We are walking in today: In It, Not Of It.
Genesis 43:23 And he said, Peace be to you, fear not: your God, and the God of your father, hath given you treasure in your sacks: I had your money. And he brought Simeon out unto them. Now that you recognize God in the storm, know that you are in it, but not of it. Tell the world you are in a recession, but not of it!!! My Father shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory. Genesis 46:3 And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation. Look at our abundance in new territory. We are not walking in fear. Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. In the fire, but not of the it!!! We will not be consumed. Because we recognize God. Exodus 3:21 And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty. In it, but when we shall not go, we shall not go empty. Leviticus 26:13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. We are not in bondage anymore. Tell the world. "I'm in it, but not of it." Deuteronomy 3:22 Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you. In the fight, but not of the fight. Fiveamprayer we can say, "the battle is not mine it's the Lord's." Deuteronomy 4:31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. Remember our God will not forsake us. Deuteronomy 6:10 And it shall be, when the LORD thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not. We are walking in abundance that we did not have anything to do with at all. Favor is over our lives. In it, but not of it. Deuteronomy 7:7 The LORD did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people. We are in the world, but not of it-- chosen by God!!! Yea and Amen!!!
I don't know about you, but sometimes troubles try to take you out. You wake up with joy and hope and then bam--the storm hits. We may be in it, but we are not of it. The Lord tells us in His word, Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. The world is going through a recession--fiveamprayer we are not of this world. God's economy never fails. Philippians 4:15,19 15) Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. 19) But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We must walk this thing out according to His word. God is making a way for us. Get up and shout Hallelujah! He will never leave us nor forsake us. You may be in it, but you are not of it. Who the Son sets free is truly free indeed. Jesus lead captivity captive, so we are free to worship, praise and seek Him. That relationship that almost took you out--in it but not of it. Our God will break yolks. He comes with brand new mercies every morning. He will deliver us out of whatever we are in. He is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, Jehovah Jireh--there is no lack in Him nor shall we go empty. Don't settle for anything less than the abundant life, it is His will for His children. Fiveamprayer we are children of the most High God! Recognize God in the storm. Don't worry--keep trusting, believing and walking in His word. We are in the world but not of it. As His word tells us in, Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Our Lord speaks to us in His word. That is why we must read it for ourselves. We have to have His word on the inside of us. When those things come up in life, we need God's word on the situation. Ephesians 2:5-7 5) Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Our home is in heaven so we ought to have a heavenly response. Fiveamprayer we must not let the devil have even a toe hold in our minds. The smallest thought, the merest whisper--if it does not have God's fingerprint on it, do not consider it. God's fingerprint on the situation or thought, will always line up with His word. If you are not sure, hold on and search the word for confirmation. As Pastor Taffe taught at bible study, we must not let the devil in even a little bit! Do not accept, nor entertain or even consider thoughts that do not line up with His word. Think of Eve, who while having a conversation with the devil, considered whether or not God's word is true. We know that He is the truth and the way and the life. So we can dismiss anything that would try to come against what God has already told you. If the devil gets a little access, it will be harder to get him out. Be aware at all times of the smallest things that come to distract. Stay focused. We are not of this world--we are in it but not of it. Don't let the worlds ways distract you from God's ways. Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. We can find our way--in His word. Fiveamprayer we serve a God that can go from zero to suddenly. He brings us out of darkness, into His marvelous light. Think about how fast light travels!! In it but, not of it. Our Father will shed light on our situation. The joy of the Lord is our strength. To God be the glory. Walk in this weekend meditation. By His word and His blood--who the Son sets free is free indeed. Thank You Lord, that we have Your word--which does not come back void, nor can it be reversed. Thank You that we recognize You Lord. Walking in this abundant life, fiveamprayer. We serve a Savior who got up with all power of heaven and earth on the third day. Why are you walking around: depressed, defeated and deflated?! God has already spoken that we are in this world, but not of this world. We recognize You Lord, You came to deliver us and to set us free. Thank You for this weekend meditation. We lift up fiveamprayer, have them to turn it all over to You God. It is time to let go and let God. In it but, not of it. He will deliver us, walking by faith and not by sight. As Pastor Thomas had said that the devil puts up smokescreens to distract us. But when we keep walking on the path that God has given us, and the smoke clears, you find that greater is He that is in us, than he that is in this world. We serve a Savior, a living Savior who can speak a word, and our life changes. We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown. Have them to know that they are in it, but not of it. We lift up Linda Dixon who the doctors have given up on. We know that she is healed by Your stripes, Jesus. All she has to do is to touch the hem of Your garment and be healed. The cancer may be in her, but she is not of it. Don't be bound in your mind, fiveamprayer--Jesus came to set us free. He lead captivity, captive. He put the jail in jail. He put the bonds in bondage. Renew your mind with daily bread--the word of God. We ask for forgiveness for when You forgive there is no condemnation. Thank You Lord for forgiving us. Teach us how to forgive others so that we can be forgiven.

Our Father is more than victorious, more than a conqueror. We are in it, but not of this world. Walk in this word all weekend long. Look at what God has done for the children of Israel. Our God is the same yesterday, today and forever. In it but, not of it. He is more than able. Hallelujah! The devil thought he had you in a storm, but you are not of the storm. The Lord can speak to the storm, "peace be still." The wind will cease. His word does not come back void nor can it be reversed. He told us that He would never leave us or forsake us. You are not in this thing by yourself. In it but, not of it. No weapon that is formed against us shall prosper. We aren't going down like that! As Pastor Anitha would say. This is spiritual warfare. Walk in this weekend meditation. Look at what God told us on Monday and read through the week on the blogspot. Have a blessed day.
