We are walking in today:  God's Word--Revives!

Psalm 119:1-5
(AMP) 1) Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the undefiled (the upright, truly sincere, and blameless) in the way [of the revealed will of God], who walk (order their conduct and conversation) in the law of the Lord (the whole of God’s revealed will). 2) Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are they who keep His testimonies, and who seek, inquire for and of Him and crave Him with the whole heart. 3) Yes, they do no unrighteousness [no willful wandering from His precepts]; they walk in His ways. 4) You have commanded us to keep Your precepts, that we should observe them diligently. 5) Oh, that my ways were directed and established to observe Your statutes [hearing, receiving, loving, and obeying them]!  So think about that living water, it just revived us!  We sometimes talk about mere words and yet some words mean everything!  They can literally bring life or death, words are powerful!  They can steal away hope and they can bring it back again.  Just like the words Jesus gave to the woman at the well on yesterday.  A reviving word--the only water that can quench your thirst!  Truly!  Words affect us all the time.  If our words can feel like they take away life and can give life back again--is is any wonder that God's words can do the same thing?  We as Christians are people who value words although we live in a world that values the image.  The image of God is actually described as the word of God.  It is hard to think of a stronger way that God could express His view of words than that!  The Bible, full of so called mere words, has written down on every page--is what God has left for us to know Him.  The Bible is not God, we don't worship it, but as we read it as we listen to it the God of the Bible will leap off of the pages!  These words shape us and can save us, they teach us how to live but more than that, they give us life!  It revives us!  For revival there is a hunger for God's word.  If there is one place in the Bible that honors God's word more than anywhere else it is Psalm 119.  It is the longest chapter in the Bible and comes two psalms after the shortest psalm, 117 which is the middle chapter in the Bible.  David, a man who loved God--a man after God's own heart--loved God's law because it was God's word.  He loved God's word because it showed him who God is!  Religion is, I obey so I can be accepted.  The Gospel is, I am accepted, so I can obey!  You will be pleased to know that I am not reading the whole of Psalm 119 this morning, but I do encourage you to read it in your own time this weekend.  Read it over while thinking on this weekend mediation!  Fiveamprayer take the time out to read it several times.  We are going to pick out a couple of verses from this Psalm today, which speaks of the effects of God's reviving word.  The word of God brings us revelations.  Psalm 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.  The psalmist prays to God, you will notice how much of this psalm is a prayer about God's word.  He asked God to reveal Himself to him, in His word.  Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.  If it be asked, since David was a regenerated man and so already illuminated, how is it that he prays for the opening of his eyes?  The answer is easy, that regeneration is wrought by degrees.  The beginning of light in his mind made him long for more.  So no man can account of since, but he had the light which caused him to see his own darkness.  Therefore filling his wants, he sought to have them supplied by the Lord.  Psalm 119:160  Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.  That we focus on righteousness and not sin.  That we as Paul said it fill our minds with what is pure--Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.  In fact as we read the word, it begins to do something to us that we have an appetite for and desire changes.  Fiveamprayer, God's word, revives!
Thinking about the word revive, how that works on the inside, the appetite and desire to see and seek Him.  How He revives, restores and renews us!  That is how we see more of who our Father is!  He does all things in decency and in order.  Read Psalm 119 today, over and over again.  It is a prayer!  God's word, revives!  What we really thirst for is the living water!  Nothing else can or will do!  Thank You Lord for sending us living water that we shall never thirst again!  We can stand on God's word, it changes not!  Speak changes to everything in your life!  One word away from a breakthrough!  One word away from deliverance!
One word away from your healing!  One word away from your joy!  His word revives!  He gives us peace that surpasses understanding!  One word away from the perfect peace that only God can give!  The peace we have when we keep our minds stayed on Him!  He moves in and fill us with the Holy Spirit.  He will never put more on us than we can bear.  His word will turn it around, late in the midnight hour--healing and restoration.  He comes bringing sight to the blind.  We are walking with God, day in and day out.  His word says be transformed by the renewing of your minds!  We are not to conform to the ways of the world!  Because we are not of this world!  We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us!  We gotta know what His word says.  His word revives!  His word strengthens us and picks us up from the miry clay.  It gives us power, His word shall stand forever!  Thank You Lord  for reviving us!  We need a Holy Ghost revival!  Thank You for the anointing, we can hold on a little while longer.  He knows our end from the beginning.  He is Alpha and Omega!  It is already done, we must keep walking it out!  His word, revives!  The water that He gave us on yesterday, the living water--then on today My word revives!  All of these dark places, that so many of us have been going through--are you thirsty?  Someone needs a revival!  