Today we are going to be talking about how to un-limit your potential. In the book of 2 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from The Most High and not from us. I want you to know that the person sitting next to you--wherever you are, there is a treasure inside of them and to me that is enough to speak on for three years. The word treasure implies something very rare. Treasure implies something rare. You see, eggs are not treasured, because they are common. Rice is not a treasure because it’s common. So anything that is treasure is not common because it is rare!! Now the second thing that treasure implies is that it is very valuable. So therefore even though it is rare, it also has great worth to it!! And treasure is usually something that is of such value that it is worth looking for!! Now where is this treasure? Where does the bible say this treasure is? Look at the person sitting next to you and say, ‘I didn’t know you were that valuable!!’ We treat people like dirt sometimes and we don’t know what The Most High says about them. Now, listen here, the bible says, that His treasure is in the person sitting next to you. Now the person sitting next to you might not be rare, but what they got is!! Never make a person around you feel like they are common. Because there is something that makes them uncommon--it is this treasure in earthen vessels. The third thing that treasure implies, is that if it is treasure it is only called treasure because it is hidden from normal view!! Treasure is usually hidden from normal view. Now what that implies is when I meet you for the first time, I really don’t know what you are worth. Friendship. I have read articles of people throwing away treasure and they didn’t know it was treasure. Well we do that with humans don’t we? We throw away people and don’t know how much they are worth. You never know what is hidden in a person and so you got to remember that this particular scripture describes two dynamic things. One it says that there is something valuable inside something that doesn’t look valuable. It says jars of clay. Now you know clay means dirt. Think about it, you may not look impressive, you may not even smell impressive but inside of you is The Most High’s personal treasure and He put it there and notice He says His responsibility with your cooperation, is to see that the treasure comes. Look at verse 7 it says He has done this to show that this all surpassing power, is from The Most High. The treasure that you have does not belong to you. It came from The Most High. Turn to somebody and say you are valuable!! You got dirt on the outside, but treasure on the inside. Now we are teaching on potential because here we see The Most High is trying to share with us again, to change our thinking towards our potential. We don’t know who we are sitting next to--I guarantee that!! I don’t know anybody really. I don’t know what you are going to be in ten years. And you don’t know either, so be careful how you treat people!! We don’t know who we have in this room. But you don’t know what treasure lies in a person. Now here’s the fourth thing I want you to know, is that treasure has to be sought in order to be found. Now where is the treasure? The treasure is inside of you. Which means now for me to really appreciate the real you, the first thing I have to know is there is something in you that I don’t know. Secondly I have to sit down and take the time to dig. You can’t find treasure in a person by just saying hello, good morning, how are you doing? There is a concept I tried to share with you concerning The Most High and if you were to run into Him before He created anything you would, have run into everything!! Because everything that is, came out of The Most High, everything that is going to be comes out of The Most High!! And so if you would have run into Him before He created anything you would have run into everything. Now that same Most High, has planted treasure inside of every human being. No matter how they look--it doesn’t matter! Or how dirty they are or if they are in the gutter, The Most High has planted something in every human being, that is His!! And satan has one job, to snuff out the possibility of that potential being manifested. He wants you to die with all the stuff in you. But notice what it says in that verse, it says so that we may show, expose. The Most High wants you to expose what they haven’t found yet in you!! So that you can show that the stuff you really have is not from you. But who is it from? The Most High!! Let me tell you something, some of us think that our ability came from going to school. Education. Education only helps you make demands on a little bit of what you really are. And then they grade it by giving you a certificate. But they cannot even begin to touch how much you are worth inside. He says I want to show forth this treasure so that I can show My glory. The Most High gets glory when we show who we really are.
Now what I want you to get today is you can limit this deep potential inside of you by ignoring some important things. I want to talk about how to unlimit your potential. To protect your treasure to the point where no one can keep it covered up. One of the things I liked is to be around people who make me become all that I can be. I am going to repeat that again. You should keep company with people who constantly make demands on your potential. I am going to say it again, you should choose friends who make you become what you haven’t been yet!! Who challenge what you know you possibly could do, but haven’t tried yet. Be around people who make you pull out the best you didn’t even know you had. But you know it’s not a comfortable environment to be in because most of us like to be relaxed, laid back, comfortable but you know, that if you really want to be a successful person in life, you must constantly be nudged, pushed and always being forced to deliver. Have you ever said to yourself oh I have finally succeeded? Do you know that is a lie? Success to me is temporary plateaus of a continual progress of movement. That means you never quite succeed in anything. Success is not measured by what you have done, but is measured by what you could have done even though you did not do it!! You are not successful until you have done what you could have done. And guess what? Deep down inside you could fake it. If I got a 95 on an exam but I knew I could have gotten a 100 but I also got the highest mark in the class a 95, but guess what? I failed. I succeeded compared to the others, but compared to me I have failed. So I have not succeeded in my attempt with my ability, I have succeeded in beating everybody else. That is all I have done. And the same thing with the treasure within you, you should never compare yourself to anybody else but compare yourself, with yourself, by yourself, to yourself!! And when you are satisfied then the Bible says you can boast in your own work!! How many times have people told you that you have done a really good job with that thing?? But you know deep inside that you didn't put in enough time in that thing?? Until you can boast about your own work, do not receive the boasting of others as a measuring of your ability!! See if I did nothing and you did something, you did more than me but does it mean that you did everything you could do? The treasure that we have is to show forth His majestic, all surpassing glory. Underline the word all surpassing. It’s two words put together, and is the same word we would use to interpret the word potential. That means all encompassing ability. It says The Most High wants to bring out the treasure inside of you and guess what, this treasure cannot be surpassed!! That’s amazing!! To me that means no matter what is pulled out of you, there is always more coming!! No matter how much you’ve done there is always more inside there, no matter what you have accomplished there is always more inside of you so don’t ever stop until you are dead!! Because once you are dead we are going to have to stop pulling out of you, but then the Holy Ghost is going to start pulling--when you are resurrected it’s a whole new ball game again.
