We Are The Remnant

We are walking in today:  We Are The Remnant

Isaiah 1:9  Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.  The word remnant is defined as a small part that which is left.  It means here that God has spared a portion of the nation so that they were not entirely overthrown.  Today we celebrate Martin Luther King jr's birthday. We know him to be a remnant of the 1960's.  He was truly a man of God.  God always has a small group of people that will fight--no matter what!  They were willing to die for what they believed in.  When we look at the word in verse 9, except--it is owning entirely to the mercy of God that we are not like Sodom--the prophet traces this not to the goodness of the nation, not to any power or merit of their own but solely to the mercy of God.  God is called Yahweh of hosts because He is at the head of all of the armies.  As their Leader and Commander, He marshals and directs them.  Fiveamprayer has been given spiritual weapons of mass destruction.  God told us to pursue and take over!  Now we are a force to be reckoned with!  We are the definition of remnant!  The remnant according to the election of grace.  The little rock, the few that enter into the straight gate and are saved.  Or the few that believed in Christ to whom they were given and to whom they were preserved in redemption by Him.  That they might be a peculiar people, in providence until called and which the Lord watched over them--to do them good.  And waited to be gracious to them and saved them to be called in an effectual calling in which He separated them from the rest of the world and kept them by His power by faith into salvation.  This was done unto us!  For the sake of His church, that they might continue and He might have a seed to save them.  Even in Israel's darkest and dire hour--God promised to preserve and protect a remnant.  Even through Israel had brought punishment and disaster upon itself , God was not willing to let them be utterly destroyed.  Look at Martin Luther King jr's time and then look at today.  We are the remnant.  Isaiah 4:2-6 2 In that day shall the branch of the Lord be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. 3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem: 4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning. 5 And the Lord will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.6 And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the day time from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain.
I don't know about you but I am excited that we are the remnant!  No matter what we see or faced with, keep standing on His word and seeking His face.  Pick up your sword and start swinging! We are the remnant, many are called, few are chosen.  He is calling us to a new dimension in Him!  He is our anchor for our souls.  He came to let us know that fiveamprayer is chosen, we are the remnant!  They can call on God and stand on His name!  We have to abide in His word.  That we would pray without ceasing!  That there is nothing that can come against us, no matter what is breaking off in your life!  This is a battle, get up and fight this devil!  Stand on God's word!  We are the remnant!  We are chosen to get up early seeking His face!  Get this in your spirit and your soul!  The devil knows who you are, he has peaked into your future.  This battle we don't have to fight, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord with you!  We are standing on holy ground, new Jerusalem, heaven on earth!  There has been a shift on this line.  We are a force to be reckoned with!  That is why we can ask for the unexpected by faith!  We know that the devil is a liar!  We must walk in our spirit man, following the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.  God is lining up His army.  The time is now, we are more than victorious!  We are more than overcomers!  We are the remnant.  In Martin Luther King jr's day he had to hold on to what God told him--we shall overcome!  We have been to the mountain top, He has shown us His glory!  We are still fighting and standing on His promises!  God is able--keep seeking Him!  He is the same yesterday, today and forever more!  God did it for Martin Luther King jr, He will do it for us!  All it takes is 2 or 3--Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.  Deuteronomy 32:30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?  We are the remnant!  Hallelujah!    We are still singing those spiritual hymns, How I Got Over and We Shall Overcome.  We get to see the manifestation of the words spoken by Martin Luther King jr.  God has preserved us for this season.  The devil is trying  to steal your identity.  The devil is still a liar--this is your time and season!  You have got to know for yourself!  Make your abode in Him!  We must be prepared, suited up with the whole armor of God!  Don't go out halfway prepared!  Our weapons are not carnal, they are spiritual and are mighty to the pulling down of strongholds!  2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.  God has chosen fiveamprayer to be a remnant to pray for America--that she would turn from her wicked ways, humble herself and seek His face!  We are to pray constantly. The remnant know who they are and who's they are!  Get prepared  and suited up in the whole armor of God, that we are totally surrounded by the presence of God!  That we would speak His word, because the power of life and death is in our tongues!  You tell us that we have not because we ask not!  We ask for more anointing, more of His Spirit and power!  We can stand on His word!  The same word that shall not be reversed or come back void!  His word will do exactly what He sent it to do!  God has chosen a few good men and women!  Stay on the battlefield in prayer, seeking His face!  Aren't you glad about it?!  This is the year 2013 the year of revelation and manifestation--the year of the antichrist.  We must be ready at all times!  Be ready and suited up for battle!  