We are walking in today: Recognize the Devil's Lies and Claim the Promises of God.
2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. This scripture alone exposes the lies of the devil. We are sufficient in all things--always. It is time to claim God's promises today! The devil wants you to live your life from an empty cup. The enemy wants you to think that God's cup of grace has dried up for you. He wants you to be disenchanted with God. Most especially, he wants you to feel that God is cosmic killjoy...that God is always thinking of ways to rob you of joy and peace. Satan knows that if you start to feel negatively about God, then he can have his way with you in other areas. Take courage!!! Be Strong!!! 1 Chronicles 22:13 Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the LORD charged Moses with concerning Israel: be strong, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed. Jesus has won the victory for you!!! Send those lies back to the pit where they came from and claim the promises of God!! 2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. We have exceeding great and precious promises! Tell the devil, "you are a liar!!! I stand on the promises of God!" Our trust in the trials we face is not based on that which can be seen. The bible tells us in Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Recognize the devil's lies and claim the promises of God by your faith!!! If you were able to see and understand everything that God is permitting in your life, you would have no need of faith!! Without faith, it is not only impossible to pleases God, it is impossible to know the God that we serve!! We have to remember in every storm of life that Christ is at the center and He permits only that which fulfills His will for you. You may not like the attacks that come against you, but they are powerful tools used to equip you for eternal victory! You will never be able to stand in the struggles of life if you do not have the knowledge of God's power and belief that He will not fail you! In the time of testing, the enemy is going to pull out all the stops to tempt you to think that you are beyond help. Tell the devil, "I am looking to the hills from which comes my help, my help comes from the Lord!" The devil is going to try to fill your mind with thoughts of failure and defeat. Unless you are firmly grounded in the truth of God's love and power in your battle, you will not have the strength to fight. In all situations and in all ways, Christ is working out a divine, eternal plan that can not be stopped!! Your past has no hold on you! Your weakness and failures are powerless to hinder God's purpose for you. Because of the sacrifice Christ made for you on the cross, your future is forever secure! God has promised to transform you into the image of His son, Jesus. As a believer you need to understand that one day you will be co-heir with Christ in heaven and rule over angels. Momentary troubles are in preparation for our eternal life in heaven. Recognize the devil's lies and claim the promises of God. Amen!!!
This weekend mediation comes to expose the lies of the enemy. God came this week to show us the lies of the enemy in signs and wonders, we must crucify our flesh. Recognize the lies of the devil and stake your claim of God's promises. Psalm 20:5-6 5) We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions. 6) Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. You know there was a time when to stake a claim you would set up your flag or banner to let others know that this is your land. Fiveamprayer, let us stake a claim on His promises, with our hands and hearts up lifted in praise of the most high, sitting on the Rock. Exodus 17:9-15 9) And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. 10) So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. 11) And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. 12) But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. 13) And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. 14) And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. 15) And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi. The Lord is our banner, fiveamprayer!! He has gone before us to make a way for us. What we are walking through has met His approval, it is not more than we can bear. Pastor Taffe taught that in the case of Job there was a line that could not be crossed in the devil trying him--Job 2:6 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life. All that Job experienced was to process out of him fear, because he had no peace in all that he had. God uses all things to benefit us, refining and building us. It may seem to the natural eye that the world is ganging up on you, but hold on to the truth and follow the spirit man. As you keep reading in Job 3:25-26 25) For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. 26) I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came. We are to have sufficiency in all things, that would include peace and rest in the Lord. How can the Lord increase us financially if our lives are in torment. An abundant life would consist of all areas flourishing--this is not a pick and choose. Based on our previous choices, maybe we should let God do what is best--Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. Look at the children of Israel with all that they had witnessed, God still had to let them know what to choose regarding the blessings and the curse. We are deceived to believe we know what is best for us--another trick of the devil. Since we did not make ourselves, our self, look to the One who constructed us out of the very earth, by His own hand--Psalm 100:3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Since God took time in creating us and having provision for us in the place that He is leading us to--Deuteronomy 11:11-15 11) But the land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinketh water of the rain of heaven: 12) A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year. 13) And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, 14) That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. 