I want you to write this statement down. I have so much potential that The Most High gave me that, I need eternal life to get it out. When we think about how much potential The Most High has put in us He has given us something we need to be responsible for and that is our brains. Every human being that has a brain has a tremendous responsibility. The brain has over 1 billion cells. That is a lot of cells. In your head you have an organ that has 1 billion cells and in those cells lies the ability to retain information to actually recapitulate, have the ability to give off, to analyze, the ability to use, recreate, to take concepts and create new concepts instead of the old ones, the ability of the brain is a shocking thing. And of course man has been trying to figure out this organ for many years and the conclusion they have come to is we only use 10 percent of it. Tell somebody, I didn’t know you had that much in your head. I know some of us don’t act like we do but we have a tremendous organ in our heads. The statement made that you need eternal life to live out your potential is a serious thing. I want you to turn with me to the book of John chapter ten Yeshua is talking here about the work that He has been sent to do. And one of the things He uses to capitalize his purpose for being here on earth is found in verse ten of John chapter ten. A very well known scripture but one of course that is pregnant with revelation. Now I want you to read this and see what else is in this thing. The thief comes to steal and to kill and to destroy. He is talking about the adversary. Alright, the hasatan. He’s come to kill, steal and to destroy. But I have come says, Yeshua that you might have what? Eternal life. But now He didn’t end there. He says, but I want you to have more than life. To have an abundance of full life. The implication that I am beginning to see here is that you can have life but not a lot of it. You can have life but not fully experience all that The Most High wants you to have. Your potential is determined by the demands made on it by the One who made it. I am being reminded everyday that when The Most High asks you to do something, then it’s already too late for you to come up with an excuse because He wouldn’t ask you to do something if He hadn’t already built in the ability for you to do it. Now what this means is something awesome, most people have been saying I am going to try to find out what The Most High wants me to do. So you fast and you pray and you do all of these things. Saying I have to find out what The Most High’s will is for my life and then I am going to know what his demands are on me. It is the Torah, the 613 principles of the Most High!!! Let me explain what I mean by you can do whatever The Most High asks. What I mean is any commandment that is in the word of The Most High is a demand on your potential. Is that simple enough? Any promise that The Most High gave you that has a condition, is a command and demand on your potential. So don’t look for some specific assignment. You already have thousands of demands made on you already. Don’t spend your time looking for a special one. For example, The Most High says you must bring your body under subjection. How are you doing? You’re so busy looking for an assignment that you aren’t bringing your body under subjection. Now if The Most High tells you to bring your body under subjection, that is equal to you can!! If The Most High says you are to bring 10 percent of your earnings into the kingdom then it is too late for an excuse. If The Most High tells you to love your enemy, don’t argue with The Most High. He knows that under that jar of clay that you are made of there is a treasure in you of love that can handle your enemy. So we need to understand that your potential is not what you have done already, but what is being demanded of you by the One who created you!! Now, The Most High has a strategy and design for you to release your maximum potential, this is what we want to deal with. What is this design and strategy?? Your eyes will be opened in these next few weeks. I want to give you the ten requirements for releasing your potential.ten necessary requirements. Write them down. Inside of you is something that your husband doesn’t know about. Your wife doesn’t know. The only thing people know about you is what you have permitted them to know, but I want to give you ten things for you personally not for anyone else. Ten things for you to know about your potential and if you get these you will become a dynamite in your everyday life. The first one is a requirement.
1. You must know and be related to your Source. You must know your Source.
2. You must understand how you were designed to function. You’ve got to learn that.
3. You must know the purpose for your being and why you exist.
4. You must do everything to maximize all that you are and you must learn and understand the resources that are available to you.
