We are walking in today:  Testimony Tuesday--Wait On Yahweh, Your Elohim!

Witness shout throughout the Bible:  H6030 `anah  to answer, respond, respond as a witness, receive an answer
Exodus 32:18; Numbers 23:21; Joshua 6:5, 6:10, 6:16, 6:20; 1 Samuel 4:5-6; Isaiah 12:6, 42:11, 44:23; Jeremiah 25:30, 31:7, 50:15, 51:14,; Zephaniah 3:14; Zechariah 9:9; 2 Chronicles 13:15; Ezra 3:13; Psalm 5:11, 72:11, 35:27, 47:1, 47:5,65:13, 132:9, 132:16,; Acts 12:21-25; 1 Thessalonians 4:16

Fiveamprayer we have to understand that waiting shows in whom we trust.  He is the all-seeing, all-knowing, all-powerful Yahweh, our Elohim!  He is with is forever!  But do you trust and believe on His word? He is the Lord God Almighty, the King of the universe!  Being King, all that He speaks is law and will, shall, must come to pass.  He hears our cries and His hand is mighty to save!  We are never left out nor forsaken!  Remain in His instructions for direction and protection.  For all is known by Yahweh from the very beginning.  We were known by Him before we were created in the womb.  Stop seeking everything and anyone else--no greater King has ever ruled!  No more loving Father, than our Heavenly Father!  No higher Creator, than He who created the whole world and all therein!  Seek after His heart to now His love for us!  We are to stand on the unfailing Rock of ages!
When we begin to trust in our own abilities we are starting down a dangerous path.  For we alone have not the actual ability to succeed on our own.  Only His purposes stand, irregardless to what we plan. This is the shemitah year, we are to rest in His plans for us.  As we keep seeking and studying His Torah we find our path and way for our lives.  This aimless wandering and guessing must cease and we must follow the steps that He has laid out for us in examples throughout the Bible.  Only Yahweh can take scriptures that we have in some cases memorized and they now be opened up before us revealing much insight and wisdom.  The goal is the Torah and with this understanding we find where we miss the mark and can make the correction to realigned with His plan.  That which He knew the end of from the very beginning!  To hear this again click here.

We are walking in today:  Weekend Meditation--Yahweh's Blueprint For The House

Witness race throughout the Bible:  H734 orach  the way, path, road, way of living, manner of a man
Psalm 19:1-5; Eccleastes 9:11; 1 Corinthians 9:24; Hebrews 12:1

This arrangement of the 613 principles, the law of our Lord God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is from the book by Rabbi Ralph Messer, Torah: Law Or Grace? Kingdom Principles For Kingdom Living.  This book can be ordered online here or in the store if you are in the Denver area here.

The Second Commandment-Exodus 20:4-5 You shall have no other gods before Me.  You shall not make yourself a carved image nor any likeness of that which is in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the water beneath the earth.  You shall not prostrate yourself to nor worship them, for I am the LORD your God--a jealous God.
121. A Kohen with any blemish shall not approach the Altar --Leviticus 21:23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries: for I the Lord do sanctify them.

122. A Kohen who is unclean shall not come near the Offerings --Leviticus 22:2 Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they profane not my holy name in those things which they hallow unto me: I am the Lord.

123. A Kohen who is unclean shall not eat from the Offerings --Leviticus 22:4 What man soever of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or hath a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he be clean. And whoso toucheth any thing that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goeth from him;

124. A person  who is not a Kohen shall not eat the Offerings --Leviticus 22:10 There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.

125. A person who resides with a Kohen shall not eat the Offerings --Leviticus 22:10

126. A person who is the laborer of a Kohen shall not eat the Offerings --Leviticus 22:10

127. The daughter of a Kohen married to a person who is not a Kohen shall not eat the Offerings --Leviticus 22:10

128. The Kohanim shall not desecrate the Offerings --Leviticus 22:15 And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the Lord;

129. You shall not offer a blemished animal on the Altar --Leviticus 22:20 But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.

130. You shall offer only unblemished offerings --Leviticus 22:21 And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the Lord to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein.

