We are walking in today:  Put On The Whole Armor--Check Your Armor!

Psalm 51 1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. 3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. 4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. 5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. 6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. 7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. 9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. 10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. 11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. 14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. 15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise. 16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. 17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. 18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem. 19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Colossians 3:1-17 1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. 5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: 7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. 8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. 12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
Ephesians 6:10-18 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

This morning we welcome Deacon Troy to deliver what God has placed on his heart.  We thank him for his obedience to what God has given him to do!  Amen.  We must have on the whole armor of  God!  The enemy is coming at us from many directions, we must be on guard and have up our shield of faith and look to increase it to protect a larger area.  We must check our armor to see that it is ready to go.  Are you in the word of God so that your sword of the Spirit is a sword and not a dagger?  Once you are done with your inspection of your armor--make sure you put it on.  That is how you are able to fight against the spirits, powers and principalities.  So that you can stand, remaining in constant prayer in the power of the spirit.  We must be in prayer, especially for others, keep praying!  For all those from Testimony Tuesday, we must look over our armor.  See to it that it is functioning and fitting properly.  We must each understand what each piece is to do--belt of truth, speak the truth--the word of God.  You have got to know that you know that you know!  The breastplate of righteousness, doing right according to God's word.  Have your feet prepared with the gospel of peace, let those who need to hear the good news! Jesus is coming and He will save you, we have got to believe and walk in faith!  Have our shield of faith, they used to be made out of wood and then metal, we have to continue to build our faith.  Don't let satan get darts through!  Don't let him knock you down!  Bind him and rebuke him in the name of Jesus!  We are to  pray that relentlessly!  If there is a chink in the armor, search and find it.  This is not a simple war, this is a permanent war.  The outcome determines your permanent position--once judgement is passed there is no calling out to Jesus pull me out of hell.    Edify yourself with the word, know it from Genesis to Revelation and Revelation to Genesis--that is your sword.  A blade has to be very sharp--Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  Once you have confirmed, fiveamprayer, that the armor is in order put it on and keep pressing against the attacks and devices of the enemy!  We must band together in the body of Christ!  You began basic training when you first came to Christ, being feed the milk of the word.  Now we have to get into our advanced individual training!  God is not the author of confusion, He is the God of peace and order!  1 Corinthians 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order. We have to know that, it is satan who wants to attack and throw things at us.  We battle not against flesh and blood!  When we come together as one with Jesus leading us there is  no weapon can come against us!  Amen!  365 Pocket Prayers  (Prayer of Faith and Prayer of Spiritual Warfare)  To hear this again click here.

We must sharpen our tools, it is time to get into the Bible and realize who God is!  He spoke words out of His mouth and created this whole world!  Whatever He speaks comes into existence!  Abraham is the father of faith he moved into position, trusting and believing God!   We have to be reminded who our Father is and what He has done in the lives of Abraham, Sarah, Moses, and Joshua for example.  We have to sharpen out tools!  The enemy is a roaming lion who is seeking who he may devour.  We can't go out half way, with some of our armor on!  Our weapons are not carnal  We must read Ephesians 6:10-18 daily--we are fighting this devil day after day.  Let us suit up and walk according to what God has given us to do!  Faith is a process!  God is keeping us here in faith until we really get it!  Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God!   Without faith it is impossible to please God!  Let us walk with God like Enoch, he just walked with God right into glory!  We got to be so close to Him, that our ears are sensitive to His voice.  John 10:4-5 4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. We are to be still and know He is God!  You will not have to fight, set yourself, see the salvation of the Lord who is with you!  It all comes by faith!  What we need, by faith!  In every step we take, by faith!  This is a faith fight--it is all by our faith!  God is taking us from faith to faith and glory to glory,  He will get the glory by our faith!  We trust and believe God by our faith.  Do you believe it?  Then you shall receive it!  Mountains, be removed it!  It is by our faith.  We can tell the mountains to move out the way--we can ask for impossible and expect the unexpected!  