Possession Of Jesus Christ.

We are walking in today:  Possession Of Jesus Christ.

We know that Jesus did not know of His Revelation while He walked this earth.  (Revelation 1:1)  We know there is no need to fear this book as it simply reveals the Savior in His glory, dominion and power.  The gospel reveals the walk of Jesus Christ as a lowly humble servant with the ability to call legions of angels but sacrificed as a form of His love to us.  We know the promise of His return with all power in His hand.  We know what the seven spirits before God’s throne are:  Spirit of the Lord, wisdom, understanding, counsel, knowledge, power and the fear of the Lord.  We know the seven lampstands represent the 7 churches.  We know the location of the churches that were originally addressed, are located in our modern day Turkey.  We know the seven stars are the pastors or messengers of the churches.  The Possession of Jesus Christ:  the church (He stands in the midst of the lamp stand).  In Chapters 2 and 3, Jesus gives word to His churches, the possession of Jesus Christ.  The church, which is His body, which He loves and gave to Himself for and the believers in it which the Father gave to Him.  Jesus thanked the Lord for them, in John 17.  Up to chapter 4 of Revelation, the Great white throne judgment--the church is not mentioned onetime.  We commonly ask where is the church.  Well, where was it when John saw it in His vision?   It is His possession, and it resides with Him.  I am coming back for a church without spot or blemish.  These seven letters have a threefold message of interpretation and application to receive  1) contemporary meaning-direct message to the local churches of John's day.  There is a message that is obvious when you see the ruins of those churches.  John was writing letters to the churches--he knew the local condition.  2) The composite:  each one is a composite picture of the church.  That means that there is something that is applicable to all churches, in all ages, in each message to each individual church.  You can get a message for yourself and your church personally.  3) The chronological:  Here you are giving the panoramic history of the church from the upper room to the upper air.  The church of Ephesus the apostolic church--the church at its best.  Then there is the church of Laodicea, represents the apostate church, this one has almost been fulfilled.  Now the Lord will follow a definite  pattern of addressing His church.  This is why it is such an easy book to understand.  Because it is here you will find the best lay out and order to follow.  Having a definite format used in each one of the letters to the churches.  The glory of the Lord is addressed in each letter, revealing the glorified Christ.  The letter is addressed to the angel of the church, begins by stating to each He knows thy works.  He gives a comment of commendation and then a word of condemnation. 

Hallelujah!  Thank You God!!  I am an overcomer!  Overcome defined in the Hebrew from Numbers 13:30--to prevail, overcome, endure, have power, be able, to gain or accomplish, be able to endure, be able to reach; to prevail, prevail over or against, overcome, be victor; to have ability, have strength.  In the Greek, from Revelation 2:7--to conquer, to carry off the victory, come off victorious; of Christ, victorious over all His foes; of Christians, that hold fast their faith even unto death against the power of their foes, and temptations and persecutions; when one is arraigned or goes to law, to win the case, maintain one's cause.  We have learned that Christ is the Lawmaker, on yesterday.  We must have a position of Job in chapter 13 verse 15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him. We are more than overcomers!!  We are more than conquerors!  Because of who the Father is, we come to give You glory and honor.  We continue to sit at Your feet.  You have lead us to overcome in 2011.  We don't care what the world is saying about a recession or depression--we are not of this world!!  We have got a revelation of who Christ is!  We don't care what the enemy would bring against us, we shall overcome--in our finances, in our marriages, and families.  We are pressed on every side, but we know who has the power and is able to deliver us out, in victory!!  We are overcomers because of our Father!  Oh what a sacrifice to press into that secret place, to stand and continue to stand on His word!!  NO FEAR, fiveamprayer--we shall overcome, our Father said so!  We know that every word that God speaks will come to pass.  Will you line up with His true, unfailing, eternal word?!  Will we fail, by not following where He is leading us?!  The joy of the Lord is our strength!  We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the words of our testimony!  Our God is more than able!  All things are working together for our good!  We are coming out and crossing over, into our promised land!!  The Lord is making us better, wiser and stronger!  Continue to study, read, rehearse, meditate on His word!  It is life, peace, answers, comfort, encouragement--everything that you need!  We have to really come to know these scriptures in our life!  Greater is He that is in me, than he that in in this world!  Be transformed by the renewing of your mind!  Fiveamprayer, we overcome because of the Lord!  Hold on, don't back down, don't turn around.  You may bend but you won't break.  Sit at the feet of Jesus--choose the good part, it won't be taken away(Luke 10:39-42).   Get a revelation, that our Father, supplies all of our needs!  That if we seek Him we shall find Him.  We are getting a revelation of who God is.  Thank You Lord, for teaching us!!   Thank You for letting us know that we are overcomers--in all areas, marriages, children and finances.  Christ has already overcome the world and we are in Him and He in us!(John 15:5, 1 John 3:24)   We overcome in every situation--come hell or high water!!   It is the Lord who brings us out!  We lift up prayer requests those known and unknown.  We lift up Cheryl for healing, she will overcome and have complete healing in her body.  By His stripes she is already healed!  He has made us more than overcomers, more than conquerors.  We come to repent for every thought that we had against You.  2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.  We are to follow You and to get it right!  We are the church, not the building or the structures--us, the flesh and blood that was purchased on Calvary by the only Begotten.  This church is built on a chief cornerstone--Ephesians 2:20-21 20) And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;  21) In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord.  You brought us through a revival to give us the Holy Ghost fire, last week.  Hallelujah Lord!!  Then this week, the fear is being shattered, we are taking off those self-imposed restrictions!!  No more hiding and avoiding.  Go look and see for yourself.  No more second-hand experiences, try God for yourself!!  O taste and see that the Lord is good!!    Try Him, He is not a man that He should lie nor of this world that He is not able to deliver and uphold all that He has ever spoken!!  Time out for wanting the answers and going to faulty places that cause more problems and issues!!  Go to the Source of all things and find a sure word, from the sure nail!!    Thank You Lord!!  Hallellujah!!  Praise Him!!  He is worthy!!  Thank You Jesus!!  In every struggle, trial, tribulation, He says we overcome!    Thank You Lord, for sending a word and sending the word made flesh that we are redeemed unto You!  Fiveamprayer, we shall overcome!!  Forgive us Lord, for being in fear and not reverence of the Almighty!  The greatness of the great I AM!  Thank You for forgiving us and casting our sins into the sea to be remembered no more!  God has made us overcomers!!