When building or constructing a house the directions of how to put it together is the blueprint.  The blueprint shows where the walls, wiring, plumbing are to go--includes the placements of the walls and other supports to keep the structure safe.  Only those with understanding can draw up the blueprints so that the ending result will be sound, safe and habitable.  Fiveamprayer we have been given a blueprint on how to operate and handle this house He has given us.  Adonai gives us His Torah to instruct us how to live our lives, it is the Way the Truth and the Life!  With this framework we are strengthened to stand in the face of many storms, being built on the Rock of His word--the unchangeable, infallible Davar Elohim, Word of Yahweh!  But many say that portion of the Bible is finished.  Yet we have most of the Next Testament coming from what was written in the First.  So that theory would cause the most of the Bible rendered obsolete for that which is not repeating from the Torah is expounding the principles as Yeshua taught the people and corrected the pharisees and scribes.  This idea would be the same as a house telling the architect and the blueprint, no I don't need you now that I am built and will change anything that I want to my liking?!  One of the biggest dangers in not being able to read or understand the blueprint is that if a load bearing wall is removed the whole structure can be compromised and no longer deemed safe to dwell in.
Fiveamprayer, take a look at our lives, the removal of the 10 utterances or the 10 commandments from the courtrooms, prayer from schools and no longer observing the Lord's feast days has yielded us a wicked, greedy and indifferent to suffering nation of citizens.  This lack of care, concern and narrow focus on self has allowed legislation to pass that Yahweh tells us over and over again is an abomination to Him.
We ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained...
This is the country that was to be a nation under Almighty God, that George Washington said would be protected and blessed if this nation continued to seek Him and regard that which He ordained.  Yet we have made laws and voted in things that are not to be linked to Yahweh for He is totally against these terrible things.   This has resulted in us, the house of God, where His Spirit resides, to come under dis-ease and curses operating in our lives.  We were never to set down nor change His word, the Bible to suit our selfish desires!  We find ourselves lacking strength, but the chief corner stone has been reduced to paying our ransom over and over again. Will we continue in our own folly?  Can it not be seen that defeating the enemy is with our obedience to Yahweh's instruction?  The provision and protection are available to us within His instructions that we will seek to attain the goal that Yahweh has set for us.  For in His great mercy and grace, He covers us when we miss the mark but had the actions of attempting to walk out the principles to the best of our capability, instead of total disregard. Isaiah 32:4-6 (KJV) 4 The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly. 5 The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful. 6 For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the Lord, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
Yahweh so loves us that He gives us the pattern, the template--we are not having to craft our own, yet many of us have, to our downfall.  Moses gets the pattern of the tabernacle from what is in heaven.  Yeshua tells the disciples to pray in this manner in Matthew 6:9 and then we have how we are to treat each other in how Yeshua lived His life.  When we study the volume of the Book, these patterns show up and give us more details of how things will be in eternity.  The feast days are our rehearsals for our eternal time with Yahweh.  Things that are important are rehearsed, look at the instruction to Joshua:
Joshua 1:5-9 (NKJV) 5 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. 6 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. 7 Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”  Fiveamprayer are you observing to do all that He had written in The Book of The Law?  Are you meditating on it day and night?  Are you observing to do all that is written in it?  For Elohim says, then you will make your way prosperous and have good success.  Has He not commanded you?  So take a look at your life and find out if you are prosperous and have good success.  The disobedience to His instructions and teachings leads to lack in every area of our lives, yet out obedience leads to all that is afforded to us according to His purpose and design!  This is not an argument but a self evaluation, take a look at your life.  You determine if there is lack in your life or dis-ease in your body.  What principles are you not adhering to?  Or totally disregarding? Or breaking will with wild abandon?  In Joshua it says 'haven't I commanded you?'  Commands are not optional--ask those in the military, can they comply with the drill Sargent demand at their leisure?  Is there a benefit to a quick response?  Take some time out this weekend to listen to this teaching again.  Take notes and really look over what is going on in your life to see where the mark was missed.  Study and pray to find what corrections need to be made.  You may find that you are crumbling under pressure due to removing a load bearing wall because of misunderstanding the blueprint which was given to preserve and protect out lives--it is not a restriction.  What is restricted by following His teaching and instruction is the enemy's access to your life and family.

5 Smooth Stones, Yahweh's Justice System--Exodus 22

Exodus 22

We are walking in today:  5 Smooth Stones, Yahweh's Justice System--Exodus 22

Witness assembly throughout the Bible:  H6595 qahal assembly, company, congregation, convocation , or evil counsel, war or invasion, religious purposes, company (of returning exiles)
Genesis 49:5-7; Exodus 12:5-6, 16:3; Leviticus 4:13-14, 8:4, 23:34-36; Numbers 8:9, 10:2-3, 20:6, 20:8, 29:35; Deuteronomy 5:22, 9:10, 10:4, 16:8, 18:15-18; Judges 20:2; 1 Samuel 17:47; 2 Kings 10:20; Jeremiah 15:7, 50:9; Ezekiel 13:9; Joel 1:14, 2:15; Zephaniah 3:18; Psalm 89:7, 107:32, 111:1; Proverbs 5:14; Acts 19:32, 19:39; Hebrews 12:23-25

Here we have Yahweh's law code for the children of Israel.  First we have how the crime of thief is to be handled.  If the thief is caught in the night where it was not easy to determine what was going on, the death of the thief was allowed.  The theft happening in the daylight would afford a better understanding of what is going on and their life was not to be taken.  The person taking the items of value were to repay double.  If they were not able to pay double they could be sold into slavery and the money then used to replace the loss.   Imprisonment wasn't a part of Yahweh's justice plan.  The practice of imprisonment was common among the people surrounding the children of Israel or from those who where captured in war.  This chapter gives how to handle the loss of an animal, crops or items trusted to a neighbor.  The if this than that gives a clear line to the consequences from our actions.  Other laws of ancient peoples were varied and did not place as much emphasis of the protection of life as the instructions of Yahweh.  These laws stemmed from His compassion and shows the value of men over animals, or crops.  The consciousness of the person committing the crime--no matter their intent or circumstances, were to be upheld consistently.  The command that a witch was not to be suffered to live--that they would not proceed in the pagan practices of seeking those gods to do their bidding.  Another common practice of the other cultures was people having sex with animals was also prohibited.  The children of Israel were directed over and over to not do the things that the pagen people were doing, no should they mix in those practices with the instructions of Yahweh.  He knew that like many of us they would look for a loop hole.  Yes I am doing a pagan practice, but God knows my heart!  They are told over and over to not acknowledge, offer sacrifices to nor worship the pagan gods.  Do not allow anyone to entice you to go and worship pagan gods.  They were brought out of Egypt and had their own pagan customs that He was stripping from them.  Look at how the golden calf was set up when they thought Moses was on the mountain too long for time with Yahweh.  Not only was an idol set up but they set up a feast day and began to celebrate in error who delivered them out.
The provisions for the widows and orphans that they be not mistreated for when they cry our to Yahweh--He will hear and judge the situation.  Where is your concern for those without their father or having a deceased husband? For those those who give their cloak as collateral, you are not to keep it over night, for where is your compassion for them being warm at night?  The children of Israel were not to charge interest to there Israelite brothers and sisters.  Their hands were not to be shut against each other who is in need.  For Yahweh provides for them all but in the community they were not to allow their brother or sister to suffer when they could assist them.  This community mindset is often foreign to us now a days.  When many of us do not know our neighbors, nor are we able to go next door to borrow a cup of sugar.  This individual mindset is in contrast to the community mindset--the drive for individual success at the detriment of the community is not any part of the original intent for Yahweh's people operating in His government here on the earth.  To hear this again click here.

