We are walking in today:  Why Should We Not Fear?

Psalm 27:1-2  1) The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2) When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.  Almost every book in the Bible has a fear not in it.  Fear not, is in scripture 365 times. The enemy uses fear, but God would have us to have faith in Him.  Although Job was a righteous man and would not speak evil, he opened the door through thoughts of fear for the enemy to work in his life.  For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came (Job 3:25-26).  In other words, he said, "I did what was right, but I was afraid that God would not take care of me".  In contrast, Jesus challenges us to have faith.  Jesus answered and said unto them, "Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, if ye shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into a sea; it shall be done.  And all things, whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive" (Matthew 21:21-22).  Fear not,  Genesis 15:1 After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.  Genesis 21:17, 26:24 and 46:3.  Exodus 20:20, Deuteronomy 1:21, 20:3, 31:6, and 31:8.  Joshua 10:25, Judges 6:10,  Ruth 3:11, 1 Kings 17:13; 2 Kings 6:16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.  1 Chronicles 20:17, Isaiah 35:4, 41:13, 41:14, 43:5 44:2, and 54:4.  Jeremiah 46:27, Daniel 10:12, 19 12) Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words. 19) And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.  Revelation 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last.  Take some time today to read these scriptures.  Fiveamprayer, these are just some of the scriptures that God gives us as an answer to the question, why should we not fear?
God is telling us that in whatever--test, trial or tribulation we face, we are to fear not!  We are not forgotten of Him.  The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. God did not give us the spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and sound mind.  Fear not!  He is more than able!  Fear not!  There is a spiritual battle going on!  We are to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.  The battle is the Lord's not ours!  Fear not in your marriages, finances and children.  Fear not, He is Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Tsidkenu, Emmanuel.  Fear not, we are to fear no evil for our God it with us!  1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.  1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.  2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.  That is why we shall not fear--we serve the God of Love, who is Love and perfect love casts out fear!  Fear. Not!  Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.  We are to fear not, because fear brings torment.  Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. AmenFear not!  We are were not given the spirit of fear!  God's word has fear not, 365 times.  He has promised to never leave us, nor forsake us!  Matthew 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Even in situations that the world does not understand, we are to stand on His word, not being unsteady in fear and doubt!  Fiveamprayer, hold to the word of God--fear not!  Lord we ask that you fill us with Your Spirit, fill us with Your words--fear not!  Our Father did not give us the spirit of fear.  We are to walk this out and believe His word.   Fear not!  Believe what God has said.  You should feel a change on the inside!  You will be able to stand like never before!  The devil thought that he had you!  It is in the Bible 365 times fear not!  Get up today, tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday saying fear not!  Say this every day, all of 2012--fear not!  He is the anchor for our souls!  He is our light and our salvation, whom shall we fear?!  When our enemies came to eat our flesh, but they stumbled and fell.  Psalm 91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.  It is by His word that we are to speak to the winds and storms in our lives.  We were not given a spirit of fear!  All that you are fearful of, worrying about, or afraid of--fear not!  Hallelujah God!  What is the devil trying to prevent?  Don't be discouraged!!  Fear not!  Set you face like a flint--unmovable, unshakable, solid and decided, resolute!  Why shall we fear not?  Suit up with the whole armor of God.  There is no fear in your armor nor in anything that God has given us.  Set it down and pick it up, not again!  Fear not!  Why shall we fear, what can man do unto us?!  Hallelujah!  365 times He tells us to fear not!  The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy--fear not!  Fiveamprayer, He shall supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory!  God is a keeper--fear not!  He is a Provider--fear not!  Get up everyday saying fear not!  I have nothing to fear!  Thank You God!  Fear not!  Hallelujah God!  He is the first and the last--fear not!  Fear. Not.  Look up fear not in the scriptures--it just gets gooder and gooder!  Thank You for making us free!  Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty!  Thank You for a word that we can walk in today, and every day.  Fear not. We lift up His name this morning!  Praise Him!  We lift up fiveamprayer, for letting go of the idea of fear when we are with and in God.  Who is of love which casts out fear.  Fear not--for those that need healing in their bodies.  Jesus took 39 stripes and there are 39 known diseases to man.  By His stripes we were healed!  Thank You God!  We come to repent from being in fear, doubt, unbelief and worry.  Sometimes we are all over the place, instead of standing on Your word!  We come to repent--to stand forever on Your word, fearing nothing.  Thank You for forgiving us and casting our sins in to the sea, that they are remembered no more!  Thank You for teaching us how to forgive others, that we are forgiven as well.

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  No More Fear!  No More Fear!  No More Fear!
