We are walking in today:  Weekend Meditation--Beginning At The Beginning

Here are the next 10 principles of the Lord God Almighty. This arrangement of the 613 principles, the law of our Lord God Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is from the book by Rabbi Ralph Messer, Torah: Law Or Grace? Kingdom Principles For Kingdom Living. This book can be ordered online here or in the store if you are in the Denver area here.

The Fourth Commandment Exodus 20:8-11

Remember the Sabbath day, to sanctify it.  Six days you shall work and accomplish all your work; the seventh day is Sabbath to the Lord , your God; you shall not do any work--you, your son, your daughter, your slave, your maidservant, your animal, and your convert within your gates--for in six day the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and He rested the seventh day.  Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and sanctified it.

347.  You shall sanctify the 50th year and proclaim freedom throughout the Land --Leviticus 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
348. You shall not sow in the Julilee year --Leviticus 25:11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

349. You shall not harvest the aftergrowth in the Jubilee year --Leviticus 25:11
350. You shall not pick what was set aside for yourself in the Jubilee year --Leviticus 25:11
351. You shall not sell the Land in perpetuity --Leviticus 25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

352. You shall provide redemption for the Land in the Jubilee year --Leviticus 25:24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

353. You shall allow the redemption of a house until the end of one year of its sale --Leviticus 25:24
354. You shall not work your Hebrew bondsman with slave labor --Leviticus 25:39 And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:
355. You shall not sell a Hebrew bondman in the manner of a slave --Leviticus 25:42 For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.
356.
You shall not subjugate a Hebrew bondman through hard labor --Leviticus 25:43
Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.

Jeremiah 31:29-35 29 In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. 30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. 31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. 35 Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:

Reading a book 3/4 of the way from the beginning would be a faster way to finish the book but, you are missing many parts that build up to what you are reading.  To get the full understanding and all of the content of what you are reading, we have to begin at the beginning.  Really, that is what is mostly done in the reading of most books.  Why would the Bible, the Word of God be treated in a different way?  Don't you want to know what the Lord God has to say about it from the very beginning? We have throughout the book of Jeremiah, the correcting word of God being sent to those who were walking and living outside of what He had purposed for them.  He comes to tell the children of Israel where the error was and to return to Elohim.  In what way can this be seen?  In chapter 31 of Jeremiah, we have the renewed covenant that is built upon the previous covenants.  This is about revival to the Lord God Almighty's original intention but can be misunderstood if not read and understood from the beginning of the Bible.  There is no shadow of change, He has not changed His mind--the covenant that the blood of Yeshua ratified--this covenant is found in Jeremiah 31:31-33 and Hebrews 8:8-10.  The trans-generational unity is only found when the story is read as a whole--beginning at the beginning!  Read the whole entire story--wake up and know that Yahweh has made a covenant with you.  He is the Lord God Almighty and He changes not!  Get into His will--start in the beginning where He first gives it out and continues through the rest of the Tanakh and proceed to the Brit Chadasha. The writers of the Bible thought that you would have read the Bible from the beginning.  In the Brit Chadasha the assumption is that you have read the Torah and the rest of the Tanakh, that you would be Torah observant people.  Yeshua walked in the Torah as did Paul, the disciples, much of the audience that Jesus Christ of Nazareth spoke to as well.  We can not take the Brit Chadasha separated from the Tanakh, this leads to misunderstanding and effects every area of our lives!  To hear this again click here.