Power To Draw, But Not Deliver?

Isaiah 61:1-11; John 5:1-11, 1:12, 8:30; Psalm 119:11, Romans 8:1, Exodus 34; Ezekiel 8; Proverbs 15:22

We are walking in today:  Power To Draw, But Not Deliver?

Witness discover throughout the Bible:  H1540 galah  uncover, remove, depart, go into exile, lay bare, reveal
Deuteronomy 22:30; 1 Samuel 14:8; Isaiah 3:17; Jeremiah 13:26; Hosea 2:10; Micah 1:6; Nahum 3:5; Proverbs 18:2, 25:9

Fiveamprayer, we have to realized that there are people who believe, but they aren’t delivered, so they can’t live what they believe. It seems like as we continue our week to week worship services, we believe more in the mysticism of deliverance than we do in the practicality of deliverance. Deliverance doesn’t come through mysticism! It comes through the Word of Yahweh, and only by the changing that only Yahweh can do. Being delivered is being set free. The covenant with man is so that we can be set free; so that we can be separate from the world and we can be joined to Him; so we can be holy with Him; so we can die to the world and be holy with Him. There are things that are worldly that we need to be delivered from. We continue to come into atmospheres where we’re looking for some kind of sign. We’re leaving happier, but we’re still the same. It’s the truth that changes. It’s the truth that sanctifies. We are still a people that are so broken. We are so hurt. We are so frustrated.  It is this hurt, frustration and brokenness that actually impairs our ability to see. It also impairs our ability to do what Elohim has called us to do. Abraham was told by Yahweh to go to a land that He would show him.  It was His word that had already gone forth and secured the place that Abraham was to go. It was a journey of faith. Abraham heard what Yahweh said and he did just that--went to the land directed by Yahweh.
We’re not delivered under our own strength or abilities.  Deliverance comes through obedience to the Word of God, the Davar Elohim that has been spoken and will not return void. How did the water get turned into wine at the wedding? Because they did was Yeshua said! If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation. What does it mean to be in Christ? It means to be obedient. It means to hear what He says and do what He says. We can draw people because we can entertain them but we can’t deliver them because we won’t give them enough Word to be delivered. Who the Son sets free, he is free indeed. Jesus said that if you continue in my teaching you will know the truth and the truth will make you free. People aren’t walking in truth every day and people aren’t being delivered because they don’t know the truth. It’s up to us to deliver folks. It’s up to us to help people discover that their water has already been turned into wine. People who have been saved for years and years still carry the heavy burden of guilt and they have not been delivered from that. When you’re guilty, you deal with people that level. When you allow the Lord to deposit His Word inside of you, you allow Him to help you discover what’s already on the inside of you. He has already forgiven our lawlessness. You received the volume of the Book--now is the time to walk it out in your daily life not just for a few hours one day a week.  Nor should we make this an academic study void of actually application to our lives! Now you have to discover what’s already on the inside of you. We all want to be entertained. You don’t have to go to church to be entertained. You have to go to church to be discovered, so that you can discover the Holy Spirit inside of you. Where are the messengers that are carrying the good news? We are living in the Acceptable Year of the Lord! This is the year of deliverance! If we don’t tell them they’re free, who’s going to tell them? Now, go out and bless somebody else and tell them the truth. Amen!  To hear this again click here.

5 Smooth Stones--Genesis 19, Is America A Modern Day Sodom and Gomorrah?

Genesis 19, 13:10-12, 14:12; 2 Peter 2:7-8; Leviticus 18:22-30; Genesis 19:18; 1 Corinthians 3:15; Genesis 18:25; Ezekiel 16:49; Leviticus 18:22; Genesis 13:10; Luke 17:32; Deuteronomy 32:28-35; Jude

We are walking in today:  5 Smooth Stones--Genesis 19, Is America A Modern Day Sodom and Gomorrah?

