You know that God has had us standing on 2 Chronicles 20:17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you. Fiveamprayer has been standing on that scripture for months now. God doesn't ever tell us to take a stand without telling us why to take a stand! So here is your answer to,"why God?" A lot of us have been asking that question lately. With all of the stuff that is going on in this time and season, "why God?" So God is gonna answer every question to why, He would ask you to stand. I wanted to die and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Psalm 118:17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. I could not understand why this had happened to me, God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Proverbs 3:5-6 5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. I could not stop crying, God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Psalm 126:5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. I felt betrayed, rejected, abandoned and ashamed and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, MY only Son, Your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was betrayed with a kiss, arrested, denied by Peter, beaten, spat upon, abandoned and rejected and crucified on the cross at Calvary--Luke 23:34. We will learn how to stand and deal with the whys of God in our lives! I said I have no strength, God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Nehemiah 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength. I felt weak, weary and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. I could not let go and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. I felt hatred, anger and unforgiveness, God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. I said I don't know which way to go and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Psalm 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. I said that I felt as if I was walking around in darkness and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. I said how can I know You won't change Your mind like the others, and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Isaiah 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. I said but nobody is on my side and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, 2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. I said I can not fight this battle. God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Exodus 14:14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. I said I don't feel like praying for my spouse and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you. I said I have been done wrong, and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, 1 Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. I can not endure this chastening and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Hebrews 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? I said this chastening is painful and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. I said, I cannot do this on my own, I need help and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. I am having bad thoughts. And God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, 2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. I said I am not experiencing peace. And God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. I said I am under attack from the enemy, and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. I said it is being said that we should have never gotten married, it was a mistake. And God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Matthew 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. I said how are You going to fix these dead marriages, and God said, "stand." I said, "why." Because it is written, Luke 24:6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee. Father, I love You, and God said, I love you too. Finally MY child you are standing with ME! And all MY promises to you are yes and amen! No weapon formed against you shall prosper. I AM the Lord Your God!
So do you have any more questions, on why, fiveamprayer? Who is still asking why the battle is not yours? Look to God, He is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Trust and lean on Him, you can depend on His word. Stand on His unchanging word, look to He who does the impossible! Why do things keep happening? Stand on His word and His promises! He is pouring out blessings on us. We are not to move nor waiver. See God move, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord with you! Trust and lean on His word. Hold on to the true God! Take a stand until His will is clear. Until You say that it is over. That we take our battlefield positions on our knees. Take a stand He makes a way out of no way for us! Look to God because of who He is! He is God that has never lost a case. Take a stand, obedience is better than sacrifice! Stand on the word, because man shall not live by bread alone. He leads us to a rock that is higher than us! God is a very present help in a time of need! Stand on His word! We can not keep doing the wrong thing---set yourself and stand still, see the salvation of the Lord with you! Tomorrow go out against them, the Lord is with you! Stand on His word, He does not lie. Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? Why--is is written, with God all things are possible. We are not tempted above what we are able to bear. God makes a way of escape for us. He knows the position that you are in. Stand, the battle is not ours. We ask why and God says to stand on Christ the solid rock we stand, all other ground is sinking sand. Stand on the Rock of Ages. Everything else around you is going crazy, stand on God's word--the gates of hell shall not prevail against it! When your back is against the wall, God is the wall! Stand, fiveamprayer because it is written by His stripes we are healed! Don't move or waiver! We are to acknowledge God in all of our ways! Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Why are we to stand, because we don't have to fight in this battle! God is leading us out, fire by night and cloud by day. God has already won the battle, He is parting the Red Sea that we cross over on dry land. God has already gone before us--He is ordering our steps! He is even giving what scriptures to stand on in response to our whys! God is showing up and answering our prayers. Every question, answered by God, why you should stand! We win! We have been given power from on high! We have the power to trample all over the enemies! We serve a God that wins every time! We can stand even when we don't feel like it. I am just gonna stand still and see Your glory God! We are made victorious by God! God is for us who can stand against us? Nobody but God can do this! Keep standing on His word! No longer trust in yourself, stand and keep standing on His word no matter what! God is speaking to the storms, there is peace all around me! He knows the plans that He has for me! Keep standing, it is written that we shall live and not die. There is nothing too hard for God. Stand. Set your face like a flint and stand on His word. We are planted like a tree by living water! We are not moving off of what God has said! We are steadfast, unmovable and abiding in His word! We gotta stand on His word! He is a rewarder to those that diligently seek Him! He is the way out of no way. Stand on His word! God sent us His word to heal us! Knock and the door shall be opened, ask and it shall be given and seek and you shall find. The word is going forth changes circumstances--Isaiah 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord; and I will heal him. Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning! They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Stand and stand therefore! I am gonna stand--I am standing on the promises of God! I am not getting out of position. I don't have to do nothing but stand! Just stand still and see the salvation of the Lord! So many of us have been asking why? The battle is not ours it is the Lord's! Nevertheless, thy will be done, Lord! Stand still until His will is clear! Don't move until God says! Only move where God says to move. Be still--you don't have to fight in this battle. Be still, God is fighting for you! The Lord will fight my battle! Thank You for letting us know why we are standing on 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. That we could see His face! We have been praying without ceasing! He gave us spiritual weapons of mass destruction; He told us to pursue and to takeover and now we are a force to be reckoned with! Be still and know that He is God! Hallelujah! Thank You God for having us to walk in the power of three, the holy trinity to keep us still standing on Your word. Thank You God! We don't have to fight! Ask Joshua, Moses, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego--you don't have to fight in this battle! Set yourself and see the salvation of the Lord with you! The God that we serve will deliver us! Thank You for Your word! When the enemy comes in like a flood, God lifts up a standard against it! Hallelujah God! Stand still and see His face! Vengeance is Mine, says the Lord! You are the remnant, in the upper room--stand still. We wrestle not against flesh and blood--stand still, God is fighting your battle! Thank You God! He is amazing! He comes to tell us why we are standing. For every why, He has an answer in His word! Thank You God! Just think about the goodness of the Lord! He made a way out of no way. We know that it was nobody but Jesus that got us through! Only You Lord could bring us out! Some of us had a lot of hurt to let go of. Jesus was betrayed by one He walked with by a kiss. He was denied. He was beaten. He was whipped. He was struck. He was spat upon. He was mocked. He was crucified at Calvary. In your suffering, stand still. God will get the glory! God turns things around quickly, He comes suddenly in your situation! He is sending us blessings to heal and deliver us, in the name of Jesus! Stand still--God is for us! Glory to Your name! Whatever why you have--God has His word that answers your questions! It is all written in His word! We lift up fiveamprayer to stand. Stand. Stand. Having done all, just stand! We lift up prayer requests, for those standing on healing, deliverance and joy--remain on His word that fails not! Forgive us Lord for all of these whys that slowed down our progress or halted our movement all together. We are no longer leaning to our own understanding but to Yours! Thank You God for forgiving us with no condemnation. Thank You for teaching us to forgive others that we too are forgiven! To hear this again click here.

Praise His name for giving us answers to the whys in our minds. Thank You Lord! I'll stand still God, until Your will is clear to me! Thank You God! God's question to us, can you stand now? With the attacks in your finances, marriages, and health? When the enemy is attacking your mind? God is fighting the battle for you! Set yourself and see the salvation of the Lord with you! When you get into your own prayer closet tell Him that You will stand still until His will is clear to me. Thank You Lord! He is a buckler for our souls! He is our refuge! A hiding place! Sometimes He will just hide you. Thank You God for moving right now! Thank You God for Your word. He gave us scripture, after scripture today. Don't you feel better, lay your burdens down. Thank You God! Thank You Jesus! Thank You Holy Ghost! He gets gooder and gooder! The Holy Spirit is wrapping around you, He is our comforter! Be still, He keeps us in perfect peace! Thank You God! We are beyond the veil, He is breathing on us and giving us rest beyond the river! He has a laying down in green pastures and lead beside still waters. The Lord prepares a table for us in the presence of our enemies. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives! We are favored and chosen by God. He is breathing on us, fiveamprayer! His grace is sufficient! Rest in Him! He gives peace that surpasses all understanding! I'll stand still, God has got it all in control! Thank You Lord! Do you feel that peace and comfort? My soul cries holy! He is sweet I know! The storm clouds may rise and the winds blow. I found a Savior that is sweet I know! Have a blessed and wonderful day!