5. You must have, this is crucial, the right environment to maximize your potential. You must have the right environment or the conditions must be right in order to maximize your potential.
6. You must respond to the responsibility of your purpose. Which means to put in work.
7. You must guard and protect your potential. To maximize your potential you've gotta guard it and protect it. There is stuff in you my sister and my brother that people are out to kill and you've got to protect your ability, your potential that The Most High has given you. We have have to watch for the negative people out there--they'll talk pride to you. You got to protect your potential!!
8. You must cultivate your potential. Cultivate is a serious thing. That means you got to feed it, you got to dig around it, you got to give it things to motivate it, you got to add things to inspire it to produce. Just how you do, for anything that you see potential in-- like a seed you've got to do the same thing about your potential. You got to cultivate it. Now we're gonna go into detail on how to do each one of these things.
9. You must be motivated by love. Now trust me, this one is totally necessary. To maximize your full potential you must be motivated by love and to prove to you that if you're not motivated by love, the potential you have will kill you!! I'm going to prove that. It will turn it on you. So love is the protection for your potential.
10. You must know and accept the laws and limitations. To maximize your potential you must learn, know, and accept the laws and limitations on your potential. And this is really what following the Word of The Most High is all about!!
Now I'm going to make a statement and this statement is kind of a full statement. I had to write this one down because it came out too full in my spirit and it goes like this: Violation of any one of these 613 principles, results in malfunction. Violation of any one of His precepts will result in malfunction. It will also result in misuse of your potential. It will also result in corruption of your potential. It would also result in destruction of your potential. I want you to turn with me to the book of Romans chapter 1. For though they knew The Most High they neither glorified Him nor gave Him thanks but, their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. The Most High says it's about that potential, so here's what he says about what they will do about their potential. Verse 24 therefore The Most High gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one. verse 25 they changed the truth of The Most High for a lie and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator who is forever praised amen. verse 26, because of this, The Most High says I created these beings and I gave them my own image but they denied me, they didn't want to know me, they didn't have Me in their thoughts, and they became futile in their efforts, and it says here because of this action they cut themselves off from The Most High. Here's what the result was verse 26 The Most High gave them over to shameful lusts, even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones in the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for other men. Men committed indecent acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. What does the Bible calls it? Provision. Now what we are talking about is homosexuality and lesbianism. Now what did the Bible call it? He calls it, underline this word, unnatural. That's important, unnatural use of something means, there is a natural use of it. Which means if you are a homosexual, you are unnatural. Not you, but your practice. You are really natural, you got sense, you're sane but you are lustful and you are unnatural in your practice. Now the point I want to make concerning this is that violation of any of these things we listed, causes that kind of behavior. Unnatural behavior. Now I want you to read, verse 30 they became slanderous, The Most High says they are, insolent, arrogant, and boastful. The Bible says, a man who has lost his relationship with The Most High will invent ways to sin. That’s a serious thing. Now many of you are so impressed with the inventions, you know a great man like Thomas Jefferson. Guess what? You are an inventor. Some of you are great inventors. You've been invented ways to sin. When you violate any of these principles, that we have talked about concerning your potential, you begin to be unnatural. Which means you cannot maximize your performance. And this is what we want to deal with. All that The Most High has done and here's the clincher, everything that The Most High has ever done, and is doing, and desires to do, is designed to make you perform at your maximum. Now this is becoming a reality to me everyday. Everything The Most High has done He is not on an ego trip. We think that The Most High wants us to praise Him, and worship Him, and obey His word in his commands, because He needs someone to rule. That's not true. He is the King of the Universe, with or without you. The Most High don't need you to rule to be a king. He was a King before you came!! He is the Creator of the universe. The He doesn't need you to be The Most High, He already is!! It's very fortunate that The Most High decided to create us, otherwise we wouldn't be!! He doesn't need us to be The Most High, but we need The Most High to be The Most High!! Now the point I'm trying to make here is this, everything that The Most High has done, is doing in your life right now, and is desiring to do in the future, is all for one reason.The Most High wants you to maximize your performance of your potential!! He knows what he put in you, the trouble is, you don't know, your teachers don't know, your pop don’t know, your mom don't know, preacher don't, nobody knows!! Only The Most High knows what's in you. So when He tells you to do something, trust Him. If he tells you not to do something, trust Him right?! He sees what's inside you and He says if you just do what I say then this, stuff will come up to the top. We destroy our own potential when we violate these things that The Most High has said. To obey the commands of The Most High is not good for Him, the Most High's good by Himself! If you like The Most High, good for you. If you don't like Him, bad for you. He is still The Most High, whether you like Him or not. The Most High is here, real, live, living. He's been here before you came, He'll be here when you leave, so you might as well agree with Him. The Most High does not need you to obey Him for Him to feel like The Most High. Everything He ask you to do, is really for your good, not for His, because The Most High knows what you have, what you can do, what you can be, but what you are doing is stopping all of that!! Stop following The Most High because you want to be a good citizen. That's the wrong reason. The Most High says this thing's for you. If you do what I say, you'll become what you are. When The Most High convicts you, or chastises you, or rebukes you, just stand up and say thank You!! Because something was stopping me from performing to my maximum. When The Most High comes and convicts you of something just say, thank you so much Abba. That was stopping me from being the best You made me to be. You should not be running from from the hand of The Most High, you should run into it and say I don't want nothing to stop me from being all I can be!! So go ahead and rebuke, reprove, instruct, correct, whatever you need to do, just let me shine!! The Bible says, I know my thoughts towards you they are for your good, prosperity and for you to have an expected end. He says, I know my thoughts that I have toward you, don't don't tell me what you think!! I think I know, what I think about you. One, I want you to prosper, then I want you to be the best you could be--and I know what you could be. My thoughts towards you are for your good. Now, people walk around and say well, The Most High, says you shouldn't drink strong drink. The Most High doesn't know what fun is. The Most High says you shouldn't go out. The Most High never said that. We make The Most High to be a joy killer. The Most High is not a joy killer. The Bible says, I know my thoughts toward you, they are for your good. so whatever I tell you, is for your good.