Witness famine in the land throughout the Bible:  H7458 ra`ab famine or hunger in the land or community, depletion of Yahweh's word
Genesis 12:10, 26:1; Ruth 1:1; Amos 8:11

Fiveamprayer, today we are looking at Genesis 19 the which gives us the details of Lot leaving the area of Sodom and Gomorrah.  While going through this study consider if we see these same practices here in America in this current age and time.
Now the plan of Elohim has been revealed and discussed with Abraham in Genesis 18 then we have Lot at the entrance of the gate of Sodom when the messengers of Yahweh arrive in the evening.  He knew that the practices of this town would be to either harass those who would dare to come to their city for refuge for the night if they were not wealthy or even kill them to let it be known that they have no hospitality within their walls.  They were a wealthy city and did not receive those in need with care nor concern.  This deep seeded greed lead to a twisted protection of their wealth at all costs and keeping up the reputation that others would avoid lodging over night or visiting all together.  When Lot saw the two messengers he quickly offered them a place for the night.  They declined and said that they would say in the town square for the night.  Lot would not hear of it and insisted that they would lodge with him.  They agreed.  This picture of finding Lot at the gate of the city shows that he is a civic leader in Sodom, for sitting at the gate was a position of honor and authority.  Once the messengers were in the house he fed them a great banquet.  This was interrupted by the men of the town come to Lot's house and demand that the messengers were given to them that they would know them sexually.  Another of the wicked sins of Sodom and Gomorrah was the practice of homosexuality.  With this added to the greed they had as a wealthy city lead to the abuse and mistreatment of many people and not solely for physical pleasure.  Lot tries to convince this mob of men to not do this wicked thing, for these messengers had come under his roof and protection.  He even offers up his two virgin daughters, to these men were not distracted from their goal in the least and persisted and would have pressed in upon them from the outside as they shoved Lot against the door.  The messengers of Yahweh brought Lot in and struck the men without with physical blindness to match their moral blindness.
We can see here in America that 32 of the 50 states have passed laws in favor of same sex marriages.  This is a direct violation of the Torah, the Davar Elohim, the Word of God.  He gives us His plan for marriage in the beginning of the Bible.

Genesis 2:21-25 21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. 25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

This sin of homosexuality as defined in the Bible a man laying with a man or a woman laying with a woman is an abomination, causing the land to be defiled and the people spewed out.

Leviticus 18:22-30 (KJV)22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.  24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:  25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants.  26 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you:  27 (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;)  28 That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you. 29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people. 30 Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the Lord your God.

They have found in studies that those who live a homosexual lifestyle have many sexual partners and sometimes only know their partners briefly before having a sexual relationship.  The saturation of this lifestyle is apparent throughout this country and so prevalent that there is talk of teaching to children in school that this is an acceptable choice or lifestyle.  The characters on many television shows are no longer hinting at being homosexual or give subtle clues but are upfront and bold about it.  This pushing of the envelope is not only in the lifestyle choices similar to Sodom and Gomorrah but also there are laws on the books in this country that a person can be jailed for feeding the homeless.  Also that the homeless are being imprisoned due to not having a place to live.  There used to be a time when the homeless who did not find shelter were able to sleep in the parks overnight and many now have arrest records due to being homeless.  Sounds like the inhospitable practices of Sodom and Gomorrah echoing in my ears. With the recent election the topic of abortion came up again.  There is so much fighting and has been, about taking away the 'right' of abortion.  This does pose another question, does this 'right' really exist if we do not have control over creating a life?

Genesis 1:26-28 (KJV) 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Does the scripture tell us that Yahweh gave the male and female, that were created in His own image and likeness dominion over the Earth--blessed to be fruitful and multiplySo the account of Sarah not baring children until her old age was in her control?  When Abraham and Sarah traveled in the 20 chapter of Genesis to a land and the king of that land took Sarah and the wombs of the women were shut--by who's command was that done?

Genesis 20:17-18  (KJV)17 So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children. 18 For the Lord had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife.

Fiveamprayer take a good look at scripture and see where this is being reflected in our current society and nation.  What is the end result?  Who can intercede like Abraham did for Lot with the Lord God Almighty?  When correction is made to the error does Yahweh forgive and restore?  Even in errors of ignorance, we can be restored with His truth!  Stand on the entity of His word!  Ask Him for knowledge, understanding and wisdom to walk before Him in the good and right way.  This is not something you would just know all on your own.  We have to be  taught and learn His ways and set down a totally turn away from the ways of the world!  We are to be in the world but not of this world!  To listen to this message again click here.  https://www.freeconferencecallhd.com/playback.html?n=RvxYy/jJ7xq

Our teaching today is from the weekly Torah portion for the week of November 9-15
Chayei Sarah/ Sarah's Lifetime  Genesis 23:1-25:18; 1 Kings 1:1-31; Matthew 19-23; Mark 13-14; Luke 17-20  or click above to order a calendar that includes the weekly Torah portions

