In This Season Stagger Not.

Romans 4:16-25; Genesis 22:7, 8; Exodus 34:14; Deuteronomy 4:24; Isaiah 54:17; Genesis 15:6; Mark 4:39; Philippians 4:13; 1 Chronicles 4:10; Hebrews 13:5; Isaiah 40:31; Psalm 31:24

We are walking in today:  In This Season Stagger Not.

Romans 4:16-25 16) Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 17) (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18) Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. 19) And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: 20) He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21) And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. 22) And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. 23) Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; 24) But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25) Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
Whom he believed, God who quickeneth.  It is God himself that faith fastens upon, no other foundation can man lay.  Now observe what in God, Abraham's faith had an eye to that, certainly, which would be most likely to confirm his faith concerning the things promised him. God who quickeneth the dead--it was promised that he should be the father of many nations, when he and his wife were now as good as dead and therefore he looks upon God as a God that could breathe life into dry bones.   He that quickeneth the dead can do anything, can give a child to Abraham when he is old.  This expresses the sovereignty of God and His absolute power and dominion, a mighty stay to faith when all other props sink and totter.  It is the holy wisdom and policy of faith to fasten particularly on that in God which accommodated to the difficulties wherewith it is to wrestle, and will most effectually answer the objections.  It is faith indeed to build upon the all-sufficiency of God for the accomplishment of that which is impossible to anything but that all-sufficiency.  Thus Abraham became the father of many nations before him whom he believed, that is, in the eye and account of God.  Like him whom he believed; as God is a common Father, so was Abraham, by faith.  It is by faith in God that we become accepted of Him, and conformable to Him.  Against hope Abraham believed in hope.  There was a hope against him, a natural hope.  All the arguments of sense, and reason, and experience, which in such cases usually beget and support hope, were against him; no second causes smiled upon him, nor in the least--favored his hope. But, against all those inducements to the contrary, he believed; for he had a hope for him: He believed in hope, which arose, as his faith did, from the consideration of God's all-sufficiency.  That he might become the father of many nations. Therefore God, by His almighty grace, enable him thus to believe against hope, that he might pass for a pattern of great and strong faith to all generations.  It was fit that he who was to be the father of the faithful should have something more than ordinary in his faith that in him faith should be set in its highest elevation, and so the endeavors of all succeeding believers be directed, raised, and quickened.  Being not weak in his faith, he considered not... Abraham staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief.  He therefore staggered not because he considered not the frowns and discouragements.  He did not stumble or hesitate at all.  He did not argue or debate with God.  He staggered not through unbelief.  It is not the promise that fails, but our faith that fails when we stagger.  Abraham was strong in faith, giving God the glory!!!!!!Fiveamprayer, we have got to stand and stagger not!!  No hesitation, just go as God leads and directs us!  Abraham is a great example of following the Lord, not getting caught up in man's logic and thoughts--trusting in God.  He was promised a son and in his latter years had his son, Isaac.  God told him to get up early to sacrifice his son.  Genesis 22:7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?  Even Isaac who was familiar with sacrifice, asked his father where the sacrifice was.  This is a note for us, that our children should know what serving, seeking and praying to God looks like.  Look at Abraham's response, Genesis 22:8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.  We must walk in that kind of faith, that what the Lord has promised, He will deliver.  Read the whole chapter of Genesis 22 , for yourself today--that is where Abraham follows God's directions and is blessed by Him as well as the many generations after Him!  We are the seed of Abraham, those blessing are for us as well!  To follow in His word, trusting Him and knowing that all things work together for our good!  Are you trusting in His word with every step that you take?  Or are you looking around to notice the change in scenery?  We must correct our vision, no more can we pay attention to how things appear in the natural, how does it look in the spirit?  What did God say?  His word accomplishes all that it was sent to do.  Abraham had his faith out front that God will provide the sacrifice, in his obedience that is exactly what happened.  If he did not proceed to the place directed and obeyed His voice when God stayed his hand, he would have missed the ram in the bush.  God wants to know if it is all about Him--above everything else?  Above every prayer, request, need, is it about Him?  Is there anything more important to us than the Lord?  Exodus 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.   Deuteronomy 4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.  "I don't care about this dry season!  I have blind faith and blind trust," said fiveamprayer in the midst of all that is going on right now.  God is looking for believers who will stand on His word, believing and trusting Him!!  He always has a ram in the bush for those in obedience and walking by faith.  That is why He is our Jehovah Jireh, our Provider!!  He is protecting us and bringing us out.  He is calling us to come out of that thing!  