Did you read that scripture?? It says that the Most High wants to give you an expected end!! An expected end is an end, that someone knows, but you don't know yet. That means, The Most High knows what you are supposed to be and what you're supposed to do. He says, now trust me. Just do what I say and follow Me. The Most High has an expected end for you and He says, my expected end is what I have already designed for you. Just do what I say. Obedience is not necessarily related to knowledge of result. Obedience is related to the one who has given the directions, who knows the end!! Because sometimes you got to obey without understanding. The Most High says, do this and we say why. And He says mind your business, I know what I'm working on, I know what I'm doing. We say, but I want to know Abba, show me why you want me to do this. But He just says mind your business, I have the expected end. You've got the obedience requirement. You need to say right now, I'm gonna obey The Most High even when I don't know why. That's a good thing to remember. Just obey Him because He's The Most High, He knows what he's doing. Obey the Word and you will get His expected end. Next, I think that most of us don't believe The Most High likes us. Think about it. How many times have you said this kingdom citizen life is so hard. With all of these things, The Most High want me to do--His precepts and principles. First John chapter 5 look at verse 3 this is love for The Most High, to obey His commands. Read together. This is love for The Most High to go to the church and sing out of the hymn books. Oh sorry. Let's read it again. This is love for The Most High, to go to the social and give money for the church. Now let’s read it correctly. This is love for The Most High to obey His commandments and His commandments are not burdensome. Wow! Read it again. And His commandments are not burdensome. Now the King James Version says grievous. You grieve me. The Most High is saying this is only because you don't understand. There's some stuff in you that isn’t coming out and I'm trying to get them out. That valuable treasure--you have so much going for you, but you don't know it!! And I'm the only One who will know how to get it out!! The commandments of The Most High are not burdensome. Now I want you to think about the last time you encountered His commandments in conviction. Now remember how you felt? Gosh it's tough being a kingdom citizen. I messed up again. The Most High says, you think these commandments that I have given you are tough? Burdensome? That they grieve you? Is it a problem to obey The Most High? I think the best way to describe the way The Most High sees His commandments is the way you get your Bachelors degree from a college. You know when Dr. Munroe, was studying in college--he had his eyes was on getting his BA. It was four years away, this was back when he was a freshman. He says, I looked like a wide eyed boy when they gave me those class assignments and all this stuff, I said man this is grievous!! Looking at the syllabus that was saying, I want you to read 600 pages for tomorrow morning--and I am thinking they are trying to torture us!! Is this to show us you have all power as professors?? Were they only doing this to prove to us that we are students and they the professors? They were making demands on our potential because they knew that we had the qualities to obtain a bachelor's degree. It is the same with the teaching of the Most High. He gives us one of His principles, like to keep the sabbath holy. Tied to that is, the observance of the seventh day Sabbath and not starting fire on the Sabbath--which many of us may not fully understand initially, but as time passes He gives us His understanding. While we are yet new to these kingdom principles, we find that if we remain steadfast--the understanding of our potential comes with our continued study of the scriptures. While it may appear that the one in authority is making you do things that seem grievous--it is to draw out the hidden potential within!!
Certainly the Manufacturer knows all of the inherent features of their product, what it is capable of doing as well as the products intended purpose! The Most High gives us His commandments that are designed to bring out the best that He put inside us!! It is these principles and precepts that cause the kingdom of heaven to operate and are not grievous to its citizens!