This portion opens up with the passing of Sarah at the age of 127.  Abraham goes to the people in the land to ask to purchase land with a cave to bury her.  Initially the people of the land, the sons of Heth offer the land at no charge.  As the negotiations continue Ephron the Hittite comes in with the same offer and then the final amount is decided. Abraham pays for the place called Machpelah, 400 shekels of silver.  The burial practices of the Hebrews are seen here, that the body would be entombed outside of the regular living quarters.  As we find in the Torah, that the people did not become defiled by a dead body.  This practice appeared more simple than the extravagant practices of embalming by the Egyptians.  When a man died in the Bible he is often said to sleep with his fathers.  The tombs were often set apart by families.  Or those well advanced in age would desire to be buried in their home towns.  The more common people without exceptional wealth were not buried in familial grave sites or tombs.  We have this example in the Brit Chadasha or New Testament that in the burial of Yeshua, the preparing of the body was done in haste due to the closing of the day, and the following feast days, before He was placed in the tomb.
After the passing of Sarah, Eliezer, Abraham's servant was instructed go out for a bride for Isaac from Abraham's home land.  The other requirements were for the woman not be from the local people and that she would have to come away with him, that Isaac would not go and live there.  Eliezer make a promise to Abraham to do all that he was instructed to do.  If in foll0wing every instruction, and the bride did not come away with him for Isaac, he was still in good standing with Abraham.  Eliezer travels to Abraham's home town with the traveling party to wait by the wells with his 10 camels.  His prayer to Yahweh that the woman who comes out at this time of drawing water, would will give him drink and will also water the camels is the one that meets His approval for Isaac.  Rebecca is the maiden who does comply with his request.  They all return to her family home and see if she will go with Eliezer to wed Isaac.  The importance of the bride not being amongst the people where Abraham was living, could be that the influence of the family would be too great to overcome.  Remember that both where Abraham lived now and where he came from are people with pagan practices.  Not allowing Issac to go to her land but rather remain set apart and separate from the pagan practices, that she too would cross over also becoming a Hebrew.  To hear more of this teaching click here.

We are walking in today:  Testimony Tuesday--The Importance Of The Shemittah

Witness encourage throughout the Bible: H2388 chazaq to strengthen, prevail, harden, be strong, become strong, be courageous, be firm, grow firm, be resolute
Deuteronomy 1:38, 3:28; 2 Samuel 11:25; Psalm 64:5

Fiveamprayer, you have heard on this line quite a few times about this being the shemittah year.  What does that mean?  Why is that something that we need to know or be aware of?  Is this some new thing that just got added to the calendar?

Let's start with defining shabbat from the Hebraic mindset:
H7676 shabbat  from the root word H7673 shabath to cease, desist, rest.  Scripture reference Genesis 2:2, Yahweh ceased from His work on the 7th day
reading the above letters from right to left is shin, beit, tav

Using the Pictograph understanding of the letters gives us this image:

First letter, the letter Shin, which means teeth has a point on the upper right hand corner a Chowlem. This point means the opposite, of what the letter is--the opposite of what it stands for.
The second and third letters, in Sabbath the beit and tav is the word brit which is the word covenant.  The letter beit  has an internal point. The emphasis here is intimate, or deeply internal to the letter.

The three letters added together are as follows:
Shin (Chowlem) = Stop Chewing, stop processing
Beit (Shurwreq ) = House internal
Tav = Covenant

This gives us a picture of work stopping inside the house, that is tied to a covenant.  This does mean more than that, this is the rest that is found in the Torah, the covenant of the Sabbath.  Will we work 6 days and trust that Yahweh will provide what is needed for us on the 7th day?  When the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they were to collect double the portion of manna on that day alone to have enough for the 7th day.  Many that first week did not trust Yahweh and went out on the 7th day and found no manna available.  Exodus 16 shows whether the people would trust Him or no.  Would they try to save for the next day that was not the Sabbath or go out on the 7th day to collect?  Will we trust the Almighty Yahweh, the all knowing, all powerful one?  It is in our obedience we have what He has prepared for us.  This ceasing from work was not only a weekly event.  There was another time that the land was to rest which was every 7 years.  The year before was a higher yield in crops to provide for the people as they were not to work the land for a year.  Yahweh would provide from the land naturally and the people were to freely eat that which came forth without their effort.  This time that the children of Israel were not working in the fields allowed for more study of the Torah.  The last cessation that the children of Israel have is yovel--this is year of Jubilee.  Calculated by counting up 7 shemittah years for a total of 49 years, the following year would be the Jubilee a season of rest for the land and people, debts erased, slaves released, and land returned to the original owners.  In the book of Ruth we have Boaz who was to redeem the land of Naomi due to both her husband and son's dying while outside the land.  Ruth being the childless widow and daughter-in-law of Naomi was to be redeemed by the close relative of Elimelech's family.  This was a two fold concern that the land would not pass out of the hands of the family and that an heir would be raised up in Ruth's husband steed.  Once the closer relative did not want to be the kinsman redeemer, Boaz steps in.  Will we trust in our Kinsman Redeemer, Yeshua to step in and provide for us when we are in a place where we cannot take care of ourselves?
As we have in the Brit Chadasha or New Testament with the prodigal son who demanded his inheritance early which is equal to wishing his father dead and demanding his money now.  He leaves out in such great shame to the other family members and the community, to quickly spend his demanded wealth with wild living.  The prodigal son comes to find that by leaving his fathers teaching and instruction, he has little recourse when the famine hits while he was in a far away land.  Once the demanded money was gone he finds that the error of going away from his father's teaching and instruction--he was in deep poverty and was suffering physically, emotionally and physically.  This desparation drew him to offer to sell himself as a hired servant back to his father than to continue to eat the food that he was to feed to the pigs.  The instructions that the prodigal son got from his father were not to be disregarded nor tossed out the window, without leading to dire consequences on his own behalf.  Fiveamprayer we too must follow what Yahweh has directed us to do to keep out of the outer darkness.  The light of the Torah aids us and directs us as this is Avinu Malkinu's plan for us.  Rest in this season, He has this all in control and has our best interest at heart--who better than our Creator to know that which we need and when?  He is so awesome that he provides for us before the shemittah year arises there is a double portion that is received before the time of ceasing arises.  But the question is do you trust in your own ability and power over the awesome, mighty and incomparable power of the Lord God King of the Universe?  Will you trust and obey?  Remember in Exodus 16, Yahweh was testing the people if they will obey His law or no?  How about you, fiveamprayer, in who do you trust?  To hear more of this awesome message click here.