Fiveamprayer, come this far by faith!  It was nothing but our faith, and trusting in His holy word, He has never failed us!  He is faithful and compassionate!  2 Timothy 2:13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.  Thank You God for reminding us to suit up for battle, we are in a spiritual war.  Fiveamprayer, don't let the devil catch you off guard!  We must constantly watch and pray!  The enemy is trying to take you out, and sift you as wheat.  The enemy comes to sift your mind, with doubt and fear.  Do you have on the helmet of salvation?  Did you pray before you left out this morning?  The devil is still a liar, rebuke him in the name of Jesus!  The enemy is a defeated foe and is already under our feet!!  We  and we cast down every imagination--casting down doubt, fear and unbelief!  We loose the power of God and His Spirit.  We bind up doubt, fear and unbelief.  We loose power, love and a sound mind!  Thank You God, for telling us to get ready to go out swinging our sword and to be suited up for battle!  Check the armor.  It is time to sharpen your sword!  When was that last time that was done.  Thank You God for sending Deacon Troy with this word this morning!  We pray that You would pour back into him for his time and preparation for what he has poured out on the line.  Thank you, Deacon Troy for coming to be the iron that sharpens iron!  We must check our armor and suited up everyday.  Do you think that trained soldiers go out to the battlefield without checking that all of their gear and weapons are fully functioning?  Who would run out to the battle without the necessary tools and equipment?  A gun but,no bullets?  Having on only socks, but no boots?  No of course not!  Why would we got out without our equipment and tools?  Are you trusting God or leaning to your own understanding?  God tells us in His word, Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  The soldiers follow their commander trusting that the commander knows and has the best plan.  Why would you doubt God's plan?  He is our commander in this war--the Lord of Hosts some translations say He is the (CBE) Lord of heavenly forces, (CEV) Lord All-Powerful, (GW) Lord of Armies, (MSG) God-of-the-Angel-Armies.  So this lets us know God is mighty in battle and ready to fight, that He has conquered and won many battles! Zechariah 1:3 Therefore say thou unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.  We lift up fiveamprayer this morning, they are suiting up and putting on the whole armor if God!  We are strapping up our shoes of the gospel of peace and taking up our sword in, battlefield position on our knees.  We are stand still, knowing that You are fighting our battle.  Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.  We are walking in the enemy's camp covered in the blood--that is our camouflage there is still power in the blood!  We are more than overcomers, we are a force to be reckoned with!  We are a child of the most high God! Thank You Lord that there is no weapon formed that can prosper against us!  Thank You Lord and we lift up fiveamprayer to You, You, Lord know what they stand in the need of!  We must suit up and sharpen our sword, get in the book know His word!  We lift up prayer requests those known and unknown, this is a war cry and we are waging war against the devil!  Hallelujah God!  We repent for not having our armor on.  How are we gonna wage war without the armor?!  Lord,  be my sword be my shield.  I am tired of the enemy messing with me.  I am waging war!  I am a force to be reckoned with!  Thank You for forgiving us with no condemnation, it is cast into sea remembered no more.  Thank You for teaching us how to pray.  Thank You God for giving us a place to come to early in the morning.  Thank You God!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  We come this far by faith!

Welcome to the overflow...
Today is January 30 2013--we have come this far by faith!  Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of the Lord!  The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want!  Lord, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.  I will stand on the promises of God.  Having done all to stand, stand therefore!  Thank You God for Your grace and Your mercy.  Taste and see that the Lord is good!  We have to know that we will not have to fight in this battle, see the salvation of the lord with you, fiveamprayer!  2 Chronicles 20:17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you.  Armor up fiveamprayer, the Lord is with you!   Thank You God!  Thank You Holy Spirit for reminding us to suit up, so that we can stand in the evil day.  Stand, stand, stand some more!  Check the sword, check the breastplate, put on the helmet.  Thank You for Testimony Tuesday, we should be reading Ephesians 6 daily, we are fighting for our marriages, children and souls.  Take your battlefield position on your knees.  Thank You God, it is war time.  We will never surrender to you, devil!  We will never wave our white flag, devil!  We are soldiers in the army of the Lord.  The enemy is already defeated and under my feet,  I have dominion and authority!  I will never give up on God, nor turn around! Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? No never!  We are coming into the enemies camp to get all that has been taken from us-- our minds, joy and peace.  I am reaping the harvest the God promised me!  I shall never wave my flag, I shall pursue and without fail recover all!  God gave us spiritual weapons of mass destruction a long time ago and we are not suiting up for battle?!  We can speak life or death in our tongues.  We can say the name Jesus, demons tremble.  Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. Philippians 2:10-11 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.   