Rather now if you think about it, it is an advantage for me to to do this thing that The Most High says, if it is an advantage-- then guess what?? Your attitude changes toward that thing! So for me not to bear false witness or to covet--is something that is no longer someone trying to force me but rather someone trying to release me to the freedom in the Torah! Do you get what I'm saying?? The commandments of The Most High, which are His teachings and instructions are designed to release you. When we no longer see them as something that restricts us--a list of don't do this and don't do that--you will discover that it is a blessing then to obey The Most High. It is not a curse to obey His principles. The curse is actually when we do not to obey!! Now you can never function at your maximum, if you violate The Most High's conditions!! Now listen to my words very clearly and carefully. This I've been trying to deal with this potential thing--this is so crucial to every human being on earth. When you understand this, you began to appreciate that you are not what you are gonna be and anyone else who you meet are not who they will be. So your attitude changes and you begin to become a positive influence on other people. Now listen to my statement again, you can never function at your maximum performance in violation of any of The Most High's principles. Now I did not say that you cannot experience a little of your potential, what I did say, ‘is you will never be able to maximize and perform at your maximum--your full potential, if you violate the principles of the King!!’ Wow!! Because we live and move and have our being is actually not a Christian scripture this is kingdom language!! This is the words of the King of kings speaking to His citizens saying, that all men live because The Most High gave them breath so even the guy next to us at the stop light when you are driving in your car, or the woman in front of you in the grocery store when you are buying milk and anyone else that you come a cross was given the breath of life from the Creator and Ruler of all things!!

There is a concept I tried to share with you concerning The Most High and if you were to run into Him before He created anything you would, have run into everything!! Because everything that is, came out of The Most High, everything that is going to be comes out of The Most High!! And so if you would have run into Him before He created anything you would have run into everything. Now that same Most High, has planted treasure inside of every human being. No matter how they look--it doesn’t matter! Or how dirty they are or if they are in the gutter, The Most High has planted something in every human being, that is His!! And satan has one job, to snuff out the possibility of that potential being manifested. He wants you to die with all the stuff in you. But notice what it says in that verse, it says so that we may show, expose. The Most High wants you to expose what they haven’t found yet in you!! So that you can show that the stuff you really have is not from you. But who is it from? The Most High!! Let me tell you something, some of us think that our ability came from going to school. Education. Education only helps you make demands on a little bit of what you really are. And then they grade it by giving you a certificate. But they cannot even begin to touch how much you are worth inside. He says I want to show forth this treasure so that I can show My glory. The Most High gets glory when we show who we really are.
Now what I want you to get today is you can limit this deep potential inside of you by ignoring some important things. I want to talk about how to unlimit your potential. To protect your treasure to the point where no one can keep it covered up. One of the things I liked is to be around people who make me become all that I can be. I am going to repeat that again. You should keep company with people who constantly make demands on your potential. I am going to say it again, you should choose friends who make you become what you haven’t been yet!! Who challenge what you know you possibly could do, but haven’t tried yet. Be around people who make you pull out the best you didn’t even know you had. But you know it’s not a comfortable environment to be in because most of us like to be relaxed, laid back, comfortable but you know, that if you really want to be a successful person in life, you must constantly be nudged, pushed and always being forced to deliver. Have you ever said to yourself oh I have finally succeeded? Do you know that is a lie? Success to me is temporary plateaus of a continual progress of movement. That means you never quite succeed in anything. Success is not measured by what you have done, but is measured by what you could have done even though you did not do it!! You are not successful until you have done what you could have done. And guess what? Deep down inside you could fake it. If I got a 95 on an exam but I knew I could have gotten a 100 but I also got the highest mark in the class a 95, but guess what? I failed. I succeeded compared to the others, but compared to me I have failed. So I have not succeeded in my attempt with my ability, I have succeeded in beating everybody else. That is all I have done. And the same thing with the treasure within you, you should never compare yourself to anybody else but compare yourself, with yourself, by yourself, to yourself!! And when you are satisfied then the Bible says you can boast in your own work!! How many times have people told you that you have done a really good job with that thing?? But you know deep inside that you didn't put in enough time in that thing?? Until you can boast about your own work, do not receive the boasting of others as a measuring of your ability!! See if I did nothing and you did something, you did more than me but does it mean that you did everything you could do? The treasure that we have is to show forth His majestic, all surpassing glory. Underline the word all surpassing. It’s two words put together, and is the same word we would use to interpret the word potential. That means all encompassing ability. It says The Most High wants to bring out the treasure inside of you and guess what, this treasure cannot be surpassed!! That’s amazing!! To me that means no matter what is pulled out of you, there is always more coming!! No matter how much you’ve done there is always more inside there, no matter what you have accomplished there is always more inside of you so don’t ever stop until you are dead!! Because once you are dead we are going to have to stop pulling out of you, but then the Holy Ghost is going to start pulling--when you are resurrected it’s a whole new ball game again.