Are You Following Popular Opinion or Original Intent?

Luke 1:37; Leviticus 15:1-30; Mark 5:33; Mark 2:8; Mark 5:33; Luke 8:47; Genesis 3; Acts 16:31-32; Mark 9:34; Luke 8:48; Mark 5:28; Malachi 4:2; Jeremiah 29:13; Numbers 15:37; Deuteronomy 22:12; Matthew 9:20-22; Numbers 15:37-41; Matthew 6:6; 1 Samuel 15:27; 1 Kings 19:19; Revelation 19:11-16; Acts 16:14; 1 Samuel 24:36, 24:8-20; Ruth 3:8-11; Matthew 23:5; John 3; Matthew 22:23; 1 Samuel 6:17; Mark 6:53-56; Exodus 4:22; Matthew 26:6-13, 14:24-26; Daniel 6:57

We are walking in today:  Are You Following Popular Opinion or Original Intent?

Witness posses the land throughout the Bible:  H3423 yarash to seize, take possession of, to inherit and H 776 'erets country, territory, tribal lands, land, earth
Deuteronomy 1:8, 3:20, 4:1, 8:1, 9:23, 10:11, 11:8, 11:31; Joshua 1:11, 18:3; Judges 2:6, 18:9; Nehemiah 9:15; Isaiah 14:21, 57:13; Ezekiel 33:25

What could be the case with trailblazers, initially seen as out of bounds and yet many follow suit after seeing their success?  There will come a time when popular opinion will no long be the correct answer for you.  We can also see this in Christianity, that has been placed in a box, bound up by man-made traditions.  Shouldn't we seek and study scripture for ourselves?  That we would obtain our own relationships with Yahweh, without sacrificing our relationships with those around us?  Can our focus be on Adonai and yet available to be His hands and feet, His mouth or ears for those around us? Can we would be yielded vessels for His glory?  Could we be found in obedience like Abram who was sent to a land that Yahweh would show him?  This getting in motion that we have come to know as faith, in the Hebraic mind is obedience, that you would be in action to the command or direction that was given.  Fiveamprayer, are we in obedience?  Moving toward that which He has directed us to do?  Are we still sitting back and waiting for everything to come to us.  Our faith is to be in action and not merely sitting back waiting for the doorbell to ring!  Will you be a trailblazer in obedience to the original intent or fall prey to popular opinion?
The woman with the issue of blood is found out of position according to the commandments in Leviticus 15, that she is out among the people.  In her search for healing of this issue that had lasted 12 years, resulted in her isolation and spending all that she had with doctors that only made it worse--yet was reaching out for healing.  Having this seclusion and health crisis weighing on her what kind of toll did this take on her family?  And yet she stepped out on scripture.  We have to understand that His word will stand!  It is infallible and can take any weight that we put on it with proper understanding and wisdom.  The teachings in the Tanakh, said that the Messiah would have healing in His wings.  The wings are actually the tassels of the prayer shawl.  In Hebrew they are called tzizit and hang from the four corners of the tallit.  The tzizit were also known as wings.  Thus the woman hearing about Yeshua and wanting healing and knowing scripture, got into motion to reach out to receive her healing.  This was a crowded street with many jostling the Christ and He stops after she is healed to ask ,who touched Him.  This lets us know that all who were in the midst of Him were not healed.  His response to her confession of touching His tzizit, 'daughter be comforted, your faith has made whole, go in peace'.  What a response for the woman who pressed her way to Him for healing and then trembled all the more when He recognized her touch of faith that resulted in being made whole!  If she had sat back for popular opinion would she have been healed?  Certainly not at this time of Yeshua passing through.  By pressing in to the original intent and moving into position she obtained healing and proved His Messiahship in her life.  Will you stand out from the crowd yet aligned with the Almighty One?  From study and meditation of the volume of the Book--will you get into action?  When Elohim sends you forth, will you go?  To listen to more of this message click here.  https://www.freeconferencecallhd.com/playback.html?n=RvxYy/jJznZ

101. You shall not make molten gods for yourself --Leviticus 19:4 Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the Lord your God.
102. You shall not turn to the idols --Leviticus 19:4
103. You shall not eat the Feast-Offering beyond on the third day --Leviticus 19:6-8  6 It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the morrow: and if ought remain until the third day, it shall be burnt in the fire. 7 And if it be eaten at all on the third day, it is abominable; it shall not be accepted. 8 Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his iniquity, because he hath profaned the hallowed thing of the Lord: and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
104. You shall not plant your field with mixed seed --Leviticus 19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.
105. You shall not turn to the sorcery of the Ovot or Yid'onim --Leviticus 19:31 Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.
106. You shall not become unclean through the sorcery of the Ovot or Yid'onim --Leviticus 19:31
107. A Kohen shall not become unclean for the dead, except for a close relative --Leviticus 21:1 And the Lord said unto Moses, Speak unto the priests the sons of Aaron, and say unto them, There shall none be defiled for the dead among his people:
108. A Kohen shall become unclean for a close relative who has died --Leviticus 21:2-3 2 But for his kin, that is near unto him, that is, for his mother, and for his father, and for his son, and for his daughter, and for his brother. 3 And for his sister a virgin, that is nigh unto him, which hath had no husband; for her may he be defiled.
109. A Kohen shall not desecrate the Name of their God --Leviticus 21:6 They shall be holy unto their God, and not profane the name of their God: for the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and the bread of their God, they do offer: therefore they shall be holy.
110. A Kohen shall not marry a woman who is a harlot --Leviticus 21:7 They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God.

