Unmasking the Spirit of Judgment

Romans 14

We are walking in today:  Unmasking the Spirit of Judgment

Teaching from the book:  Unmasking The Jezebel Spirit, by John Paul Jackson

Witness execute judgement throughout the Bible:  H6213 `asah to do, fashion, accomplish, make, to do, work, make, produce, to act, act with effect, effect & H8201 shephet judgment, act of judgment
Exodus 12:12; Jude 4-16

Romans 14:4,10
who are you to pass judgment on someone else’s servant? It is before his own master that he will stand or fall; and the fact is that he will stand because the Lord is able to make him stand. You then, why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or why do you look down on your brother? For all of us will stand before God’s judgment seat; -CJB

2 Corinthians 2:4-11

I wrote to you with a greatly distressed and anguished heart, and with many tears, not in order to cause you pain, but to get you to realize how very much I love you. Now if someone has been a cause of pain, it is not I whom he has pained, but, in some measure — I don’t want to overstate it — all of you. For such a person the punishment already imposed on him by the majority is sufficient so that now you should do the opposite — forgive him, encourage him, comfort him. Otherwise, such a person might be swallowed up in overwhelming depression. So I urge you to show that you really do love him. The reason I wrote you was to see if you would pass the test, to see if you would fully obey me. Anyone you forgive, I forgive too. For indeed, whatever I have forgiven, if there has been anything to forgive, has been for your sake in the presence of the Messiah so that we will not be taken advantage of by the Adversary — for we are quite aware of his schemes! - CJB

After careful observance in godly repentance, the reinstatement of a recovered Jezebelite who was removed from a church--due to the contamination of influence, that could have spread throughout the body. We are commanded of Yahweh in His word, that we cannot tolerate this spirit, these steps are taken at His direction.

Revelation 2:18-21
“To the angel of the Messianic Community in Thyatira, write: ‘Here is the message from the Son of God, whose eyes are like a fiery flame and whose feet are like burnished brass: I know what you are doing, your love, trust, service and perseverance. And I know that you are doing more now than before. But I have this against you: you continue to tolerate that Izevel woman, the one who claims to be a prophet, but is teaching and deceiving my servants to commit sexual sin and eat food that has been sacrificed to idols. I gave her time to turn from her sin, but she doesn’t want to repent of her immorality. - CJB

Following the same principles of restoration as the examples are written by Paul. The story of a man who was kicked out of the synagogue. For the same reasons demonstrated, Godly sorrow. Paul urged the leaders to reinstate this Man based on the sincerity and depth of teshuva.

When a cut or scratch occurs, based on the element that caused the wound some form of an antiseptic needs to be applied. Or else an infection may occur. Allowing the wound to be untreated will cause the infection to spread leading to irreparable damage the loss of a limb or life.
To act upon killing the Jezebel spirit and not the person, by promptly and properly confronted.  Allows for removal to restore is strictly based upon a Yahweh-fearing, non-fleshly, nor judgemental, Ruach Hakodesh filled leader or pastor. One who fears only Adonai-Tzva’ot and will act swiftly when instructed by Hashem to confront this spirit. Without emotional attachments, to not allow their own scars of the past to control them--the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, or the pride of life.
These are they who possessed great kingly character ordained by Yahweh.

Hebrews 7:17

For it is stated,“You are a cohen FOREVER, to be compared with Malki-Tzedek.” -CJB

The seductions of the Jezebel spirit. As was seen with Jehu was commanded to kill Ahab's entire including, Jezebel.  Jehu immediately, as king of Israel set out and fulfilled his mission. Not enticed by the conversation with Jezebel, commanded the eunuchs of Jezebel to throw her over the ledge. They tossed her over like their lives depended on it--for Jehu was in placed in his position legally, with right standing in authority by Yahweh. Ordained to kill the spirit of lawlessness by the command of his words, as representatives of the kingdom and position with authority. The same has been given to pastors and leaders today to confront and follow protocol in the exposure and or if explosion if needed. Not playing emotional toleration but following instructions.

As a spirit is contained and confronted--we look at the man in the mirror first. Recognizing the Jezebel spirit in operation in us and healing any area that may be a gateway or entry, restoration and forgiveness occur. Therefore, the continued education of lawlessness and spiritual authority period should be taught on an ongoing basis.

Being careful of the conditions of man's heart and the tendency to become judgmental. Considering true teshuva comes from one's own heart and not of condemnation or false accusations. As if the man in the mirror is not looking right back at you?  Showing us that righteous judgment and conviction belong to Yahweh.

Romans 14:11

since it is written in the Tanakh,“As I live, says Adonai, every knee will bend before me, and every tongue will publicly acknowledge God.” - CJB

John 16:8

“When he comes, he will show that the world is wrong about sin, about righteousness and about judgment — about sin, in that people don’t put their trust in me; - CJB

Careful study of the roles of judges from the Torah has strikingly similar responsibilities of leaders confronting the Jezebel spirit:

1. The Israelites sin

2. Yahweh punishes them by sending an enemy to a oppress them.

3. They cry out to Yahweh and pray for forgiveness.

4. Yahweh sends a deliverer a judge to free them.

5. The judge conquers the enemy.

6. There is a peace for reign for some time before the cycle begins again.

True protocol of Kingdom judgment, follows these Torah guidelines. As are we to follow in judgment towards ourselves and others being careful not to fall up under the influence of a judgmental spirit. Thus making an idol of oneself. A Jezebelite for sure.  To hear this again click here.