I want you to write this statement down. I have so much potential that The Most High gave me that, I need eternal life to get it out. When we think about how much potential The Most High has put in us He has given us something we need to be responsible for and that is our brains. Every human being that has a brain has a tremendous responsibility. The brain has over 1 billion cells. That is a lot of cells. In your head you have an organ that has 1 billion cells and in those cells lies the ability to retain information to actually recapitulate, have the ability to give off, to analyze, the ability to use, recreate, to take concepts and create new concepts instead of the old ones, the ability of the brain is a shocking thing. And of course man has been trying to figure out this organ for many years and the conclusion they have come to is we only use 10 percent of it. Tell somebody, I didn’t know you had that much in your head. I know some of us don’t act like we do but we have a tremendous organ in our heads. The statement made that you need eternal life to live out your potential is a serious thing. I want you to turn with me to the book of John chapter ten Yeshua is talking here about the work that He has been sent to do. And one of the things He uses to capitalize his purpose for being here on earth is found in verse ten of John chapter ten. A very well known scripture but one of course that is pregnant with revelation. Now I want you to read this and see what else is in this thing. The thief comes to steal and to kill and to destroy. He is talking about the adversary. Alright, the hasatan. He’s come to kill, steal and to destroy. But I have come says, Yeshua that you might have what? Eternal life. But now He didn’t end there. He says, but I want you to have more than life. To have an abundance of full life. The implication that I am beginning to see here is that you can have life but not a lot of it. You can have life but not fully experience all that The Most High wants you to have. Your potential is determined by the demands made on it by the One who made it. I am being reminded everyday that when The Most High asks you to do something, then it’s already too late for you to come up with an excuse because He wouldn’t ask you to do something if He hadn’t already built in the ability for you to do it. Now what this means is something awesome, most people have been saying I am going to try to find out what The Most High wants me to do. So you fast and you pray and you do all of these things. Saying I have to find out what The Most High’s will is for my life and then I am going to know what his demands are on me. It is the Torah, the 613 principles of the Most High!!! Let me explain what I mean by you can do whatever The Most High asks. What I mean is any commandment that is in the word of The Most High is a demand on your potential. Is that simple enough? Any promise that The Most High gave you that has a condition, is a command and demand on your potential. So don’t look for some specific assignment. You already have thousands of demands made on you already. Don’t spend your time looking for a special one. For example, The Most High says you must bring your body under subjection. How are you doing? You’re so busy looking for an assignment that you aren’t bringing your body under subjection. Now if The Most High tells you to bring your body under subjection, that is equal to you can!! If The Most High says you are to bring 10 percent of your earnings into the kingdom then it is too late for an excuse. If The Most High tells you to love your enemy, don’t argue with The Most High. He knows that under that jar of clay that you are made of there is a treasure in you of love that can handle your enemy. So we need to understand that your potential is not what you have done already, but what is being demanded of you by the One who created you!! Now, The Most High has a strategy and design for you to release your maximum potential, this is what we want to deal with. What is this design and strategy?? Your eyes will be opened in these next few weeks. I want to give you the ten requirements for releasing your potential.ten necessary requirements. Write them down. Inside of you is something that your husband doesn’t know about. Your wife doesn’t know. The only thing people know about you is what you have permitted them to know, but I want to give you ten things for you personally not for anyone else. Ten things for you to know about your potential and if you get these you will become a dynamite in your everyday life. The first one is a requirement.
1. You must know and be related to your Source. You must know your Source.
2. You must understand how you were designed to function. You’ve got to learn that.
3. You must know the purpose for your being and why you exist.
4. You must do everything to maximize all that you are and you must learn and understand the resources that are available to you.
5. You must have, this is crucial, the right environment to maximize your potential. You must have the right environment or the conditions must be right in order to maximize your potential.
6. You must respond to the responsibility of your purpose. Which means to put in work.
7. You must guard and protect your potential. To maximize your potential you've gotta guard it and protect it. There is stuff in you my sister and my brother that people are out to kill and you've got to protect your ability, your potential that The Most High has given you. We have have to watch for the negative people out there--they'll talk pride to you. You got to protect your potential!!
8. You must cultivate your potential. Cultivate is a serious thing. That means you got to feed it, you got to dig around it, you got to give it things to motivate it, you got to add things to inspire it to produce. Just how you do, for anything that you see potential in-- like a seed you've got to do the same thing about your potential. You got to cultivate it. Now we're gonna go into detail on how to do each one of these things.
9. You must be motivated by love. Now trust me, this one is totally necessary. To maximize your full potential you must be motivated by love and to prove to you that if you're not motivated by love, the potential you have will kill you!! I'm going to prove that. It will turn it on you. So love is the protection for your potential.
10. You must know and accept the laws and limitations. To maximize your potential you must learn, know, and accept the laws and limitations on your potential. And this is really what following the Word of The Most High is all about!!