Principle is defined as comprehensive law or doctrine, rule or code of conduct.  Yeshua develops His principles in you.  Your dreams require a Torah principle.  Preference is a feeling or liking of another person or thing over the other, an advantage given, a preferred thing.  A Torah principle applied accurately will cause you to prosper financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually.  The rejection of a Torah principle is like having faith in the enemy.  Obeying the principle multiplies productivity and success.  A principle is an action that influences that which is around you.  Accurate application will produce the desired result.  Following a man-made principle that Yahweh did not instruct will not support you financially, emotionally, spiritually or physically.  Following a Torah principle is a series of decisions that determines your destiny.  To develop the principle, you must rule yourself to control your life.  We are to self govern our emotions and actions.  Your faith attached to a Torah principle gives you power to stand and endure.  All of this in spite of everything, even facing defeat again and again.  Torah principles produces leaders who know where they are going and they will arrive there.
Paul a senior bond-servant of Yeshua in the chapter 7 of Romans is not saying he was still struggling in his life at this point in ministry.  While speaking to Rome, he had received better understanding from his encounter with Yeshua on the Damascus road.  He was contending with the new believers who had faith in Yeshua and His death but were at odds with the law.  The Jewish believers were looking to be justified by works of the law alone.  The people were being drawn into a incorrect understanding --only Yeshua can redeem us back into relationship with Yahweh.  Can works make us perfect by the flesh?  Where then  is the power of the Spirit?  The law didn't make righteous alone--it revealed where the mark was missed.  Our faith fulfills the law or rather our obedience fulfills the Torah. We are not to use grace through faith as a license to sin.  In Romans 6 Paul discusses the law of sin and death versus God's teaching and instruction.  The blood sacrifices that were required under the law of sin and death were paid by His precious blood and innocent death.  The Torah is still to be upheld and walked out by us.  Yeshua, Paul and the disciples applied the Torah to their lives.  We have to remember that Hebrew is a verb based language.  Paul in Romans 7:1-13 was speaking in past tense and from Romans 7:14-25 present tense.  This is a stumbling block for those who study without the understanding of the original language or poor translation of the text.  This all leads to an incorrect teaching of Paul, due to the verses in the wrong context we now have his teaching out of order.  Romans 7:9 is past tense and Romans 7:14 present tense--this section on of scripture is like a flashback to a earlier time in Paul's life.  Due to early church fathers who look to the carnal and sold under sin--doing wrong when knowing it is wrong.  We must study this closely to interpret correctly.  Preference vs. principle.  We cannot use scripture to justify sin!  This flashback is when Paul was a pharisee and was keeping the Torah without the Spirit which lead to pride and found himself wretched.  To hear this again click here.

5 Smooth Stones--Leviticus 13, Take Care Of The Camp!

Leviticus 13

We are walking in today:  5 Smooth Stones--Leviticus 13, Take Care Of The Camp!

Witness prevail throughout the Bible:  H1396 gabar to prevail, have strength, be strong, be powerful, be mighty, be great
Genesis 7:17-20; Numbers 22:6; Judges 16:5; 1 Samuel 2:9, 17:9, 26:25; 2 Chronicles 14:11; Esther 6:13; Job 15:24; Psalm 9:19, 12:4; Ecclesiastes 4:12; Daniel 11:7; ;Isaiah 7:1, 16:12, 42:13, 47:12; Jeremiah 1:19, 5:22, 15:20, 20:10-11; Matthew 16:18; 27:24; John 12:19

The ancient rabbis and scholars found that the book of Leviticus is a guidebook, more than a long list of details but instruction of holy worship and living.  This was to transform the children of Israel from slaves to kingdom citizens.  Moses gets the process of dealing with skin diseases and mold.  The priest were responsible for determining this disease so it is also included in the training of the priests.  The Hebrew word for this disease is tsarah which could grow on people, clothing or buildings as mold.  This mark or stroke likened to leprosy came from speaking evil of another or bitterness.  The suspected infected person was to be quarentined to find out if the diesease will spread.  If so than the person was sent outside of the camp for 7 days.  While outside of the camp they were to warn anyone approaching that they were infected.  These steps in the process were to keep the community from being infected.  This 'disease' is also linked to being ritually unclean.  Only Yeshua could cleans a person of this infection, but the priests were the ones trained to determine if they were clean of the infection.  This determination of the infection or the ending of the infection were not to be taken lightly.  The priests were to carefully consider and evaluate.
This is something we all must take a look at.  Those in our family and friends we may find that we have ill will and bitterness that could spread throughout the group.  Fiveamprayer we must take time first to consider ourselves and then those around us.  Being careful to find what needs to be addressed and then a discussion in love.  The Torah teaches us how we are to treat each other and how to come before the holy Yahweh.  Take time out to review what needs to be addressed that you may have been delaying.  That which you won't address will continue.  We have to confront those things that are out of order or risk our own blame in the equation.  Those discussions about the situation need to be reviewed and addressed appropriately, with love and concern for the other person to grow, mend and be strengthened by the truth.  Praise Your name Yahweh for teaching and directing us into all righteousness!  Click here to listen again.