There is no other name like His name!  The demons scatter at the saying of His, name Jesus!  Darkness can not stay in the presence of His name, Jesus!  Call on His name!  I will never wave my flag--in marriage, children, nor finances all going crazy, I will not give up!  I am constant in prayer, not anxious for anything!  I know that He is a  rewarder to those that diligently seek Him!  Wait on Him it will come to pass wait, His word will not return void!  Hallelujah God!  Thou He slay me yet will I trust Him.  The devil wants you to give up, he is a liar, there is no going back--the only way is God's way!  Don't give up!  Don't you wave your flag, tell the devil that you will stand.  Turn it over to God and stand.  We are not leaning to our own understanding, we are to acknowledge  Him in all of our ways and He directs your path!  I'll never wave my flag.  This is war time.  We are a force to be reckoned with!  This is the end times, it is war time!  Suit yourself up for battle and take your position and tell the devil, if God be for me who can stand against me?  When doubt and unbelief rise up, speak back to it God's word!  God is for me, you can't stop me!  He took the keys and took captivity captive and the gates of hell not prevail against the church!  I am the church.  You are not wrapped in bondage, Jesus holds captivity captive!  Look at the God that we serve!  He is the Lord God mighty in battle.  He speaks a word and it is done!  That is the how He made us, fear was not in our DNA!  I am fearfully and wonderfully made!  Wow God!   He keeps reminding us who we are, suit up for battle.  You are a force to be reckoned with!  Suit up for battle.  Come on!  We have to have our minds transformed, we need a new mindset.  We are not defeated!   It is the devil who is defeated!   It isn't over until God says!  Don't get tired, keep swinging!  Keep telling the devil he is a liar--in my finances, my marriage with my children you are still a liar!   The stuff you thought you had taken, I am coming for it!  God has made us better, stronger and wiser. So all of that stuff that I let you have in the past, these old tricks will not trip me up this time!  I am suited up now!  Thank you Deacon Troy for this word.  Let us no longer fight him in the flesh nor by our power or might.  We fight by the the Spirit of the Lord!  Our weapons are not carnal!  We crucify the flesh!  It is by His Spirit!  Not our will, Thy will be done--we are not carnal we are spirit!  It is by His Spirit!  There is war going on in the atmosphere and we are winning!  Lord rise up let my enemies be scattered 1,000 at my left and 10,000 at my right but none come nigh me.  Be suited up for battle!  We are a  force to be reckoned with!  Are you ready to fight now!?  Take your battlefield position.  Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord with you.  Thank You God.  I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me!  Greater is He that is in me, than he that is within this world.  Thank You for giving us the answer, the armor when we cried out yesterday that we are in doubt and fear.  Suit yourself up for battle, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord with you!.  Thank You God.  We cried out help our unbelief--suite up for battle fiveamprayer!  Thank You lord.  You are not covered--that is how the enemy comes in.  You have to cover yourself with the word of God!  Be wrapped in the blood from the book of Mark, Luke and John.  The devil is coming in because you are not praying.  The adversary is seeking whom he may devour.  Cover yourself, fiveamprayer!  You gotta put it on--because if you didn't have to put it on God would not tell you to put it on!  It is not automatic, He says the whole armor, not some.  Put it on!  We must not forget that we have to put it on.  Watch as well as pray!  We wrestle not against flesh and blood--we have to put on the whole armor!  Thank You God for Your word!  We can stand now because we got the armor on!  Having our shield of faith, we can quench the fiery darts--we got to have the armor on!  Thank You Jesus!  Thank You Lord!   Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. The word wrestle in the Greek means to vibrate, shake.  Wrestling is a contest between two in which each endeavors to throw the other down and is decided when the victor is able to hold down the other with a hand upon the neck.  Joshua 10:23-25 23 And they did so, and brought forth those five kings unto him out of the cave, the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon. 24 And it came to pass, when they brought out those kings unto Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said unto the captains of the men of war which went with him, Come near, put your feet upon the necks of these kings. And they came near, and put their feet upon the necks of them. 25 And Joshua said unto them, Fear not, nor be dismayed, be strong and of good courage: for thus shall the Lord do to all your enemies against whom ye fight.  Fiveamprayer we have to trust and believe that the Lord indeed is truly with us!  We are winning this battle because God is fighting it and He never looses!  I like the image of victory from Joshua placing your foot on the neck of your enemy!  That is why we must not allow the enemy to get us alone without our armor.  One of the purposes of fear is to keep you quiet and unable to move.  No more of the enemy grabbing us by the neck.  The devil does not want us to speak God's word or the name that is above every name!  JESUS!  We have to stay armored up to remain in the victory that God has already won for us!  So go out against him, fear not nor be dismayed the Lord is with you, fiveamprayer!  Put on the armor and keep it in fighting condition!  Amen!
