Our Shortcomings, Are Opportunities For God!

We are walking in today:  Our Shortcomings, Are Opportunities For God!

Philippians 4:13  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.  Have you ever put on a false face or put on airs, before?  Now before you get your dander up--you are not the only one who has done this.  Take a look at the news, there are many who have been caught:  perpetuating a fraud.  It is tiring, isn't it?   There is nothing wrong with putting your best foot forward, just make sure that it is your foot that you are using!!  When the people you want to impress leave, you give a sigh of relief, and go back to being yourself.  The truth is that it is not really living at all when you hide who you are--no one gets to know the real you.  Society says to hide who you are, if it contradicts with what the world thinks is normal--what the world does not think is acceptable.  John 17:16-17 16) They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.  17) Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.  To God we are all lights, waiting to be illuminated in the world.  The apostle Paul had a thorn in his flesh, it is believed that it was a weakness or sin that he struggled with.  He asked God for it to be take away, so he could be free.  God did not, instead  He worked through Pauls' weakness to show His glory.  So that the process of purging us of a weakness like that, is where God transforms us.  He uses our transformation to show others that He can change anyone!!  Thank You Lord!!  In the end we are free of our bad habits and others blessed by what you have gone through.  Once you are free through Christ--you have conquered your weakness!!  Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.  Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.  Do you feel that in this season you keep coming up short?  No matter how close you get, you keep coming up short?   Shortcomings are opportunities for God in your finances--to show you that He is the provider!!  Shortcomings on your job, show you that it is God that, provides for all of your needs according to His riches in glory!  Yeah and Amen! 
This weekend someone kept saying keep saying, 'that no matter what, I keep coming up short!'  God said to tell them, "this is MY opportunity to bless them like never before!!"  Tell them, "this is their opportunity to stand on the word of abundance!!"   This is God's opportunity to bless them, as His word says--Deuteronomy 28:3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field.  Fiveamprayer, shortcomings are opportunities for God to show up in your life like never before!  It is God that opens a door that no man can shut and shut a door that no man can open.  Shortcomings are opportunities for God!  It is the Lord that makes a way out of no way!  That shortcoming is an opportunity to show us His grace, mercy and favor!  This is a chance for God to show us His glory, showing up right on time in our shortcomings!  These backdrops show us who God is, Provider, loving Father, a defender.  He told us last week, this is the way, now walk in it.  This is a God opportunity, He will show up and bless us like never before!!  He is the way maker, when there is no other way.  For those who have lost a job, this situation is teaching you that God is the provider, not the money.  Psalm 23:1  The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.  So that situation that looks like a shortcoming is just a opportunity for God to let you know that He is your Shepherd and you shall not want!  Let go of the devil's lie of lack!!  Psalm 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.  So since God owns and created everything, how can there be any lack?!  We are His beloved children and He cares for us so!  1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.  Fiveamprayer, have no doubts about that tough situation that you are looking at, God will show up and let you know who He is!  We must keep walking as God directs us!  He has given us His word to never leave nor forsake us!  He strengthens us day by day, and His grace is sufficient, even for our shortcomings.  He is the Alpha and the Omega, He knows the beginning from the end and the end from the beginning.  Thank You Emmanuel, thank You Omnipotent One!  That shortcoming is the perfect place for God to show up mighty in our lives!  So many of us are asking God for a miracle.  Watch Him show up in that shortcoming!  This is an opportunity for God to show you who He is!  With everything that you are going through, we can count it all joy, find that,  the joy of the Lord is our strength!  The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy--he knows that we are at the edge of our breakthrough.  Continue to stand on God's word, He will bless us--keep seeking His face.  God is the way out of no way!  Hold on to His unchanging hand!!  His grace and mercy will show up because your shortcoming, is an opportunity!  This is all to teach us that God is in control, not anything else.  Look around many of the things that we were trusting in are crumbling or beginning to crumble--the stock market, banks and big business--who can set things back in order?  Who is the Creator and Author?  Stop looking to the things that are of no help, that have no power.  Without God we are lost!  Look to Him who is in control and well able to deliver us out in victory, head lifted and standing upright!  2 Chronicles 20:17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.  So fiveamprayer, be not dismayed nor in fear!  The Lord is with us!  We must set ourselves and stand on His word, unmoveable and see His salvation!!    He has already worked it all out!!  We must be in our battlefield position, on our knees!  To God be the glory!  He is Alpha and Omega--hold on to His word!  God came to give us life more abundantly!  Psalm 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.  Our shortcomings are God's opportunity to bless us!  We lift up fiveamprayer, have them to look at shortcomings with new eyes this morning, let them look for You in that situation.  2 Samuel 22:31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.  He is our way out of no way!  We lift up prayer requests those known and unknown, have them to stand on Your word, Lord and not waiver.  We come asking for Your forgiveness, Lord for seeking other places for an answer.  Teach us how to forgive like You, Lord that we forgive others.  If we don't forgive, we are not forgiven by You.  We thank You, Lord!  We love You, Lord!  We are holding on to Your word!  Somethings come by prayer and fasting.  Heaven and Earth shall pass away but His word will last forever!  Hold on to the eternal word from the Lord!


We seal this prayer in His precious blood: 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Welcome to the overflow...Shortcomings are an opportunity for God to show up mighty in your life!  Keep trusting Him--the best is yet to come!  He has already made a way out for you!  The enemy knows that your are just one more step away from your breakthrough.  The devil is looking for your give up--let him down and continue to stand firm on God's word!!  2 Corinthians 3:17  Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.  Fiveamprayer, do not be blinded by the ways of the world, hold on to His word and His ways, they are truth and life!  Can't nobody do this but God!!  Don't walk in the devil's lie of lack, we serve the God of abundance!  He is pouring out a blessing on us that there will not be room enough to receive!  God told us January 1 that this is our year of abundance--keep holding on!  The God that we serve can turn nothing into something!!  Water into wine, a child's lunch into a meal for 5,000+, blinded eyes were made to see, called Lazarus forth from the grave.  It is not over, until God says it is over!!!  Give up has to no longer be an option!!  Hold to the word!  Stand on the word!!  All throughout the Bible, you will find all that God did for the children of Israel.  Certainly He can change your circumstances and situations!!  Jeremiah 32:17 Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee.  Fiveamprayer, that should be our response to those shortcomings!  Look to God and see: the solution, the way out, peace, mercy and favor!  Ask Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and so many others from Genesis to Revelation, how God brought them out!!  Keep holding on, we serve the same God!  Thank You Lord!  Walk in this word today, fiveamprayer!!  Take some time to read the scriptures for yourself.  Have a blessed day and visit us on facebook.  Remember, that shortcomings are opportunity for God.