After The Election--Is America Being Judged?

Isaiah 9:8-21; 1 Kings 8:14-33; Deuteronomy 19:15; 2 Corinthians 13:1; Deuteronomy 15:1-2

We are walking in today:  After The Election--Is America Being Judged?

Is there an ancient mystery that foretells America's future?  The 9-11 attacks, the housing bubble and bank bailouts could they all be found in the Bible?  Is there a warning being issued to America to turn before judgement?  This very week One World Trade Center or the Freedom Tower was dedicated.  Why is this something we need to be aware of?  Looking at Isaiah 9:10 we have that the bricks have fallen certainly a fair description of the 9-11 attacks, in New York especially.  In contrast we have a dedication by King Solomon of the temple of Yahweh where he dedicated it to Almighty God.  He also made the plea that when the people would come to the temple and pray that He would hear and intervene on behalf of the people of Israel in 1 Kings 8.  The people sought to do all of His statues and ordinances which in Hebrew is mishpatim and also means deliverance.   The time of the 9-11 attacks as on a shemittah year.  This time was given for the land to rest that the people of Israel would trust in Yahweh's provision for them that they would not tend nor sow the fields only eat freely what the land provided.  This is also a releasing of debts and revaluing of currency.  This time can be a time a of judgement for those outside His instructions or deliverance for those following His teachings.  These warnings that have gone out and the movement of our country from our original purpose and plan of Adonai.  The 10 commandments taken out of schools and courtrooms, prayer taken out of schools, the passing and consideration of legalizing same sex marriages, the teaching of homosexuality as another lifestyle choice in schools, the high rate and profit garnered from pornography based out of this country alone.  All things and behaviors that are totally against His teaching and instruction--the Torah.  For the land that continues in these and many more unholy practices pollute themselves and the land, leads to His holy correction that all things would be placed back in to order--the right and holy way set before man in scripture.  To hear more of this click here.

Testimony Tuesday--His Spotless Bride

Ephesians 5:27; Psalm 19:7; Deuteronomy 4:6, 18:13; Song of Solomon 8:8; 1 Kings 8:61, 11:4; 1 John 3:4; Revelation 12:11

We are walking in today: Testimony Tuesday--His Spotless Bride

Witness make war throughout the Bible:  H4421 milchamah  battle, war
1 Samuel 28:15; Proverbs 20:18; Isaiah 37:9; Luke 14:31; Revelation 11:7, 12:17, 13:4, 13:7

We are to be His spotless bride, that He presents to Himself.  Being spotless in Hebrew, tamiym  H8552 means complete, whole, entire, sound, innocent, having integrity, what is complete or entirely in accord with truth and fact.  With this definition we have that we should be wise and mature.  Where do we obtain wisdom?  Deuteronomy 4:5-8 (KJV) 5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.  6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.  7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the Lord our God is in all things that we call upon him for?  8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?  We also have a picture of wisdom with Yeshua's parable of the 5 wise and 5 foolish virgins.  It is that time and preparation that made them wise. They were ready when the Bridegroom returned and able to enter in to the marriage and the foolish were shut out.
Proverbs 21:20 There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.
In the life of King Solomon known as the wisest man that ever lived, was turned from that wisdom my the many wives he had that lead him in to pagan practices.  We must be aware of those around us that could lead us away from our wisdom, God's teaching and instruction.  Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.  Fiveamprayer, let us not rely in our own wisdom but that which comes from above!  His principles and statues are for our well-being and prosperity. How would we know that we have committed a sin without the instruction that defines it?

Romans 6:14-16 (KJV) 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.  15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Romans 6:11-13 (KJV) 11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Romans 7:6-8 (KJV) 6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.  7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. 8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

Being believers in Yeshua the Son of God made flesh, the Living word and the Torah is the Davar Elohim, the Word of God--at what point did any part of it fail?  Isaiah 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.  So let us walk in and study the volume of the Book!  To hear this message again click here.

Fiveamprayer we are to both watch and pray.  Many of those in the church are not aware of world events.  This being out of touch with what is happening now, can cause them to miss what scripture is prophesying for this time and season.  There has to be a balance, we are not to only focus on the current events and allow our study of the word to be diminished.  With a balanced approach of study and information will allow our prayers to be focused for up-building and restoring the community.  We are to warn, be the watchmen on the wall, letting every one know when there is danger or to shout out a warning!  This study of His word and being aware of current events will position us to discern what is going on from a biblical perspective.
The charge that Yeshua gave His disciples was to teach the gospel of the kingdom of God.  It is at hand and according to Paul  anyone else teaching a different gospel was not sent by the Lord God.  We also have to consider what kind of motivation are we operating under, needs or purpose.  Needs motivation is tied to what your flesh desires and attempts to obtain--physical, family or career development.  On the other hand the purpose is looking to Yahweh who makes it happen.  We have to be committed to receive our purpose to advance the kingdom of God here on the Earth.  When we live against our nature we will never be satisfied.  The error of the need method.  When we are yielded vessels for His purpose and glory--trusting in Him to meet our needs.  Who better than He who made us in His image and likeness?  Fiveamprayer our faith has to be more than at the level of need motivation but purpose.  True faith--which is obedience to trust Yahweh and is not focused on need.  Finding your what, your purpose can only be found by the One who designed you.  This purpose is tied to your gift, that which was put on the inside of you, that amazing thing that you accomplish with ease.  To listen to this again click here.
