering why the Pharisees were so against Yahusha after that. It is because he disappointed them completely. If you read Isaiah 53 it tells you he said when my servant comes he shall come as a suffering servant. They expected a military giant. The point I'm making is these eleven guys that he's talking to, they came from those homes. Do you know what it is to see your boss walk on water? Do you know that to see your boss stop a hurricane just with his words? Peace, and the hurricane stopped. Now you know he could kill a five hundred thousand army with just a couple of words. So they were sure he could take care of Ceasar. So the Pharisees turned against him. They were not against Yahusha until after and then he was no longer their Messiah. I'm saying this for a reason because you see Yah is still having the same problem right now in 2023. That is you are still struggling with religion versus Kingdom. Hopefully Yah will find a group of people in this generation who will get the message that the disciples didn't even get and that is Yah wants his kingdom effective now on earth but not as a military entity to attack men but to save them! Yah loved Caesar and the Pharisees couldn't understand that because Caesar was their oppressor. That's why they asked him a question about money. Should we give Caesar money? Yahusha said yes, give the man money. That's the kingdom. We don't want to destroy the man's kingdom. I have my kingdom, he has his. You give to him what is his and give to me what is mine. We are not here to cause problems for Caesar, we are here to infiltrate Caesar. See the kingdom of Yah doesn't come by observation. Hamachiach says the king of Yah doesn't come to my observation. You don't even know when it shows up, it just takes over your whole country. It's like yeast. One of the reasons why a lot of people cannot cross over hebraically today is because Hebrews are militant. Did Hamachiach ever stand up anywhere in scripture and attack Caesar? He never publicly attacked Caesar. Matter of fact, he supported Caesar. He said give Caesar his money. I guess the issue is you walking in the streets beating the Cepher over their heads. That's militancy. The way you do it is, you do it like yeast. You infect the whole place with your love, your goodness, your kindness, your tender mercy, your long-suffering, your patience, the things that are called the fruit of the Spirit so that people began to ask you, why are you different from all these other Hebrew Israelite nations, and you tell them because I live under another government. The kingdom of Yah is like yeast. You don't see yeast, all you know is the bread rises. Hamachiach says the kingdom of Yah is like a woman who puts yeast in dough and it just rises. He said the Kingdom of Yah is like a man who's just trying to throw seeds in the ground and he doesn't know how it happens but everyday and night it grows. He said it's thrown among thorns and thistles! So what, that everybody does not love Yahusha, you still just throw out your love, throw out patience, he said let him grow together. How can a man know Yah loves him if love doesn't manifest itself to him? So he says let the wheat and the tare grow together, so the tare can experience wheat. Most of us tear the tare. Am I making sense? See, it's very important. The disciples didn't get it. There are some Hebrew Israelite nations who come to you saying, there's some folks down the street who are preaching in Yahusha’s name but they worship on Sunday, let’s get them! Call down fire! Burn them up! That is militant. Yahusha said to his disciples, go and wait in Jerusalem and you shall receive power after what? The Ruach HaQadesh has come upon you and you shall be what? Witnesses unto me in Judea Samaria and to the utter most parts of the earth. They said show us the kingdom, let's go take Caesar now. He said, no, no, no the kingdom is the Ruach HaQadesh he says. he says and when you when you receive the Ruach HaQadesh that’s number one and its power release, its dynamos, its effectiveness, that’s number two then he says you will be witnesses unto me in Judea and in my house. In other words, the first place that the kingdom is supposed to show up is where you live, in your house, with your family. If you really have the kingdom of Yah, your whole family should be saying you have really changed. You don't fight anymore, you don't hate, you don't have malice anymore. You are giving, you are helping people in the family. That's the kingdom of Yah. The kingdom of Yah, Yahusha said is the Ruach HaQadesh, why? The Ruach HaQadesh is the only one who connects us to heaven and we are supposed to do what? We're supposed to bring heaven's influence to earth. So Hamachiach says, when you pray, pray what? Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Now, you can't make his will be done, or kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven if you're not in touch with heaven to know how it's being done in heaven. So the key to the kingdom is the Ruach HaQadesh coming back into your life and reconnecting you to the kingdom of heaven. That's why the kingdom of Yah is love, joy, peace, and righteousness where? In the Ruach HaQadesh and Hamachiach says look, the kingdom is not attacking Caesar. The kingdom is you guys getting reconnected.
IN the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, so much so that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his Talmidiym first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Parashiym, which is hypocrisy. For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom את ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he has killed has power to cast into Gey Hinnom; yea, I say unto you, Fear him. Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before Elohiym? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of A'dam also confess before the angels of Elohiym: But he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of Elohiym. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of A'dam, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemes against the Ruach Ha'Qodesh it shall not be forgiven. And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Ruach Ha'Qodesh shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say. And one of the company said unto him, Rabbi, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me. And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you? And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses. And he spoke a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, you have much goods laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But Elohiym said unto him, You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose shall those things be, which you have provided? So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward Elohiym. And he said unto his Talmidiym, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than food, and the body is more than raiment. Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and Elohiym feeds them: how much more are ye better than the fowls? And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest? Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Shalomah in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then Elohiym so clothe the grass, which is today in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that ye have need of these things. But rather seek ye the Kingdom of Elohiym; and all these things shall be added unto you. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you את the Kingdom. Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that fails not, where no thief approaches, neither moth corrupts. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their adoniy, when he will return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open unto him immediately. Blessed are those servants, whom the adoniy when he comes shall find watching: Amein I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of A'dam comes at an hour when ye think not. Then Kepha said unto him, Adonai, speak this parable unto us, or even to all? And Adonai said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his adoniy shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his adoniy when he comes shall find so doing. Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he has. But and if that servant say in his heart, My adoniy delays his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; The adoniy of that servant will come in a day when he looks not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his adoniy's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There comes a shower; and so it is. And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it comes to pass. Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time? Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right? When you go with your adversary to the magistrate, as you are in the way, give diligence that you may be delivered from him; lest he hale you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer cast you into prison.
