Insurance or Assurance?

1 Thessalonians 1:3-5; John 3:15; Romans 4:21; Titus 1:2

We are walking in today:  Insurance or Assurance?

1 Thessalonians 1:3-5  3) Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father; 4) Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.  5) For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.  Think about that--insurance or assurance.  We have assurance because God went before us on yesterday!  Do you know the difference between insurance and assurance?  Nearly all of us have an insurance policy.  This policy of insurance, is to assure us that we will be taken care of.  Insurance is there in case a problem arises.  The insurance only remains in effect as long as we pay the premiums on the policy.  However, if we don't make the payment, the policy is cancelled and we are no longer protected.  Assurance on the other hand is not based upon premiums but on the fact that all the premiums have already been paid!  Assurance is better that any insurance!  Because we can not default and they can not be cancelled.  There is no cancelling the assurance, unlike insurance.  Insurance can be likened to works, assurance to grace.  Firm assurance is dependant upon God's word.  Notice that I said, firm assurance.  On Christ the solid  rock we stand, all other ground is sinking sand!   Fiveamprayer, we can have firm assurance because we can trust the word of God.  We have also a more sure word of prophecy, for the prophecy came not in the old time, in the will of man but of the holy men of God who spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.  The Bible has withstood every test ever applied to it!  Remember that the truth reveals and lies crumble under focused scrutiny!  It has proven to be historically accurate.  It has proven to be prophetically accurate.  It has proven to be geologically accurate.  There is no other document that you can base your faith upon.  Because no other document is as inspired!  Firm assurance is based on God's promises.  We have been promised eternal life!  John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.  God is faithful to His promises!  Romans 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.  As to His nature, God is incapable of reneging on His promises.  Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.  There goes that word before again!  We can be more confident of His promises, we can be assured--the greatest assurance that we have is that Jesus walked out of that tomb!  All fear melts at this point!  Insurance is available anywhere.  Assurance is only available in Jesus!
We have the seal of the manufacturer's assurance on us!  Thank You God for putting the Holy Spirit on us and sealing us with Your promises by Your Spirit!  Thank You God!!  I don't know about you but I got some assurance today--fiveamprayer, be rested and assured that God is leading us!  Praise God for the assurance that can not be cancelled nor go out of effect.  We can rest and be assured, that God is always able, and He is for us!  Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!  We have an assurance!  Tell your marriage, I have an assurance!  He is the God of reconciliation!  He is Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Tsidkenu, there is no fear in the valley, for our Shepherd is with us!  He can do all things but fail!  Fiveamprayer, we have an assurance.  Go on and put it in the Master's hands, who else knows better than your Creator how best to protect you, His beloved creation--the work of His hands?!  God is in control and has worked it out!  Before!  Our assurance plan is already laid out.  Everlasting life with the Father--assurance!  Test, trials and tribulations--we have an assurance!  We are sealed in the blood!!  The devil can not come near us--no weapon formed against us shall prosper!  We are assured!  As a believer you have an assurance, in His word!  He came that we would have life more and that more abundantly.  He has promised to never leave nor forsake us!  He left us with the Comforter!  We can do all things!  Greater is He that is within us, than he that is in the world!  God is more than enough!  He is pouring our multiplied blessings--in increase and overflow in our lives!  Assurance because of who He is.  He got up on the third day, with all power of heaven and Earth in His hands!  Bless Your name!  Thank You for who you are!  If we had 10,000 tongues we could not thank You enough!  We are still here, many did not wake up this morning.  Thank You Lord, for waking us with Your finger of love!  God can not lie--be assured!  His word does not come back void, that is our assurance!  The righteous have never been forsaken, nor their seed begging bread.  Lord, keep filling us with all wisdom, knowledge and understanding!  We have an assurance!  Hallelujah!  It will never run out, it has already been paid--paid in full but the precious blood of Jesus!  We find our assurance in You, Lord!  We lift up fiveamprayer this morning, have them to know that we have an assurance!  We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown, by His stripes we were healed!  He is Jehovah Jireh!  As Pastor Anitha says, when the money runs out, favor keeps on spending!  We have an assurance!  We come to ask for forgiveness and to repent for being in fear and doubt.  We have an assurance plan!  Thank You Lord, for casting our sins into the sea that they be remembered no more.  Teach us Lord how to forgive others as You have forgiven us!


We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  Genesis 32:24-26 24) And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. 25) And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26) And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

As Jacob said, we won't let go until You bless us!  We will stand, trust, believe, walk, seal and decree it--we have been assured!  We have an assurance!  No matter what it looks like, feels like--we will see the goodness of the Lord, in His word!  From Genesis to Revelation--faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.  He is Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End!  An assurance policy that will never fail!  Those who seek, will find.  Those who knock, the door shall be opened.  Those who believe will receive!  Thank You God!  We praise Your name!  God has it all under His control, don't worry bout it.  We serve Jehovah Jireh!  We don't have to see our way out, we are to walk by faith and not by sight!  Take a hold of your mustard seed faith, let God grow your faith, that you would be able to move mountains by just speaking, by your faith!  He has told us that life and death is in our tongues!  That we can speak a word and the enemy will flee from us!  We don't live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God!  Who needs an assurance policy?  Pick up your word!  It is loaded with benefits!  Daily bread, and brand new mercies, daily--that we are not consumed.  Our God is faithful and compassionate!  The God that we serve, has given us an assurance that goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives!  We have a assurance, that our inheritance shall all come to pass!  Not insured bur assured, He is more than able!  Insurance can be cancelled at any time.  His grace is sufficient, that is why we are assured!  Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!  He calls us friend!  Assurance!  Assurance!  The scripture said, much assurance!  From Genesis to Revelation, be assured, the word will work, lead, guide, protect, regenerate and refresh you!  It is an assurance !  He is Jehovah Jireh!  Trust and believe it!  He is no respecter of persons.  If He has done it for Moses?  If He has done it for Jacob?  If He has done it for Jabez?  If He has done it for Abraham?  If He has done it for Job?  If He has done it for the children of Israel?  If He has done it for Esther?  If He has done it for Ruth and Naomi?  He will do it for us!  Fiveamprayer, we have an assurance!  We can rest in that!  Be still and know He is God!  The Spirit of God will fall on all flesh.  Worship Him in spirit and in truth!  We bless Your name!  Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!  Hallelujah God!  Assurance not based upon payments of premiums.  All money has been paid, before hand.  Not cancelled, but standing firm, sure.  Don't be weary in well doing!  He has already overcome the world!  He is I AM, Jehovah Jireh, Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star--He comes to assure us!  Thank You God!  Peaceful rest,  fiveamprayer, you got an assurance!  He went before us on yesterday--then today we are assured!  When we thought it was over--here comes His assurance.  We must hold on and not let go until He blesses us!  The prayer of Jabez says that God granted him that which he requested!  Take some time out today to look up the difference between insurance and assurance.  Our premiums have already been paid, paid in full!  Thank You Jesus!  Visit us on facebook, it will encourage you!  Walk in His assurance all day long today!  Have a blessed day!
