Fiveamprayer welcomes today Pastor Thelma Sidberry bringing the word this morning.  Thank you for your obedience and being instant in season and out of season!  Amen!

We are walking in today:  Dealing With Perpelixities Of Humanity.

Genesis 2:8-9 8) And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. 9) And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  The Bible is a journal of problematic man dealing with belief and working through his humanity.  Perplexity is the state or condition of being puzzled or bewildered as a result of trying, with limited knowledge and understanding to deal with the complicated.  Every since creation, man has been confronted with puzzling opportunities related to himself, to his environment and to God who created him in His own image.  In this perspective, we see the dynamics of an inward, outward and upward search for recognition and meaning--with which man is constantly confronted.  Man's paramount obligation unto God is to keep things in harmony with God's will and purpose.  Dealing with the perplexities of humanity is more than a simplistic notion.  Man's coping with his puzzling environment is like doing a balancing act on a tight rope, while roller coasting through swift transitions.  Yet, he is obligated to master the ability to deal with his 3 dimensional selves: the inner, the outer and the upwards--unto God, who made everything good.  Man's restlessness is an indicator of man being out of harmony with God, His will and purpose.  Genesis chapter 2, gives us the more details on the creation of man.  Where God specifies the creation of man and woman--how they became living souls.  Genesis 1:27-28  27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28) And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.  Genesis 1:29-31 29) And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30) And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. 31) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.  Right off hand , one would think that man would have no problems, rightly viewing with being perfect and properly handling a perfect estate.  But ironically, man's success sometimes victimizes him.  Sometimes his most severe problem is because he looses his since of knowing who he is and who's he is, as it pertains to his relative location and his social environment.  Man is never there, all by himself for his mode of living is directly related to something or someone else in that, requires accountability and responsibility.  Which we call stewardship.  One way or another, man has a tendency to become a rebel without a cause against himself and his associates.  Mainly because he lost the divine sense of knowing who's he is and where he is, or was.  We need to understand that man's most powerful contrary encounter is with himself!  And his response, the devil made him do it--but conformity to God's image and obedience to His will would out weigh and overrule satan's tricks.  God kept the blueprint a mystery to us, but gave man the specifications by which to live a good life of upward faith--all man had to do was to obey God's directions and voice of control.  But man's obedience to God's voice is a rare commodity. When one victimizes himself through disobedience unto God, look out!  Eventually as the consequences band plays, he has to face the music.  Somewhere down the line, we all have to face the music of disobedience.  He seemingly gives no thought that his choices foster an associated consequence--man needs to understand whether they are gains or losses, he is the author himself.  Man is the creator of sin, because sin is the act of doing things contrary to God's will.  Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.  Genesis 4:7  If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.  This man is baffled and disquiets his own self in his misgivings of sin.  He deprives himself of peace of mind, happiness in spirit, and rest in soul.  This contrary walk yields in man: mental uneasiness, restlessness, fosters anxiety, frustration and weariness.  In Christ we can deal with these puzzling perplexities of humanity because in Him we become a new creations!  2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.  In Christ we are saved!    Fiveamprayer, in Him we are signed and sealed!  Jude 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.  In that day, our spiritual warfare shall be over.  We must abide by God's commandment, that we may live eternally with Him in glory!  Not our will be done, but Thy will be done!  With this formula each puzzling equation and perplexity in this life can be dealt with and worked out by the power of God--there is no other way!  Remember God has 3 answers one of which we must deal with sooner or later.  Yes, no and wait.  We have to be patient and listen to the voice of God, when He says don't do it--that is exactly what He means!  The 10 commandments gives us a list of do's and do not's  to abide by.  When dealing with perplexities of humanity, we have out map laid out for us.  We have to be obedient--obedience is the key to pleasing God.  We have to do what He says.  We say He is the Lord of our lives, then do what He says!  Do what He says--no other way will do!  John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.  Amen, amen.  Praise God!