We seal this prayer in His precious blood: 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Welcome to the overflow... 
I am a overcomer!!  More than a conqueror, able to with stand anything that the world would bring!  Why, because we rest, abide and rely on our Savior and King!!  Praise Him!!  He is worthy!  Greater is He that is in us, than he that is in this world!!  That is why we overcome, because of who is on the inside of us!  It is nothing that we could do, on our own--without Him!  He is our everything!!  Hallelujah God!  Stop letting the enemy bind you up in your finances, your marriages and your mind!!  God has and is sending a word to set His churches on fire for Him and His work--kingdom building!  Thank You Lord for sending the fire, lukewarm no more!!  All You Lord, none of us!!  We want, need and crave more of You, Father!!  It is You, Lord that supplies all of our needs and cares for us, that is why we can cast our cares on You!!  Glory!!  It is the Lord, that supplies all of our needs, no matter what CNN has to say or 9news--He makes a way out of no way.  It is the Lord that makes the crooked places straight.  Keep walking fiveamprayer--we are to walk by faith and not by sight!  We overcome in this battle!!  Lord rise up and let Your enemies be scattered!  We have been given the power to speak a word--life or death.  He creates the fruit of our lips--Hallelujah God!!  We must take the time out to consider and review what we utter, it is not just a random conversation nor mumblings.  Those words are taking flight and will bear fruit!!  Whether good or bad you determine by what you speak!!  Hallelujah God, it is victory time!!   He is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle(Ephesians 5:27).  Praise Him, anyhow!!  Bless the Lord at all times!  Let our response be, "nevertheless, Thy will be done!!"  We are to repent and turn from wicked ways--2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.  Fiveamprayer, we are to pray, without ceasing.  Keep on pushing and pressing into the Father, like the woman with the issue of blood, in spite of the correct ways or protocols--seek Him in humility and thirst.  Knowing that He is far above and well able and willing to cover, protect and bless you!  He is looking for His church.  We are His church!!  It starts with you!  I am an overcomer!!  That truth has to be in your very spirit, and being.  Speak those words out of your mouth!!  "I am an overcomer!"  Thank You God!  You have set me free and made me an overcomer!  The enemy is fleeing, he can't bring anything against us!  We have overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the words of our testimony.  Take the time out to look up these scriptures for yourself!  You are the church, that God is coming back for!  How can it be that there are believers walking around in depression and confusion?!  People who open up the word of God and still are cast down and without direction?  Really set aside time to read the word and ask God to show you what it means.  How it applies to your life.  Pick your head up, you have already overcome by the blood and He who resides in you, the hope of glory!  Yea and Amen!!  Have a blessed day!