Now I'm going to make a statement and this statement is kind of a full statement. I had to write this one down because it came out too full in my spirit and it goes like this: Violation of any one of these 613 principles, results in malfunction. Violation of any one of His precepts will result in malfunction. It will also result in misuse of your potential. It will also result in corruption of your potential. It would also result in destruction of your potential. I want you to turn with me to the book of Romans chapter 1. For though they knew The Most High they neither glorified Him nor gave Him thanks but, their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. The Most High says it's about that potential, so here's what he says about what they will do about their potential. Verse 24 therefore The Most High gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one. verse 25 they changed the truth of The Most High for a lie and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator who is forever praised amen. verse 26, because of this, The Most High says I created these beings and I gave them my own image but they denied me, they didn't want to know me, they didn't have Me in their thoughts, and they became futile in their efforts, and it says here because of this action they cut themselves off from The Most High. Here's what the result was verse 26 The Most High gave them over to shameful lusts, even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones in the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for other men. Men committed indecent acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion. What does the Bible calls it? Provision. Now what we are talking about is homosexuality and lesbianism. Now what did the Bible call it? He calls it, underline this word, unnatural. That's important, unnatural use of something means, there is a natural use of it. Which means if you are a homosexual, you are unnatural. Not you, but your practice. You are really natural, you got sense, you're sane but you are lustful and you are unnatural in your practice. Now the point I want to make concerning this is that violation of any of these things we listed, causes that kind of behavior. Unnatural behavior. Now I want you to read, verse 30 they became slanderous, The Most High says they are, insolent, arrogant, and boastful. The Bible says, a man who has lost his relationship with The Most High will invent ways to sin. That’s a serious thing. Now many of you are so impressed with the inventions, you know a great man like Thomas Jefferson. Guess what? You are an inventor. Some of you are great inventors. You've been invented ways to sin. When you violate any of these principles, that we have talked about concerning your potential, you begin to be unnatural. Which means you cannot maximize your performance. And this is what we want to deal with. All that The Most High has done and here's the clincher, everything that The Most High has ever done, and is doing, and desires to do, is designed to make you perform at your maximum. Now this is becoming a reality to me everyday. Everything The Most High has done He is not on an ego trip. We think that The Most High wants us to praise Him, and worship Him, and obey His word in his commands, because He needs someone to rule. That's not true. He is the King of the Universe, with or without you. The Most High don't need you to rule to be a king. He was a King before you came!! He is the Creator of the universe. The He doesn't need you to be The Most High, He already is!! It's very fortunate that The Most High decided to create us, otherwise we wouldn't be!! He doesn't need us to be The Most High, but we need The Most High to be The Most High!! Now the point I'm trying to make here is this, everything that The Most High has done, is doing in your life right now, and is desiring to do in the future, is all for one reason.The Most High wants you to maximize your performance of your potential!! He knows what he put in you, the trouble is, you don't know, your teachers don't know, your pop don’t know, your mom don't know, preacher don't, nobody knows!! Only The Most High knows what's in you. So when He tells you to do something, trust Him. If he tells you not to do something, trust Him right?! He sees what's inside you and He says if you just do what I say then this, stuff will come up to the top. We destroy our own potential when we violate these things that The Most High has said. To obey the commands of The Most High is not good for Him, the Most High's good by Himself! If you like The Most High, good for you. If you don't like Him, bad for you. He is still The Most High, whether you like Him or not. The Most High is here, real, live, living. He's been here before you came, He'll be here when you leave, so you might as well agree with Him. The Most High does not need you to obey Him for Him to feel like The Most High. Everything He ask you to do, is really for your good, not for His, because The Most High knows what you have, what you can do, what you can be, but what you are doing is stopping all of that!! Stop following The Most High because you want to be a good citizen. That's the wrong reason. The Most High says this thing's for you. If you do what I say, you'll become what you are. When The Most High convicts you, or chastises you, or rebukes you, just stand up and say thank You!! Because something was stopping me from performing to my maximum. When The Most High comes and convicts you of something just say, thank you so much Abba. That was stopping me from being the best You made me to be. You should not be running from from the hand of The Most High, you should run into it and say I don't want nothing to stop me from being all I can be!! So go ahead and rebuke, reprove, instruct, correct, whatever you need to do, just let me shine!! The Bible says, I know my thoughts towards you they are for your good, prosperity and for you to have an expected end. He says, I know my thoughts that I have toward you, don't don't tell me what you think!! I think I know, what I think about you. One, I want you to prosper, then I want you to be the best you could be--and I know what you could be. My thoughts towards you are for your good. Now, people walk around and say well, The Most High, says you shouldn't drink strong drink. The Most High doesn't know what fun is. The Most High says you shouldn't go out. The Most High never said that. We make The Most High to be a joy killer. The Most High is not a joy killer. The Bible says, I know my thoughts toward you, they are for your good. so whatever I tell you, is for your good.
