We are walking in today:  Testimony Tuesday--The Favor Of Yahweh

Witness remnant throughout the Bible:  H7605 shĕ'ar rest, residue, remnant, remainder and H7611 shĕ'eriyth remainder, descendants.  Both words have the root H7604 sha'ar to remain, to leave or keep over
Leviticus 14:18; 2 Kings 19:30-31; 2 Chronicles 30:6; Ezra 9:8; Isaiah 1:9, 10:20-22, 11:11, 37:31, 46:3; Jeremiah 23:3, 31:7; Ezekiel 6:8; Joel 2:32; Amos 5:15; Micah 2:12, 4:7, 5:3, 7:18;; Zephaniah 3:13; Zechariah 8:6, 8:12; Matthew 22:6; Romans 9:27, 11:5; Revelation 12:7, 19:19-21

Fiveamprayer, we have to take a look at repentance with a Hebraic mindset.  It is more than missing the mark, it is our re-positioning to His purpose.  When Yeshua died, He cast our sins away as far as the east is from the west.
Romans 8:1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
We must go back to the beginning.  This will allow us to understand the original intention and purpose set forth at the beginning.  By studying the words in the original language we find the actual meaning.  Which is sadly lost by the middle to the end of the Book where the translation did not remain true to the original language.  Go back to the beginning and let us get an understanding of scripture!  Take a look at repentance.  Is this the current practice of many, confessing wrong doing and having a remoseful heart but no effort to change our actions?  This can be the result, by having a perverted understanding of the initial meaning.  Here we find in our error--that we have built a house on sand.  In the beating of the wind and waves we find out foundation very shaky at best, toppled over and us crushed at worst.  After one alter call, after another alter call and yet no change in those who appear and wail before the alter--does this please Elohim?  Through all of the tears is there a change of heart leading to a change of action?!  The lasting change of more than turning over a new leaf but a change of direction that the path that is now being walked along does not end in the same woeful display at that alter call, yet again.
When can or will we be able to say that our lives resemble the perfect man who walked on the Earth, Yeshua?
1 Corinthians 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
James 1:21-26 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.  23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.  25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. 26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

What did Yeshua tell His parents when they finally found Him in the temple, asking and answering questions, that He must be about His Father's business.  After having His bar mitzvah He became a son of the commandments.  That He would not break any nor teach others to break them.
Repentance is a change of heart, change of mind seen by many as holiness.  This is a Greek definition of the translated word.  But let's go deeper, Fiveamprayer how does that look?  Turning to Adonai?  What does the original text say?  Turning to the Tanakh we find this word is linked to turn or shuv.  Teshuvah, a change in direction in the position of motion.  At the creation of man, he was only given Yahweh's word and directed not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  With their trespass of eating of the wrong tree they could not be permitted to eat from the tree of life, in that state.  If they had they would live an eternal life in a fallen position.  Repentance is for us to return to our original state, from that which we came from.  What are we going back to?  Which was the way to go before we became distracted?  Have you returned to the good and right way?  Or would your rather continue in error and making another plea for the wrong doing without making a return to the correct way described by Adonai.  For honestly only His opinion really counts.  No one else can or will create the world nor intervene in all of those precarious situations you find yourself in.  So in all of our striving who are we seeking to please?  Who's approval are we seeking?  Who has the power to stop the world from spinning?  Who can undo or re-do all of creation if they determined to do so?  Who has shown you great and many mercies and yet you continue to disrespect and disregard--His warnings and instructions?  We must stop reading from the middle of the Book to the end!  We have gotta see the error of our ways, we have more than determined our way without Him involved is woefully pitiful.  Now is not the time to be stubborn and remain in disobedience!  Take the correction and return to the good and right way that you were taught many years ago.  This is before you grew up and knew better than everyone else.  In spite of your results more than proving the opposite.  His hand is stretched out still, won't you grasp His hand, turn and walk the way that He is walking?  To hear this again click here. https://www.freeconferencecallhd.com/playback.html?n=RvxYy/jTKg1
