We are walking in today: Men Of Torah Day--Men, The Key To Your Heart Is, A Having A Heart Like King David!!!
Witness David's heart throughout the Bible: H1732 דָּוִד Dâvid same as H1730; loving; "beloved" youngest son of Jesse and first king of Israel
H3824 lebab inner man, mind, will, heart, soul, understanding, inner part, midst (of things), heart (of man), soul, heart (of man), mind, knowledge, thinking, reflection, memory, inclination, resolution, determination (of will), conscience, heart (of moral character), as seat of appetites, as seat of emotions and passions, as seat of courage
1 Samuel 17:32; 1 Kings 14:7-9; 1 Chronicles 28:2; Acts 13:22;
Zachariah 8:23
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
There is a specific reason why we keep touching on the life of one of my favorite biblical characters David. Yahweh is not moving us from this man who was labeled a man after Yahweh's own heart. And likened unto Yeshua himself.
A man of War:
1 Chronicles 28:3
But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood
A man of adultery and murder, a thief 2 Samuel 11. A bandit--yet somehow we see that Yahweh, called David a man after His own heart.
1 Samuel 13:14
But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.
Why would Yahweh call David a man after His own heart? What kind of condition was David's heart to be placed with this defining description in scripture? David loved the word of Yahweh, as witnessed throughout the Psalms. Constantly David repented (teshuva) turned from his sins immediately--when confronted with his disobedience. Yahweh honored David's repenting heart. David refused to have a double mind prone to sin.. for out of the heart's comes all manners of evil.
Revelation 3:7
And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth
Matthew 16:19
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Acts 13:22
And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
David was raised and matured in his wilderness experience--because he submitted to the process of transformation and repentance. Loved every bit of his word, Yahweh said I will raise David up.
What are the keys that open doors and no man shut? Yeshua says that this key points to David, as mentioned in Psalms 119 several times that the word of Yahweh is his love. His delight. Standing on every word for it was more important than his life! The Torah was His delight, for it is Yahweh's teaching and instruction. David possessed the keys of the kingdom--also, these same keys the disciples were given by the promise of Yeshua. Yeshua possessed the keys of David as well. Apparently these keys are a big deal to Yahweh--so the keys that we keep mentioning is that the precepts in the Torah. The life giving word and instruction of Yahweh, the Torah itself!
The Bible is the Word of God, the last book in the Bible must be important in revealing the complete plan of God. Indeed, it is! The book of Revelation is the Revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave to show His servants of things to come (Revelation 1:1). If the last book of the Bible is important, then the last chapter in the Bible must be important also. If the last chapter of the last book of the Bible is important then the last few verses must be important. The last few verses of the book of Revelation speak of the desire for the second coming of Jesus and the desire that the Bride of Christ would be married unto Him. In Revelation 22:16, Jesus speaks His final words to the churches as it is written
"I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning Star." So what's really the star of David?? Yes, Get out of Here!!!!
Yeshua
To know that when mentioning and comparing David with Yeshua. In the passage of Revelations 22 The messengers speaking to the church. Where the church is proclaimed as the bride of Christ. In the book of the songs of Solomon 6 and 3, it is written I am my beloved and my beloved is mine.
Strongs Hebrew #1732 David- beloved one,son of Jesse
So the beloved one is the bride of Christ.
Songs of Solomon 6:3
3 I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies.
Revelation 22:16-17
16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
The Bride of Christ holds the keys to the kingdom. Has the keys of David. Has a love for the Torah just as the man after Yahweh's own heart.
There comes a point when we put away the rudimentary things of this world. Arguing over doctrines proving who is right and wrong. When the truth will stand and reveal itself..Study and I pray that the spirit of truth will reveal to you that the keys of David are the love of Yahweh's indebted immersion in his Torah. Where the mysteries are revealed throughout the entire scriptures. The heart of man needs healing and not words proving intellect. Yet the love of God's word should be the truth and only truth you seek. I'm not where I was years ago. Made many many many mistakes. But humbled that Yahweh would open my view to his insight on how to use His keys to the kingdom. I pray the love of His word would flood your pursuit in not just God for his word is Him Echad!!! Barukh Attah Adoni!!!
There is so much more meat to this lesson that cannot be conveyed yet. Dail in sacrifice a few hours of your morning and Walk with GOD in the cool of the day receive fresh manna. Let's seek SO MUCH MORE OF THE HEART LIKE DAVID