15) And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. You do know that some of what we go through, it to position us for the blessing. It would be terrible for us to get to the threshold of our blessings and then forfeit or worst yet to receive the blessing and watch it slip through out fingers. The Lord is refining us and training us to be able to handle what He wants to put into our hands. We must get this fleshly thought out of our minds. We get cleaned up in His presence, seeking Him in His word. We have to recognize the lies of the devil and claim the promises of God. He is the One who creates a way out of no way, He will never leave or forsake us, left us with the Comforter, all things are working for our good! Fiveamprayer, line up with and stand on the word! There is no weapon formed against us that will prosper. God is for us, who can stand against us?! Claim His promises today, recognize the enemies lies. Our Father has exposed the devil--the lies, the tricks, the false signs and wonders--Job 12:22 22) He discovereth deep things out of darkness, and bringeth out to light the shadow of death. He is working it out, as we walk this out! Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Everything that God has said and promised us will come to pass. Numbers 23:19(AMP) God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good? Keep standing on the promises, fiveamprayer!! We have to see to believe the goodness of the Lord, in the land of the living! Ephesians 6:12-14 12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14) Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. We have sufficiency in all things by the hand of God. Thank You Lord for provision! You have got to get this!! It is the Lord that makes all grace abound toward you. We come with grace and favor follows us--we are the seed of Abraham. That is the difference of walking in obedience and moving in faith in His word. If you stand on the promise, lined up with the promise and take actions in preparation to receive the promise, what other response can the Lord have?! He will bring it to pass, because we are lined up with His word and that is what He preforms. Deuteronomy 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them. We are the head and not the tail, but many are walking around in depression. Don't listen to the lies of the devil, depression--telling you who you are not! Put on the whole armor of God, it is He that supplies all of our needs, we find all sufficiency in Him. Where else can you go?! No where! The idea of another option and another way, another trick of the devil to keep us seeking for something that is futile--something that will not satisfy, deliver or heal. That time spend seeking the wrong things, gets us out of position and distance from the Father. Keep and press in to Him. It is about relationship. We have to spend time with Him and seek His presence. We wake up this morning to give You praise, Lord. Glorify His name! Self-check time, is the enemy in your camp!? Is the enemy you? Shake off the flesh--operate in the Spirit. We recognize the tricks of the devil--planting fear in our minds. It is not in our DNA, it has not been given to us--2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. That is what the devil is trying to keep us in the dark searching for the empty items of the world. Psalm 37:1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. Numbers 10:35 And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee. Stand on the promises of the Lord. Let His word be your anchor, made unmoveable and firm. Nobody but the Lord can bring us out and keep us! Continue to stand on the word, our Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever more! Put a demand on the seed that you have sown. Fiveamprayer, remember that He told us to sow when there is a famine in the land. God gives seed to the sower,don't let the devil trick you!! Don't miss an opportunity for God to move on your behalf. We must walk in obedience to His word. He is Jehovah Jireh, so He provides for all that we need--the ransom on our lives has been satisfied with the crucifixion of the only Begotten. As Pastor Taffe says, we must never eat our seed. Many times it appears as the last in the natural, but that one seed can spring forth a whole tree with fruit, each with it's own seed. Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. This scripture shows how provision was always a part of the original plan. So that lie of the devil of this being out last...How can that seed with potential of bearing more fruit, and then more fruit be out last? So it is about trust, faith and obedience. Thank You Lord for coming to expose the lies of the enemy. We lift up fiveamprayer, have them to recognize the lies of the enemy and lay claim to the promises of God. The lies have been exposed and the lights are on!! Fiveamprayer, continue to stand on the promises of God, stand therefore on the word of the Most High! We ask for forgiveness for getting in fear, doubt and unbelief. Forgive us Lord, cast our sins into the sea, to be remembered no more. Help us to stand on and take hold of the promises in Your word. Teach us to forgive others to be forgiven. Let it go and walk out of unforgiveness into the liberty of grace.
We write in the precious blood: 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Jabez decided to stand and claim His promises. Even though he was named sorrow, he chose to believe God. Jabez took the limits off of God--and looked to God to give to him. We are free now--the enemy has been exposed. No weapon that forms against us shall prosper, and those that speak against us You shall condemn. The light is on, we recognize the lies. But we have out mind stayed on God, it is He who keeps us in perfect peace. We are to pursue peace. Jesus left it for us--John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. God has been giving us tools all this week. When you get tools from God--use them!! He is preparing us and giving us our necessary equipment for this fight. Faith without works is dead. We have new weapons of mass destruction! You better start using them. Leave your house prayed up, suited up in the armor and loaded with the benefits of the Lord. What kind of general would the Lord be if He did not prepare His solders for battle, giving training on the tactics of the enemy and the proving of the weapons?