Did you read that scripture?? It says that the Most High wants to give you an expected end!! An expected end is an end, that someone knows, but you don't know yet. That means, The Most High knows what you are supposed to be and what you're supposed to do. He says, now trust me. Just do what I say and follow Me. The Most High has an expected end for you and He says, my expected end is what I have already designed for you. Just do what I say. Obedience is not necessarily related to knowledge of result. Obedience is related to the one who has given the directions, who knows the end!! Because sometimes you got to obey without understanding. The Most High says, do this and we say why. And He says mind your business, I know what I'm working on, I know what I'm doing. We say, but I want to know Abba, show me why you want me to do this. But He just says mind your business, I have the expected end. You've got the obedience requirement. You need to say right now, I'm gonna obey The Most High even when I don't know why. That's a good thing to remember. Just obey Him because He's The Most High, He knows what he's doing. Obey the Word and you will get His expected end. Next, I think that most of us don't believe The Most High likes us. Think about it. How many times have you said this kingdom citizen life is so hard. With all of these things, The Most High want me to do--His precepts and principles. First John chapter 5 look at verse 3 this is love for The Most High, to obey His commands. Read together. This is love for The Most High to go to the church and sing out of the hymn books. Oh sorry. Let's read it again. This is love for The Most High, to go to the social and give money for the church. Now let’s read it correctly. This is love for The Most High to obey His commandments and His commandments are not burdensome. Wow! Read it again. And His commandments are not burdensome. Now the King James Version says grievous. You grieve me. The Most High is saying this is only because you don't understand. There's some stuff in you that isn’t coming out and I'm trying to get them out. That valuable treasure--you have so much going for you, but you don't know it!! And I'm the only One who will know how to get it out!! The commandments of The Most High are not burdensome. Now I want you to think about the last time you encountered His commandments in conviction. Now remember how you felt? Gosh it's tough being a kingdom citizen. I messed up again. The Most High says, you think these commandments that I have given you are tough? Burdensome? That they grieve you? Is it a problem to obey The Most High? I think the best way to describe the way The Most High sees His commandments is the way you get your Bachelors degree from a college. You know when Dr. Munroe, was studying in college--he had his eyes was on getting his BA. It was four years away, this was back when he was a freshman. He says, I looked like a wide eyed boy when they gave me those class assignments and all this stuff, I said man this is grievous!! Looking at the syllabus that was saying, I want you to read 600 pages for tomorrow morning--and I am thinking they are trying to torture us!! Is this to show us you have all power as professors?? Were they only doing this to prove to us that we are students and they the professors? They were making demands on our potential because they knew that we had the qualities to obtain a bachelor's degree. It is the same with the teaching of the Most High. He gives us one of His principles, like to keep the sabbath holy. Tied to that is, the observance of the seventh day Sabbath and not starting fire on the Sabbath--which many of us may not fully understand initially, but as time passes He gives us His understanding. While we are yet new to these kingdom principles, we find that if we remain steadfast--the understanding of our potential comes with our continued study of the scriptures. While it may appear that the one in authority is making you do things that seem grievous--it is to draw out the hidden potential within!!
Certainly the Manufacturer knows all of the inherent features of their product, what it is capable of doing as well as the products intended purpose! The Most High gives us His commandments that are designed to bring out the best that He put inside us!! It is these principles and precepts that cause the kingdom of heaven to operate and are not grievous to its citizens!
Rather now if you think about it, it is an advantage for me to to do this thing that The Most High says, if it is an advantage-- then guess what?? Your attitude changes toward that thing! So for me not to bear false witness or to covet--is something that is no longer someone trying to force me but rather someone trying to release me to the freedom in the Torah! Do you get what I'm saying?? The commandments of The Most High, which are His teachings and instructions are designed to release you. When we no longer see them as something that restricts us--a list of don't do this and don't do that--you will discover that it is a blessing then to obey The Most High. It is not a curse to obey His principles. The curse is actually when we do not to obey!! Now you can never function at your maximum, if you violate The Most High's conditions!! Now listen to my words very clearly and carefully. This I've been trying to deal with this potential thing--this is so crucial to every human being on earth. When you understand this, you began to appreciate that you are not what you are gonna be and anyone else who you meet are not who they will be. So your attitude changes and you begin to become a positive influence on other people. Now listen to my statement again, you can never function at your maximum performance in violation of any of The Most High's principles. Now I did not say that you cannot experience a little of your potential, what I did say, ‘is you will never be able to maximize and perform at your maximum--your full potential, if you violate the principles of the King!!’ Wow!! Because we live and move and have our being is actually not a Christian scripture this is kingdom language!! This is the words of the King of kings speaking to His citizens saying, that all men live because The Most High gave them breath so even the guy next to us at the stop light when you are driving in your car, or the woman in front of you in the grocery store when you are buying milk and anyone else that you come a cross was given the breath of life from the Creator and Ruler of all things!!
