Fiveamprayer welcomes today Minister Sarah Sankey  who is bringing us the weekend meditation.  Thank you for letting the Lord rise up and speak through you today!  Amen!

We are walking in today:  God Of Comfort.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 3) Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4) Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.  Fiveamprayer, His presence makes you comfortable.  He has the ability to unravel the dark threads of grief and for any situation that you thought you would not be able to get out of.  We find our comfort in our God!  He collects our tears and takes the pain away.  Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.  We don't know what tomorrow brings, but we know the God who holds tomorrow in His hands!  That is our comfort that in spite of our not knowing what will happen on tomorrow, our trust is firmly placed in He who holds all of our tomorrows, He is our keeper--He is our everything!  No one else holds our tomorrows--not our jobs, nor children, or spouses.  We know that weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning!  Psalm 35:9 And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation.  He is the same God that was with the Israelites as they crossed the Red Sea, with pharaoh chasing behind them.  God the who comforts, was there and told Moses to take his staff and separate the sea.  The God of comfort was there with Daniel in the lions den, keeping the jaws of the lions shut, He was there for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego when they were in the fiery furnace, that the flames did not alight on them!  No matter how dark it gets, our God is always there, keeping us that we are not utterly cast down.  God is always there giving us light in every dark situation, telling us the way to go!  Isaiah 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.  He will comfort us in all things!  Hallelujah God!  Times and seasons change but our God does not change!  Thank You God for being the God who is and was and is to come!  Revelation 1:8  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.  He is the God who covers our past and has already planned our future!   He is our provider, only God can keep us in comfort!  John 16:7-8 7 )Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8) And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.  1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.  Fiveamprayer, we have and advocate!  Thank You Lord!  Hallelujah!  John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.  He has kept us down through the years even when we were down and out, His comfort brought us out!  He is an awesome God!  Thank You Lord!  Thank You for all that You have done and will do!  Psalms 37:7-8 7) Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8) Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
Psalm 37:4,23-25  4) Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 23) The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. 24) Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand. 25) I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.  We know that we are the children of God, we are to stand on the solid Rock of God.  Jude 1:24
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.
Fiveamprayer we can be presented faultless before the Father!  Thank You Lord!  Amen!  Amen!
He is everything that we need!  Shout hallelujah to Him!  Even in the midst of a storm, give Him praise!  Everything changes in His presence.  No matter what we are facing, we can call on Him--Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.  Thank You Lord for being our comforter!  Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!  We are assured because He works all things together for our good!   Our God is in it and He is everywhere and over everything!  He can turn that thing around to our favor, that what the devil intended for evil--turned to good!  He is our Comforter!  No matter what, He is the great I AM!  Even when we get that unexpected phone call , He is there!  Call on Him, for He hears us!  He is the same God that is in Florida, the same God in Colorado, the same God in New York and the same God in California!  Thank You for Your faithfulness, Lord!  2 Timothy 2:13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.  You are God, the One who knows all things, You know what we need even before we ask--it is already prepared for us!  That You are God and have gone ahead and made the crooked places straight!    It is something to be able to call on Him!  Thank You Lord that You hear us when we call!  Even if it is a whisper.  Call on the name of Jesus!  That we can also know Him, that we can dwell in the house of the Lord forever!  Psalm 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  Thank You God that we also find comfort in the secret place of the Almighty!  Thank You for allowing us to abide with You!  Look to God in all things, He knows and already has the answer!  He is the only one who can do it!  Thank Him for when things are good, when we shine we are reflecting His light that others may come to know Him!  Praise Him when things are bad, that others may see that you are trusting in Him to bring you out, that they too have a way out of the mess that they are in!  We learned on yesterday that we are to encourage one another, lift up someone today, bring them words of comfort that their hearts may be softened to yield to the Holy Spirit!  Praise His name, He has kept us from Monday through until today on this line, showing up in such an awesome way with all of the guests who submitted to Him to be used to bless us on this call.  Give Him praise!  He showed up every morning with a word for us!  Don't let the rocks cry out for you, praise His name!  Thank You Lord for coming to comfort us!  Thank You Father!  We lift up the prayer requests of fiveamprayer this morning, those known and unknown.  Bless them Father, for You know what they stand in the need of!  Let them find comfort in knowing that You hear their cries and are coming to see about them.  God hears the cries of His children--Genesis 21:17  And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.  God hears us because we are children of the promise as Pastor Taffe has taught!  Thank You Lord for hearing us, but fiveamprayer are we crying out to Him?   Are we asking Him?  James 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.  Ask Him, He hears us when we call on Him!  The Lord is coming to your aid, bringing the peace that surpasses all understanding.  That others may come to know Him too!  We say thank You Lord, that You would revive and restore Jeanette during this past week.  Thank You God for pouring back into her for all that she pours out on this line, every morning!  Let others see the God in her as she goes about her day.  Thank You for choosing her to be the vessel for fiveamprayer.  Thank You for her heart to run on a little while longer. Which gives us encouragement to run on a little while longer.  That we all get to run on to see what the end is gonna be!  We give You all the honor, glory and praise!  Thank You for using her is such an awesome way!  Bless Mr. Brown for running the line and being obedient to the Spirit in musical selection. Thank You Lord for his commitment.  You know his heart and You said You give us the desires of our heart, bless him--truly!  He keeps seeking after you, You know what he stands in the need of.  We would like to thank everyone in this ministry who are a part of this daily visit from God where He shows up and delivers and gives us peace!  May the Lord continue to bless and keep each and every one of us!   Thank You Lord for being the Almighty One!  Our Strong Tower!  Our Comforter!  Thank You Lord for restoring everything that Minister Sankey poured out, this morning!  Thank You for all who have been on the line this week:  Pastor Sidberry, Elder Allen, Pastor Thomas, Minister Davis and Minister Sankey, thank You for their rising to the call to bring a word so early in the morning.  We pray that they were as blessed as we were in having them on the line.  We pray that You would continue to keep Your hand on them and bless them as your willing and humble servants to the most High God!  All praises to You, Lord.  Honor and glory forever!  Amen!  Amen!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:   We will rest in the comfort of the Almighty!
