We are walking in today: 2010 Our Defining Moment.

2 Corinthians 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. I believe you can testify about our light affliction, which is, but for a moment in 2010. But by God’s grace we are still standing. The world has said 2010 is like the Great Depression of 1929, which some people referred to that time as the defining moment. We have our defining moment in 2010. Defining means to determine or identify the essential qualities or meaning of. We are more than conquerors. Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. We wept only for a moment and God showed us His joy early every morning on Five AM Prayer! Job 20:5 That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment? Satan thought that he had his moment with us, but we stood on our faith. 2010 has been our greatest defining moment. Instead of calling it a Great Depression, we will tell the story of how we were Great in the Depression! Exodus 18:11 Now I know that the LORD is greater than all gods: for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above them. God is greater than any depression. Deuteronomy 5:24 And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth. God has showed us His greatness and glory in the defining moment of favor over us. Deuteronomy 11:7 But your eyes have seen all the great acts of the LORD which he did. We have seen God’s greatness in a time of a depression. We can witness how great He was in a time of depression. 1 Chronicles 16:25 For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. Let the world know, “What Great Depression?! We were Great in the time of a Depression.”
Thank You for this weekend meditation--Great in a time of depression. We can tell the world, how we are great in a time of depression. The Greater One lives inside of us. Greater One had shown us--to walk by faith and not by sight; the faith process; His presence, suddenly; we were fed from heaven; His presence every morning. He let us know, He is our provider. We have walked in favor in 2010. The Greater One lives inside of us. Thank You Lord for keeping us--how great You are. My God is great, has made every crooked place straight and He said peace be still, to the storms in my life. God restored you from break down--He is Elohim, Jehovah Tsidkenu. Thank You for loving us through it all. My defining moment--I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He is my Jehovah Jireh. We serve the great I AM. I am great in a time of depression. I may bend but won't break. He brought me out of darkness into His marvelous light. This is my defining moment, God has always worked it out, walk in it--my defining moment. God has never left nor forsaken you. Thank You Holy Spirit, think about what you have been through in 2010--thank You for making me great in the depression. We lift up the saints on the line, thank You for double portion, mercy and grace--we sat down at the table and supped with You. You kept telling us, this is a faith walk. This is our defining moment. They are comparing 2010 to 1929--the world is in a great depression, God makes us great in this time of depression. Holy Spirit walk with us this weekend--remind us, that we are great in a time of depression. 2010 is our defining moment. In 2010 we have been reconciled with God; grown intimate with God; learned how to call on His name; His word will not come back void, nor be reversed; we kept running, in Jesus' name. We come to cover prayer requests, both known and unknown. We come to ask forgiveness. Let us lay it aside, as far is the east is from the west. Let us forgive as our Father forgives us.

Think about were God has brought you from. He kept blessing you and keeping you. Nobody but God--who else can do what was done in 2010?! We serve an awesome, mighty, cannot lie, great is His faithfulness--God. Hallelujah! It makes you stronger that God has moved in such an awesome way. Blessing and raining down favor during the world's depression. Tell someone what God has done for you this year. While you were getting up early at 5 am--seeking His face, His presence and He was true to His word--He was and is in the midst. Amen, amen.
