Many Members Yet One Body.

1 Corinthians 12:3-27; Matthew 6:22, 26:26; Luke 11:36; Romans 12:15; 1 Thessalonians 5:14; Luke 15:4,6

We are walking in today: Many Members Yet One Body.

1 Corinthians 12:3-27 3) Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 4) Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5) And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6) And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7) But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8) For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9) To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10) To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11) But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12) For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13) For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 14) For the body is not one member, but many. 15) If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 16) And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 17) If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 18) But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 19) And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20) But now are they many members, yet but one body. 21) And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22) Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 23) And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. 24) For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked. 25) That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26) And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 27) Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. Fiveamprayer we are the body of Christ. There are many members on fiveamprayer yet one body in Christ. Through this divine destiny connection, He has linked us together. Just like the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members are of that one body. God has anointed and put fiveamprayer together as members of His body. In a class taught by Minister Nichole Davis, How People Grow, by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend, they taught us the parallels of the physical body and the Body of Christ. They are both created by our heavenly Father so it only makes sense they would operate in the same manner. When there is sickness in the body, the various parts come together to bring about the healing process, the white blood cells, fresh oxygenated blood, anti-inflammatory cells and what not to remove the sickness. The Body of Christ operates in a similar fashion, when there is a infection, from sin, healing comes in the form of brothers and sisters in Christ who confront in love. The antibodies to remove the infection are the discipline and structure of His word. Learning boundaries, to to put out evil from themselves and others--helps them to stand. Grace and love supply anti-inflammatory cells to fight the infection. In the Body we are called to mourn with those that mourn--being one body, we are all effected and interconnected to each other. Romans 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Gathering together with the body part that is in need, is what we are called to do. We must keep ourselves in contact with each other, are we checking in on those we have not seen or spoke with recently? 1 Thessalonians 5:14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. Just like in the natural the roaring lion is looking for the easy prey, the roaring lion in the spirit has the same tactics--catching those that are separated from the group or simply limping along in the back of the group. Luke 15:4,6 4) What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? 6) And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. Think about it for the body is not one member, but MANY!!!! The body cannot operate without all of its the members. We all make up fiveamprayer!!! This is not about Ms. Jeanette, it's about God!!! We are in this together. We cannot do this without God first, then fiveamprayer--the chain that links us together. Verse 19 and 20 reads and if they were all one member, where is the body? But now are they many members, yet--but one body. 21 reads, And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have don't need you to survive. Where I am weak you are strong and viceversa. Many members, yet one body. Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, I once was blind but now I see. Matthew 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. Luke 11:36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. Fiveamprayer is the light of the world by the grace of God. We are the body of Christ. Many members Yet one body!!! Yea and Amen!!!
We thank You Lord for putting fiveamprayer together. We thank Him for unity, standing on one accord--for we know that there is commanded blessings. We are to mourn for those who mourn, rejoice with those that rejoice. We are a part of the body of Christ, the body heals and conforms to the word of God. Getting up early and sacrificing for prayer at 5am. The eye can't say to the hand, 'I don't need you.' When I am weak, you are strong--many members but one body. Who can do this but God?! We tell the devil, many members but one body, the body of Christ. This is our time for abundance, we are taking new territory. The body will heal, we lift up Christ--fiveamprayer is standing in a circle holding hands. We don't know each other this is a God ordained, divine destiny connection. We stand together on one accord--it has set us free; we walk by faith, not by sight; we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us; we lean not to our own understanding; brand new mercies every morning; a rhema word every morning, day after day; taught us how to walk it out; to pray for those who need prayer. It has been nobody, but God--many members, one body. Thank You Lord. We thank You for what, You have put together. Different talents and gifts: prayer warriors, prophets and singers to name a few--we operate together on one accord. Many more to come, God is gonna open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing on fiveamprayer, that we won't have room enough to receive. We seek your face. We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown. We know that this is our year of abundance, we can confidently declare, "abundance is God's will for me, I will not settle for anything less!" We are trusting and believing Your word, Lord. We ask for forgiveness, we know that when You forgive it is as far as the east is from the west. Thank You Lord for no condemnation. Teach us how to forgive like You Lord.

We write in the precious blood: Many members, yet one body.

Welcome to the overflow....
We are walking in love praying for each other, like never before. We will touch and agree. You have placed us together, day after day. Thank You for calling us friend, letting us know, we are the body of Christ. Many members yet, one body. We are going through this together. This is a group effort, no one person above any other person. God has ordained fiveamprayer, that He has put us together--standing on His word. Read His word for yourself today--1 Corinthians 12:3-27. We need each other. Thank You Lord. Hallelujah! Walk in this weekend meditation--many members, yet one body. Walk in it! Have a blessed day.