We must be in our battlefield positions, on our knees!  God was with Martin Luther King jr and He is with us too!  We shall overcome!  We are going to the mountain top!  Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.  The devil is a deceiver, we have to know the word of God for ourselves!  There will be many false prophets that are coming, be not deceived!  We are the remnant!  Be prepared for battle by the word of God!  His presence is resting on us, we were preserved for Him and by Him for this season!  Thank You for Your protection and for choosing us.  We could have been taken out like Sodom and Gomorrah.  He sets some aside because of their obedience.  We know that obedience is better than sacrifice.  That we would get up early, seeking Him.  It starts off as a sacrifice and then becomes obedience because you want to hear a word from God.  He has prepared you, Holy Ghost fire has fallen on the line!  He is pouring out His Spirit  on this line!  Thank You for that Lord!  We got to remember what He has brought us from!  That we have have been bought out of our darkest hour to walk into liberty, healing and reward for diligently seeking Him!  Look at how far He has brought you!  Isaiah 64:4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.  God will pour out blessings on us that there will not be room enough to receive!  In Noah's time, God had a remnant, in Noah's family.  He chooses who He will!  We have been chosen by God!  Keep fighting the good fight!  Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.  Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.  Gird up yourselves, fiveamprayer to be able to stand, we are the remnant!  Hallelujah God!  No weapon that is formed against us!  Hallelujah!  We serve notice on the devil, we bind and rebuke him in the name of Jesus!  We are a force to be reckoned with!  Thank You Lord!  Martin Luther King jr, had a dream!  God is telling us--Habakkuk 2:3 (CEV) At the time I have decided, my words will come true. You can trust what I say about the future. It may take a long time, but keep on waiting—it will happen!  You have to know that you are chosen by God!  We are the remnant!  God comes to reveal who we are and the purpose for this line.  Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  We must seek, knock and ask--that we may find, have opened and receive! Thank You for this place, we know that You are a very present help in a time of trouble. You come on this line and feed our souls with daily bread, that we could be filled to the overflow of Your word. We lift up prayer requests that all that we ask is already covered, it is already done! We are His chosen people! We must keep seeking Him, laying aside our will saying nevertheless, Thy will be done! Forgive us Lord, cast our sins into the sea that they would be remembered no more! Thank You God for teaching us to forgive others that we too are forgiven. As we remember all that Martin Luther King jr did, he was a man that was seeking You. Help us, just as the enemy was sending attacks against him, the enemy also sends attacks against us. Help us to be people who will fight and stand on Your word! That we would be a people who keep getting up and suiting up in the whole armor of God. Let us be still and see the salvation of the Lord with us! Help us God to reach a dying world, that You would save and deliver. Let us go forth sharing the good news, that we can exclaim. "let me tell you about a man named Jesus! He who was crucified and died, and then rose three days later with all power of heaven and earth in His hands!"  Thank You Lord for using us!  See this in the spiritual!  He is guiding and leading us according to His word.  We are the salt of the earth!  All that we speak, let it be seasoned with God's word.  Thank You for revealing who we are!  We walk by faith and not by sight!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  We are the remnant!
Welcome to the overflow...
Thank You Lord for a chosen, peculiar people who stay on our knees and fight no matter what!  Thank You God for this day!  That is why the enemy is pressing us so hard, against us.  The enemy's time is limited.  God has a few who will pray without ceasing!  A few people who will fast and pray.  A chosen people who will get up early and give God the glory!  This battle is not ours, it is the Lord's!  He has got a few people, a remnant--we are a force to be reckoned with!  We are shielded by His Spirit!  Don't fold under the attacks of the enemy--you have got to know who you are in Christ!  Thank You for, Martin Luther King jr, Malcom X, Coretta Scott King, and Rosa Parks, had they stopped--where would we be?  Thank You for brand new mercies that we can get up to fight another day!  Don't stop now--keep on pressing!  The victory is right in front of you!  If you don't keep pressing in, you won't see it!  Wait for Him--don't give up and don't stop.  All of the impossibilities, made possible by God.  Thank You Lord!  We shall overcome!  Look at what we have already overcome!  Look at that, the devil is already defeated!  To receive all that God has promised, we will have to walk through the valley of the shadow of death.  Keep walking, fiveamprayer--fear no evil!  For our God is with us!  We are more than overcomers!  I Am the remnant!  We walk by faith and not by sight!  Stop looking at this in the natural, look at this in the spirit!  He chose you--many are called but, a few are chosen.  They don't stop, they stay on the battlefield.  They keep pressing in, pressing their way through!  They know God for themselves and have a relationship with Him!  We celebrate today, Martin Luther King jr who was a remnant in his time.  We are the remnant in our time.  We shall overcome!  God took today to tell us who we are, and gave us Martin Luther King jr as an example.  We are the remnant!  Be suited up for battle and seek His face like never before!  Thank You God!  To listen to this call again, click here.
