Unmasking the Spirit of Perception

2 Corinthians 2

We are walking in today:  Unmasking the Spirit of Perception

Teaching from the book:  Unmasking The Jezebel Spirit, by John Paul Jackson

Witness perceive throughout the Bible:  H3045 yada`to know, learn to know, to perceive and see, find out and discern
Isaiah 64:3; Matthew 13:13-15

2 Corinthians 10:12,16-18
We don’t dare class or compare ourselves with some of the people who advertise themselves. In measuring themselves against each other and comparing themselves with each other, they are simply stupid. namely, to proclaim the Good News in regions beyond you. Our hope is not to boast about the work already done by someone else. So, let anyone who wants to boast, boast about Adonai; because it is not the one who recommends himself who is worthy of approval, but the one whom the Lord recommends. -CJB

Revelations 2:18-21
“To the angel of the Messianic Community in Thyatira, write: ‘Here is the message from the Son of God, whose eyes are like a fiery flame and whose feet are like burnished brass: I know what you are doing, your love, trust, service and perseverance. And I know that you are doing more now than before. But I have this against you: you continue to tolerate that Izevel woman, the one who claims to be a prophet, but is teaching and deceiving my servants to commit sexual sin and eat food that has been sacrificed to idols. I gave her time to turn from her sin, but she doesn’t want to repent of her immorality. -CJB

Peter discouraged due to his own personal influence of denial, Yeshua before his trail and sacrifice already saw the influence in his Talmidim. As he told Peter of his own denial and knew Peter had to confront his own demonic influence. Yeshua's question opened up a room for Peter's healing to begin. Even after his denial, Yeshuah showed great love and forgiveness towards Peter's heart a choice to perceive teshuvah.

John 21:15-17
After breakfast, Yeshua said to Shim‘on Kefa, “Shim‘on Bar-Yochanan, do you love me more than these?” He replied, “Yes, Lord, you know I’m your friend.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.” A second time he said to him, “Shim‘on Bar-Yochanan, do you love me?” He replied, “Yes, Lord, you know I’m your friend.” He said to him, “Shepherd my sheep.” The third time he said to him, “Shim‘on Bar-Yochanan, are you my friend?” Shim‘on was hurt that he questioned him a third time: “Are you, my friend?” So he replied, “Lord, you know everything! You know I’m your friend!” Yeshua said to him, “Feed my sheep! -CJB

Similar, like unto Peter's perception of his guilt and every other stronghold that tried to attach themselves to his thoughts. Yeshua forgave Peter and encouraged him. A recovered Jezebelites need to be restored and encouraged as well. Provided true teshuva has been carefully observed. No sin is unforgivable except...

Mark 8:28-30
28 Yes! I tell you that people will be forgiven all sins and whatever blasphemies they utter; 29 however, someone who blasphemes against the Ruach HaKodesh never has forgiveness but is guilty of an eternal sin.” 30 For they had been saying, “He has an unclean spirit in him.”

Other than that, Yahweh forgave Peter who denied him three times. Peter forgave himself and accepted Yahweh's forgiveness. Which is important to pay notice of  this for one's own healing. Peter moved on to be a great witness for the kingdom. Healing and setting souls free from the chains and deceptions of darkness. With wisdom and great power filled with the Ruach HaKodesh. He dropped the impatient tough guy attitude and wised up to become great in the kingdom. We also can do the same, by allowing the Jezebel influence to be confronted within ourselves. This gives great room for healing and abundant life and insight for the reciprocated process. As Yahweh promised life and life more abundantly and to set the captives free--spiritually, mentally, and physically. The steps of recognizing our own inner thoughts as gateways and doors to warped perceptions of illusions stemming from by unresolved issues.

John 10:10
The thief comes only in order to steal, kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have life, life in its fullest measure. -CJB

Luke 4:18
“The Spirit of Adonai is upon me; therefore, he has anointed me to announce Good News to the poor; he has sent me to proclaim freedom for the imprisoned and renewed sight for the blind, to release those who have been crushed, - CJB

Mental strongholds are defined, a practiced way of thinking that has gone ignored and becomes automatic. While causing one's perception to become distorted into thinking their own distorted reality is true. To minister to a recovering influence Jezebelite, the unmasking of the individual's perception has to be ministered to in order for healing to occur. As we unmask the distorted view of the spirit of perception, understanding that it blinds one's view of situations and can lead the influenced thinking their perception of things as true. By recalling past negative interactions and creating a false reality in the current situation--he illusion alludes as if it was the reality prevalent.

For instance the arrogance of a parent, who is frustrated with their child during homework time. Thinking the child is just being lazy and to hyper needing to calm down. Thinking that they just won't pay attention. Due to the fact that the child needed glasses and couldn't see the homework to pay attention. The parent may have a stronghold edged in from a past childhood educational experience. That was left unchecked and subconsciously ends up trying to pass these insecurities or Jezebel strongholds on to the next generation. This reclaiming process involves seeking the revelation of the Ruach HaKodesh, self-searching of old strongholds. Seeking clarity, forgiveness and healing. Also closing the entry to this blinding influence. So that one's discernment grows to see truth from falsity.

Lacking self-esteem the wounded Jezebelites with emotional issues attach themselves to leadership. Due to abandonment issues, verbal abuse, being unloved, and the like.  People under this influence, tends to perceive a longing, to merge or be enmeshed to others. Detesting being alone for the atmosphere of having to face one's self and thoughts is torture. Continuing in masking unresolved issues that linger and lay dormant inside. With the illusion, that man's approval will fill the void, from loneliness, rejection and low self-worth that lays dormant. Whenever situations of similar characteristic traits arise or occurs in a person that has emotional dependency traits, leaders must recognize. People like this are parasitic and will suck anything of substance from you. Yahweh has to become the all and everything in one's life. For He is the great I Am that I Am.

Exodus 3:14
God said to Moshe, “Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh [I am/will be what I am/will be],” and added, “Here is what to say to the people of Isra’el: ‘Ehyeh [I Am or I Will Be] has sent me to you.- CJB

One may have had a drill sergeant for a parent. Or an overbearing grade school teacher. A neighborhood bully that teased and called you stupid because they thought you were better than them. From these scenarios you never learned anything growing up. Every opportunity to make a decision became uncomfortable and burdensome. Everything is pretty much hard for you to the decide what to do from there forth. Those are just a few scenarios that are building blocks for tearing down confidence and the fruits of Yahweh's Spirit that bring clarity and truth. Yet the word of Yahweh says we have a sound mind. Not one of indecisiveness. That would be a scar that needs to be faced and healed.

Listing these categories and paying attention to the Jezebelite in recovery. Yahweh promises us to create in us a clean heart (mind) and renew the right spirit in us. In order for us to see His kingdom principles in operation. Sin has a way of blinding you while the orah- H219 means light. Torah is the light, teaching and instructions of life.  The life ordained for us from the beginning and more abundant life. Correcting the errors life has made us believe by force. Yahweh is healing us! Circumcising our hearts,  minds and thoughts. To line up in His image and likeness. I pray that our view on life would be as the Hebraic tradition's view. To see not one piece of the puzzle, but the whole puzzle. Think of the big picture and the journey starts with oneself.  To hear this again click here.
