SEEK
Today we look to the word-SEEK-H1245 baqash--to seek, require, desire, exact, request, to find, to seek to secure, to seek the face, to desire, demand
The Torah testifies...............

Grand Rising Fiveamprayer Family!Happy Day 2! How can two walk together except they be in agreement! If two touch and agree on anything it shall be done! Today I want to speak to you about the most important relationship. You will ever have! the relationship with the Holy Spirit. Many people walk through life searching for purpose, searching for direction searching for something to fill the emptiness inside, but the truth is you were designed to be lead, guided and empowered by the Ruach of Yah! Without him life is like a ship without a compass, a drift, vulnerable and without clear direction, so how do we get closer to the Holy Spirit? How do we develop an intimate relationship with the one who was sent to be our helper! the first and most fundamental step in drawing closer to the Holy Spirit is desire! Everything in the kingdom of Yah operates by hunger. Yah responds to those who seek him and he reveals himself to those who long for his presence! without desire there can be no pursuit, and without pursuit, there can be no discovery! many people live their entire lives, unaware of the deep and intimate relationship that is available to them through the Holy Spirit! Not because he is far away, but because they have never truly desired The Holy Spirit! Desire is the foundation of every great encounter with Yah! throughout scripture we see a pattern! Yah does not reveal himself to the casual or the indifferent, but to those who seek him with their whole hearts, he is drawn to hunger, just as fire is drawn to fuel. The spirit of Yah is drawn to those who yearn for him. The Bible says, bless are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. this is the principal lof the spirit! if you are not hungry for Yah, if you are not thirsty for more of Him , you will remain stagnant in your spiritual walk. Many believers settled for a shallow relationship with Yah because they lack the desire for more! they are content with the surface level, faith, attending church occasionally, saying a few prayers and reading scripture when it is convenient, but the Holy Spirit does not reveal his depths to those who are indifferent. He reveals himself to those who are desperate for him to those who want to know him more than anything else! if you study the lives of the great men and women of faith, you will find that their stories are not built on talent knowledge or opposition, but on a deep unrelenting hunger for Yah, Moses, David Paul, all of them encountered Yah in powerful ways because they desired him above all else! Moses for example was a man who experience miracles signs and wonders he saw the red sea part . he witnessed man fall from heaven, and he stood in the presence of Yah on Mount Sinai despite all of this, Moses still cried out to Yah saying show me your glory. This was a man who had already seen more of Yah that most people could have imagined that he still longed for more! That is the kind of desire that attracts the Holy Spirit. It is a desire that says I will not be satisfied with yesterday‘s encounter. I need more of you today. David was another man who understood the power of hunger for Yah in psalms 42 he wrote as the deer pants for the water Brooks so my soul pants for you oh Yah, my soul thirst for Yah for the living Yah this was not a casual desire. This was an overwhelming, consuming passion for the presence of Yah, and because of that hunger! He was known as a man after Yah’s own heart! his relationship with Yah was not built on routine or religious duty, but on an insatiable longing for intimacy with the Holy Spirit, Paul was a man who never settled! despite writing most of the New Testament, despite planting churches and performing miracles, he still declared that I may know him and the power of his resurrection. Imagine that a man who had already encountered Yahusha in a supernatural way we’ve been caught up into the third heaven, still crying out to know Yah more! that is the kind of hunger that draws the presence of the Holy Spirit! one of the greatest barriers to spiritual growth is complacency. The enemy does not need to destroy you! if he can simply make you comfortable! comfort is the enemy of spiritual hunger! when people become satisfied with where they are! they stop seeking and when they stop seeking they stop finding! the Holy Spirit does not force himself upon anyone! he waits for those who desire him! many people wonder why they do not experience the power of Yah in their lives! they read about miracles in the Bible stories of His supernatural encounters, but their own lives feel dry and lifeless. The reason is not that Yah is distant. The reason is that they do not truly desire him. desire is not just an emotion. It is a force. It is a driving passion that compels a person to seek after Yah no matter the cos! desire must be cultivated. It is not enough to wish for more of Yah! you must intentionally stir up a longing for him! one of the ways to do This is by removing distractions. The world is filled with things that compete for our attention things that dull , our spiritual hunger, entertainment, social media, and the busyiness of life! can all suffocate our desire for Yah! if we are not careful if you want to develop a deeper hunger for the Holy Spirit You must be willing to set aside the things that diminish your spiritual appetite. Another way to cultivate desire is through prayer and worship when you spend time in Yah’s presence, you’re hunger for him increases the more you taste of his goodness the more you will want! that is why David said taste and see that the Lord is good. I’ve got one question for you? do you know how to get the maximum intimacy with Yah? you see the more you seek him the more you will find him and the more you find him the more you will want him! fasting is another powerful way to increase. Spiritual fasting is not about earning Yah’s presence. It is about removing distractions and focusing your heart on him. When you deny your flesh, your spirit becomes more sensitive to Your Yah’s presence! that is why Yahusha fasted before starting His ministry! He understood the power of Yah called for sanctification!!!
