We are walking in today: Replace happiness with Joy.
Ecclesiastes 2:26 For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit. How many times have you said or heard someone say I just want to be happy? We look for happiness in our relationships, jobs, homes, finances, etc... All these things are temporary. Joy is given to us by God. Joy is defined as the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires; delight; the expression or exhibition of such emotion; gaiety; a source or cause of delight. John 15:10-11 10) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 11) These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. He fills our soul with joy from the bottom to the top! Now when you hear this joy that I have, the world didn't give it--and the world can't take it away. You will truly understand the meaning of joy. Don't pray for happiness, pray for joy!!! When you experience loss or disappointments in your life you will find yourself in tears, but only for a second, when you have joy!!! Nehemiah 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength. Our joy is eternal!! Acts 2:28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance. Fiveamprayer, there is joy in His presence!! He meets us here everyday at 5 am, press in to find peace and joy unspeakable!! Psalm 5:11 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. Now do you understand the word when it says, "the joy of the Lord is my strength." Replace happiness with joy!!! Psalm 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psalm 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Give me that joy that I can't explain!!! Give me that peace that sustains my pain!! I want the joy of the LORD!!! Ecclesiastes 5:20 For he shall not much remember the days of his life; because God answereth him in the joy of his heart. Are you getting it now?!!! Isaiah 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away. John 16:21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. Tell God give me joy!!!! Nehemiah 12:43 Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy: the wives also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off. Fiveamprayer, the Lord has done so much for us!! Our praise should be heard afar off! Praise Him!! He is worthy of all of our praise!! Yea and Amen!!!
I don't know about you, but I have joy unspeakable!! I have asked God to replace happiness with joy. Joy can't be taken away. Someone can steal your happiness. We are to count it all joy. We find strength in the joy of the Lord. We are walking by faith and not by sight. He is bringing us out of darkness, into His marvelous light. His joy is eternal, peace that surpasses all understanding. We are not of this world--don't worry about it. Hold on to the joy of the Lord. He supplies all of our needs. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. We have the joy of the Lord--no matter what! The world's recession, depression, wars and rumors of wars--we have joy, it is eternal. Joy to be a overcomer. Joy to continue in the race, until the end. Just get a little bit of God's joy. If God be for us, who can stand against us! Talk to the storms in your life, let it know that you have joy. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. God's word is true--He can't lie. Tell the world, the joy of the Lord is my strength. The enemy wants to rob you of your peace and joy. He can't take your joy. We can say hallelujah anyhow! Joy is eternal. The Lord gave us wisdom, knowledge and joy. We are to count it all joy! Thank You Lord!! The enemy wants us to walk in depression, but we have the joy of the Lord, which is our strength. We lift up fiveamprayer this morning, Lord have them to replace happiness with joy. We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown. God cover them, let them know that weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. We ask for forgiveness for the wrong that we have done against You, Lord. Thank You Lord for forgiving us with no condemnation. Teach us how to forgive like You Lord, so that You will forgive us.

Thank You for being an on time God. We have joy unspeakable! Thank You for replacing happiness with joy. Joy that you just can't explain. We are still standing, we are still here--because of joy. Fiveamprayer has joy unspeakable. He has replaced happiness with joy. Read the scriptures for yourself today. This joy that we have, the world didn't give it, and the world can't take it away. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. We can count it all joy when we fall on test and trails. Ask God to restore your joy--don't ask for happiness. The joy of the Lord is our strength. Walk in this all day today. Lord thank You for teaching us what joy is. Fiveamprayer we have the joy of the Lord! He is still keeping us. We are still here. Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Thank You Lord for replacing happiness with joy. Restore our joy, Lord. He has given us wisdom, knowledge and joy--it is in the word, Ecclesiastes 2:26. Don't operate like the world, in happiness. Operate in eternal things like joy, it has been given to us by God. We may not understand it but we can trust Him. He gives us joy unspeakable. The joy of the Lord is keeping us--giving us peace when we should be going crazy. The enemy doesn't want us to get this. Seek out joy, it is from the Lord. Happiness is fleeting. Joy will keep you in perfect peace, with your mind stayed on Him. Ask God to restore your joy. There is something on the inside, stirring when you ask God to restore your joy. That way the devil can't keep you in depression. Joy is coming--tell unemployment that the Lord shall supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory. Joy is coming--tell your marriage, that what God has put together, let no man put asunder. Joy is coming--tell sickness, just a touch of the hem of His garment and we are healed. What we see now is only temporary, it is only a matter of time before things change. Replace happiness with joy. It was always there--it was sealed inside of us with the Holy Spirit. Joy is one of the weapons of mass destruction. Hallelujah! Joy to the world! Joy all day long! Ask God to restore your joy. We have been set free. We are getting our breakthrough right now!! He is restoring our joy. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Thank You God. The joy was always there. You have not because you ask not. Ask Him. Ask Him again. He said He would give us the desires of our heart. Have a blessed day.
