We are walking in today: We have seen God Face to Face.
Genesis 32:24-30 24) And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. 25) And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26) And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. 27) And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. 28) And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. 29) And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there. 30) And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved. Fiveamprayer is just like Jacob, we won't let go until God bless us. Just like Jacob's name was changed to Israel, our name has been changed to Victory!! We name this place called fiveamprayer, Peniel, because we have seen God face to face. The new living translation states: Jacob named the place Peniel which means "face of God", for he said, I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been spared. 1 Corinthians 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. Like the Mary Mary praise in song, it's the God in me. God's face shows up on fiveamprayer!! We seek Him early in the morning. We are like Jacob wrestling with the angel, we will not let go until we receive God's blessings. Judges 6:22 And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the LORD, Gideon said, Alas, O LORD God! for because I have seen an angel of the LORD face to face. Tell the world I have seen God face to face!!! Prayer is indeed wrestling with God--however tired or discouraged, we shall prevail. And prevailing with Him in prayer, we shall prevail against all enemies that strive with us. Nothing requires more vigor and unceasing exertion than wrestling. Jacob kept his ground; though the struggle continued long, this did not shake his faith. He would rather have all his bones put out of joint than go away without being blessed. Fiveamprayer if you want to have the blessings of Christ, we must resolve to take no denial. Our fervent prayers are effectual prayers. The angel put a lasting mark of honor upon him, by changing his name. Jacob also did not walk the same after his encounter with the angel, due to His hip being out of joint. Let us no longer walk in our old ways, walk in the new ways that God is showing us! God has changed our name fiveamprayer. Jacob gives a new name to the place. He calls it Peniel, the face of God, because there he had seen the appearance of God, and obtained the favor of God. It becomes those whom God honors, to admire His grace towards them. The Angel who wrestled with Jacob was the second person in the sacred Trinity, who was afterward-- God manifest in the flesh, and who, dwelling in human nature, is called Immanuel!!! God is with fiveamprayer!!! We have seen His face!!! Glory!!
Fervent is defined as exhibiting or marked by great intensity of feeling or emotion. Wow that is what fiveamprayer has, seeking Him early and laboring in the word. We have seen the face of God. With His holy anointing on the this line we are in His presence. Keep getting up seeking Him. We have seen God move on this line, healing on this line, He has made a way for us, He goes before us to make the crooked places straight. The Word has been keeping us!! Keep seeking Him and His presence. We won't let go until He blesses us. Nor will we turn around or back up. Our relationship with God is through our prayer life. He shows up daily with manna from heaven. When you look into the mirror, you start to see the face of God. You have put off the old man and now walk in the spirit man. We won't give up--we have come too far. Abundance is God's will for us, we will not settle for anything less. The Lord is taking us to higher ground. We serve the Holy One, Immanuel, Jehovah Jireh--we have seen Him face to face. Shout the victory!!! We get up every morning to sacrifice to God. We can pray to God fervently. Pray until something happens, until something shakes off--there is a breakthrough. Thank You Lord for who You are. We have seen the Master face to face. Thank You for teaching us about Jacob. Thank You for matching angels with demons. We are getting up seeking Your presence. We have seen His glory, now we see Him face to face. Glory to Your name, Lord!! Thank You for who You are!! It is the God in us, fiveamprayer. Thank You God, You keep on blessing us!! We lift up fiveamprayer, have them to keep seeking Your face--wrestling in our prayers to be blessed. To show our commitment, how serious we are about being in Your presence. We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown. We speak healing and full recovery for Marissa Grant, in the name of Jesus. The blood will never loose it's power. We ask for forgiveness for the things known and unknown that we have done. Thank You Lord, that when You forgive there is no condemnation. His grace has set us free from guilt. Thank You Lord. Teach us how to forgive like You forgive, Lord.

I woke up at 5 am this morning. Not by choice. My best friend gets me up that early from time to time. Helps me, with whatever it is I am struggling with at the time. I am blessed to have this friend. Never do I feel blessed at 5am, but know with certainty that I am.