of the spirit, he had to empty himself of every worldly dependency! the Holy Spirit respond to desperate hearts! if you want to get closer to him, you must come to a place where you desire him more than anything else. You must reach a point where nothing else satisfies you! when you have a desire for him like a drowning man gasps for air you will encounter him in ways you never imagined! this is not just about having emotional experiences. It is about a deep, unshakable longing for Yah that transformed your entire life! when you truly desire the Holy Spirit, your priorities change! you no longer chase after the things of this world! you chase after him! you no longer live for temporary pleasures! you live for eternal purpose. The most dangerous place for a believer is to lose their hunger for Yah when you stop seeking him your heart grows cold. You may still go through the motions of faith, but without hunger, there is no true intimacy with the Holy Spirit! that is why Yahusha warned the church in revelation! you have left you a first love ! it is possible to know about Yah! without truly knowing him. It is possible to be religious without being in relationship! The difference is hunger! if you find that your desire for Yah has grown weak do not be discouraged. You can rekindle that fire! You can begin to see him again. Set aside time for prayer! immerse yourself in his word and worship him with all your heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to stir up a fresh hunger within you, he is faithful. He will respond to your longing. Yah is not hiding from you. He is waiting for you to desire him. He is waiting for you to seek him with all your heart and when you do, he will reveal himself to you in ways you never dreamed possible. The Holy Spirit is the most precious gift. Yah has given us, but he will not force himself upon you. He comes where he is wanted! if you truly desire him if you truly long for his presence, he will fill your life with his power, his wisdom and his love, and once you taste of his presence, you will never be the same again. The Holy Spirit is not just a force or an influence. He is a person! he has a will! emotions and a voice! he desires to be close to us! to lead us! to fill us and to transform us!!We must create an atmosphere that welcomes him. The Holy Spirit does not dwell in every environment. He is not attracted to chaos, rebellion or sin. He looks for a place where he is honored for his desired, and where his presence is cherished just as a person chooses to dwell in a peaceful and welcoming home. The Holy Spirit chooses to remain where he is received with reverence and love, the presence of the Holy Spirit is like a dove, gentle sensitive, and easily grieved. A dove will not stay where there is confusion or hostility. It looks for a place of peace a place where it feels safe in the same way. The Holy Spirit looks for an atmosphere that is conducive to his presence. If we want to experience more of him in our lives, we must prepare a place for him. We must cultivate an environment that invites him in rather than repels. One of the greatest hindrances to the presence of the Holy Spirit is a heart that is filled with distractions many believers desire to be led by the spirit, but their lives are so cluttered with noise that they cannot hear his voice. The world is filled with distractions and entertainment, social media endless responsibilities and the constant pursuit of material things these distractions, though not always sinful in themselves, can suffocate a sensitivity to Yah’s presence! the more cluttered our hearts! the less space we leave for the Holy Spirit to dwell! if we want to cultivate an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is welcome, we must be intentional about removing the things that hinder our intimacy with him, this may mean setting aside time for prayer instead of constantly being occupied. With other things it may mean, turning off the television and spending time in worship. It may mean fasting from the things that have consumed our attention so that we can focus on his presence. The Holy Spirit does not compete for our attention. He waits for us to make room for him, another key to creating an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit is purity, the spirit of Yah is holy, and he cannot abide where there is continuous sin and rebellion! many people desire the power of the Holy Spirit, unwilling to live in a way that honors Him! The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and just as the physical temple in the Old Testament had to be kept pure for Yah’s presence to dwell there! our lives must also be consecrated if we want to experience his fullness is not just about avoiding sin, it is about being set apart for Yah. It is about living in a way that prioritizes his presence above all else! when we allow sin to take root in our heart it creates a barrier between us and the Holy Spirit. This is why the Bible warns us not to grieve the Holy Spirit! Sin grieves him, but a life that is surrendered and pure is like a fragrance that draws him in! worship is another essential element in creating an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit. Yah inhabit the praises of his people! worship is not just about singing songs. It is about exalting Yah with our entire being! it is about acknowledging his greatness surrendering into his will, and making him the center of our lives! true worship is a not posture! when we lift him up when we magnify his name above everything else his presence fills the space! in the Bible. We see that whenever people created an atmosphere of worship, the glory of Yah would manifest! when Solomon dedicated the temple. He and the people worship with such sincerity that the presence of Yah came down like a cloud, and the priest could not even stand to minister! that is the power of an atmosphere filled with worship and attracts the spirit of Yah! if we want to experience his tangible presence in our lives, we must cultivate a lifestyle of worship not just in church, but in our daily life prayer is another powerful way to create an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit. Prayer is not just about asking God for things! It is about communion with Him!!