For the Holy Spirit to be stirred up on the inside of you!  He is telling you, you need a revival!  Get back into relationship with Me!  Get back into the word of God!  I am calling you back into the word!  I take you through this and that to bring you back into relationship with Me!  He is God and God alone, He will have no other gods before Him!  Look to God, He will deliver you!  And it all works out for us, because it is all done for our good!  Many are called but a few are chosen.  His word revives!  We can stand on, Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  We are not in want because His word revives!  When you are going through, go to scripture!  Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  Psalm 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.  His word revives!  It is no body but God!  Who has gotten you up and running and running!  God's word revives!  It revives!  O taste and see that the Lord is good!  His word revives!  They that hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled!  He is coming to revive us fiveamprayer!  From all of that stuff, that has had us lost and confused.  No more!  He gave us living water and today to revive us.  Sounds like and life and more life, no more wandering and being bewildered.  God is keeping us!  We have been through enough!  We can stand on His word, no weapon formed against us shall prosper!  God's word, revives!  Don't back down or turn around now, like the just man who fell seven times, but he got back up!  Call on God!  Tell Him, it's me, it's me,  it's me O Lord standing in the need of prayer!  Revive me Lord, in my heart and in my mind!  Wash me Lord!  Revive my feet that they follow Your ordered steps.  We are to walk this out in obedience.  Lord, revive my tongue that I speak life only, God's word.  I will trust in the Lord at all times and His praises shall continually be in my mouth!  If there is no job, finances run out, with bills piling up--I will trust in the Lord!  Revive me Lord, I need a revival!  Lord make me over, make me over again!  Make us into the men and women of God that You have already declared.  You are the potter and we the clay, shape us God!  Revive us!  2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.  Revive me Lord.  I am seeking You for revival.  That I may hide Your words in my heart that I may not sin against You.  God is the only one that we can sin against.  Revival on the path of righteousness.  God is pouring out blessing from heaven and raining down manna from heaven.  Trust God to revive you on the inside!  Everyone will know you have been with God.  Be like Moses, ask Him to show you His glory!  I want a deeper relationship with You God!  Revive me!  Revive me!  We are laying on our face for a revival.  We are hungry and thirsty, we need You Lord to revive us!  Send a revival of repentance, forgiveness, healing, deliverance, new insight, joy and peace.  We need a revival in Your word!  Revive is as we walk through Psalm 119.  Restore us back unto You.  God we are asking You to re-seal us!  Revive us Lord.  We were weary and the word revived us!  Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.  Get you some word!  Read the Bible, the revival is about to start!  In Genesis--in the beginning, Psalms--planted by rivers of water, Isaiah--that we seek Him while He may be found, Jeremiah--like fire shut up in your bones!  And on and on, the Bible is full of life and that more abundantly!   That is how you are revived.  Jude 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.  Fiveamprayer, you have asked to be revived!  Get ready for the overflow--Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  We come seeking God not looking for things but a relationship with the Father.  Revive us in Your word, give us knowledge, wisdom and understanding.  Show us Lord that when we read the book of Revelation we understand that it is the revelation of Jesus Christ, our hope!  Revive us in Your word!  We need to be revived in faith!  We walk by faith and not by sight!  Stop looking at what you see, fiveamprayer!  Keep your eyes on the Lord.  Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  I does not matter what you see, follow where the word lead you!  Revive our faith, Lord!  Revive our faith!  Revive our understanding!  We need a revival!  Read Psalm 119 over and over again. Ask Him to revive you again!  We lift up fiveamprayer, this morning and want to say thank You for sending the Holy Spirit!  Do you want a closer relationship with God?  He gives wisdom and understanding.  Let the revival begin with me!  Let us no longer walk in unforgiveness!  We must forgive others to be forgiven as well.  How can you say you love Me, when you don't show your brother or sister love?  We need a revival in our lives!  No more finger pointing, we need a revival Lord!  Help us Lord to examine ourselves--purge, strip and prune us!  You will have to stand before God and answer for all that you have done!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit and with the living water:  God revive me!

Welcome to the overflow...

Hallelujah God!  Amen!  There is a revival starting on the inside!  I feel so much better!  Hallelujah!  Thank You God!  A revival has begun!  Thank You Lord!  They that hunger and thirst after righteousness, shall be filled.  We started on Monday that God plants His best seed in the worst soil and close out the week today with God's word revives!  Thank You God for coming to revive us in Your word.  Hallelujah God!  What at mighty God we serve!  Clean us up, Lord starting in our hearts, that our flesh would die daily.  Kill this flesh, there is no earthy good in it.  We need a revival to know when to be quiet!  Life and death is in the power of our tongues.  We want more of You and less of us!  Visit us on facebook, it will encourage you.  Walk in His word today, all weekend long.  Revive me in Your word!  Revive us again Lord!  Hallelujah!