Don't look to natural eyes for vision, look to His word and see that is leading you out!!  The Lord will deliver on all of His promises!!    He is Emmanuel, Jehovah Jireh, our Heavenly Father--don't stagger, fiveamprayer, trust Him!!  Hold on to His unchanging hand.  Stagger not.  How do we keep standing?  Ephesians 6:13-14  13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.  This is not the time to stop or turn around!!!  When your back is against the wall, remember that God is the wall.  So that is why we are not gonna waiver or slip.  Trust Him and walk in it fiveamprayer!!  God's favor is over our lives--we must sacrifice everything, knowing who our Father is.  Trust Him no matter what.  Regardless of how you feel or think.  Isaiah 55:8-9  8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  9) For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  The joy of the Lord is our strength!!  His strength is made perfect in our weakness.  Fiveamprayer, we can't stagger, our lives, our children--all depend on it!!  He speaks those things that aren't as if they were.  Since everything He speaks come to pass, He can speak things that have yet to come, because the word was not yet sent out.  Thank You Lord for speaking every promise into existence!!  It is the Lord who raises the standard against the attacks of the devil.  Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.  We will not stagger in this season.  This is our season of abundance, as God told us that 2011 is.  Stagger not, fiveamprayer!!  We serve a God that can not fail!  He makes a way out of no way.  If we were to stagger now, we would be out of position, to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  Stagger not.  Trust Him.  Stand on His word.  We must tell ourselves over and over again, to trust God.  The devil wants us to give up and be quiet.  Tell God, "yes to whatever, You want Lord."  More and more of Him and less and less of us.  Don't stagger!  He is calling us out to do His will.  With marriages under attack, put your eyes, back on God.  He is the only one that can fix it.  Surrender your marriage to the Lord.  Don't stagger, lay aside every weight that would beset you.  We walk by faith and not by sight--with blind trust.  Stagger not, takes faith in God.  The kind of faith that Abraham had.  He was just a man and trusted the Lord.  Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.  Trust the Lord and let it go.  We are able to display that same kind of faith in the same God.  There are many examples in the Bible of regular people who are holding to God's word and the Lord delivers.  Don't stagger.  Glory on the inside, let them see the overflow on the inside of me.  He has been telling you all this time to trust Him.  Just do it.  All of the confusion in this abundant season?  The distractions are to move you out of position in this abundant season, it is right now!!!  We are already in it!!  God is doing a new thing!  It is springing forth, shall you not know it?!  Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.  It is harvest time and the devil is the father of all lies.  Listen and hold to His word, don't stagger!!  The devil wants you caught up in the storm and out of position.  We can speak to the storms in our life.  Jesus gave us back that authority!!  Mark 4:39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.  We can speak back to the storms that the devil sends to put us off of our task, or assignmentTrust God, stagger not.  We have come this far by faith!  We know that without faith, it is impossible to please Him.  No waiting, delaying, waivering or questioning what God gives you to do.  God is doing a new thing--calling His people out.  Stagger not, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  This is our time!  Our season!  We are already blessed, because we are the seed of Abraham.  We can walk this out like our father of faith.  It is not about you, it is all about God!!  It is He that turns it all around.  Keep trusting in Him.  He will take things away from you, when you are out of line or position.  He is a jealous God, put nothing before Him!!  Stagger not.  Hold to and walk in the word that God has given you!!  Abraham, David and Job are just regular people who followed the word of God.  Seeing that regular people, made of the same stuff that we are lets us know that we can do it too.  Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.  So in standing on the Rock we won't waiver or stagger.  Keep calling on the prayer of Jabez--stagger not.

We seal this prayer in the precious blood:  1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
Welcome to the overflow...
Jabez staggered not, he called on the God of Israel.  God has been coming to us telling us to trust Him.  All throughout this week it has gone back to trust in the Lord.  Hold on, fiveamprayer, our God speaks those things that are not as though they were.  Read all of Romans chapter 4 today for yourself.  Abraham staggered not.  To God be the glory!  Every step of the way, walking in His word.  Not kicking and screaming, asking why me.  God answered that for us yesterday, why not you?  He gave His only begotten Son to redeem the sins of the whole world!
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.  This is our year of abundance!!  You can't see nothing--in your finances, your relationships.  When you can't see anything, then God is up to something!!  Hallelujah!!  Thank You God!!  Stagger not, fiveamprayer!!  Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faintPsalm 31:24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.  What a mighty God we serve!!  We can stand and trust in and on Him!!  This season has truly been a season!  It is harvest time, no matter what the devil says or presents to you.  Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  Follow the Lord, He will direct your path.  Visit us on facebook, it will encourage you.  Trust Him, fiveamprayer, stagger not!  Have a supernatural weekend!  Stand on the word, trusting and believing--stagger not!!
