The Richness Of Psalm 119

Psalm 119, 19:7-9; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; Psalm 1:2; John 1:1-3

We are walking in today:  The Richness Of Psalm 119

This Psalm is an acrostic which means that it begins each section with a letter of the Hebrew Alef Beit--a total of 22 letters.  We also have a display of King David's love of the Torah.  Which he declares throughout.  In reading this Psalm we also get to see God's character towards us.  Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible with 176 verses all in Hebraic alphabetacal order.  Many think that this is how King David taught his children the Alef Beit.  It is also how the order was confirmed for the Hebrew letters.  Take some time out today to read or re-read this Psalm, fiveamprayer!  We will find that Adonai's teaching and instruction are all through out as well as the ups and downs of those who follow His instructions but joy and hope remain for they are both in Him and revealed at His choosing.
