We are walking in today: Exposure to the Son--To Cast A Peter-like Shadow.
Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. Get your own Peter's shadow. I'm talking about that exposure to the Son.
They also came from other cities round about Jerusalem and laid their sick folk on cots, beds and couches. They knew that in Jerusalem there was a man with the glory of God in him...No doubt they collected in the streets all during the night, with great expectation, preparing for Peter to emerge the next morning from where he had been praying. The bright morning sun was casting a shadow. But there was a much brighter Sun unseen by the natural eye within the bosom of Peter. It was the Sun of Righteousness that had arose in Peter, with healing in His wings (Mal. 4:2). But it was not the shade or the dark spot on the ground that healed the sick, lame, halt, maimed and infirm, raising them up off their beds and couches. If it was a mere dark spot on the ground, there would be no healing on overcast days. Nor would there be healing in the night or on one side of the street. Not so! The Holy Ghost nuclear power embodied in God’s Holy men was blazing with such an Holy effulgence that nothing of the works of the devil could possibly have remained not burned up in the presence of such radiant radiation of divine power. Saul, (later Paul) met the Lord Jesus on the road to Damascus. He saw Him in that dazzling radiance in the heavens, whose brilliance was far brighter than looking at the natural sun in our own heavens. Though struck blind by the light, Paul received the Life of Light. Acts 19:11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul. Matthew 17:1-2 1) And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, 2) And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. Luke 9:28 describing these same events, used the words, “…as he prayed.” Notice the order of events: First, he prayed, secondly, he was “transfigured.” Next, His countenance was altered and his face shined. Finally, his raiment was affected with a glistening white light, all in that order. It was not something that came upon him externally as though it came from somewhere other than from within Him. It was the visible manifestation and the unveiling of the resplendent glory of the Father that was within Him. Notice that when His glory was revealed, it caused his countenance to be altered. His countenance shined as the sun. The invisible glory of God, became visible to those wondering and amazed Disciples. The glory of God shone in His face and in the “altered” countenance of Jesus. Jesus said in John 14:12 that we could have the same glory and do the same works that He did and even greater by the same compassion and love that he had for all men. You see, when we finally get it right, in both the love and wisdom of God, there will come forth a church who will radiate that same glory and life that Jesus had. They will do the same works that Jesus did. Though not here yet, there will come such a church in the earth. It must come forth with the same love and compassion that Jesus had. If a believer has any other motive for wanting that power and glory, he becomes a Simon the Sorcerer. The transfiguration of Jesus is something that all true over-comers must participate in. The same identical Greek word used in Mark ninth chapter, translated there as “TRANSFIGURED,” is used two other places related to us. Romans 12:2 says, “And be not conformed to this world, but BE YE TRANSFORMED….” Then in II Cor 3:18 that word is used again when it says: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are CHANGED into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.” Paul says in II Cor. 4:7, “But this treasure we have in earthen vessels.” Praise God that the treasure is truly here. We must desire it with our whole hearts as did Moses, Elisha and the Disciples, learning to let it radiate. You can learn to walk in that Presence and allow it to grow more intense, having your own Peter’s Shadow. (Rev. Strange)

want the shadow of Peter. We are calling for God to show up, like
never before! Healing the lame, and the sick because of the Holy Ghost
that is within us! Transformed and transfigured, let your light shine!
We are not of this world! Fiveamprayer is calling for a Peter-like
shadow. We are being exposed to Your love, peace and joy. We are
praying for the Holy Spirit to move. Show us Your face Lord, we are
Your earthen vessels--shape us and mold us Lord!! We come by faith,
Your word says that You are pouring out Your Spirit on all flesh. Give
us a Peter-like shadow. Thank You for the overflow! This is our season
that we shall see. It is not by power nor by might, but by His
Spirit. Hallelujah! Thank You God for giving us a Peter-like shadow.
Fall on us, Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord! Transformed and
transfigured--exposure to the Son of God. We lift up fiveamprayer this
morning, have them to know that You will fill them with a Peter-like
shadow. Jesus is the one and only Son of God! We must ask for
forgiveness. We should be repenting every day for the things we have
done knowingly and unknowingly. Teach us Lord, how to forgive. If we
don't forgive, than our prayers are hindered and we are not forgiven.
We can't walk in unforgiveness with the Son shining on us!We seal this prayer in His precious blood and by His Spirit: We want a Peter-like shadow! We need more exposure to the Son!
Welcome to the overflow...
Others will know that we have been in His presence. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit! We are Your earthen vessels! You have already given us dominion, to trample all over the enemy. We have been exposed to the Son. God is calling for a church that will worship Him in spirit and in truth. Order our steps, Lord! Keep pouring out Your Spirit on us! Transform us by the Holy Ghost. We want a Peter-like shadow. People began to gather when he was in Jerusalem and when he came back from praying and walked along the street, his shadow fell on them and they were healed! Expose us to Y0ur Son, while we are in prayer! Transformation starts with exposure to the Son. Jesus is the light of the world! He died and rose again on the third day with all power in His hands. We will walk and talk differently, we have been exposed to the Son! We are the clay and He the potter, He is putting us back together. We are asking for another anointing for another touch from You, Lord. We want more of You, Lord and less of us! Exposure to the Son, for a Peter-like shadow. God is calling for a church, to worship Him in spirit and in truth. We are His earthen vessels! Thank You Lord! Exposure to the Son for a Peter-like shadow. Hallelujah God! That's the way we want God to show up! Making us stronger by the exposure to the Son and filled with the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah! Don't you feel the Spirit of the Lord, upon you?! We are in God's shadow, you have gone to a whole other level!! Speak what God would have you to say. Transformed and transfigured, this starts in prayer! Being in His presence, stirs something on the inside of you. He has given us the power to speak life or death. Call on the Spirit of the Lord. Hallelujah God! Thank You Lord! Exposure to the Son, for a Peter-like shadow. We are taking back all that the devil stole from us! Matthew 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. With the Spirit of the Lord, we cast down all imaginations and vain thoughts that would attempt to exalt itself against the knowledge of God. The Holy Spirit is operating, we can tell the devil that no weapon formed against us shall prosper! We come to take the enemy out! God is calling for a church to worship Him in spirit and in truth! 1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? Check your spirit today--how are you worshipping? God we want the Peter-like shadow in our lives. We are sitting at Your feet for exposure to the Son. This isn't church as usual. Where there are two or three gathered in His name, He is in the midst also. So don't worry about the numbers. Put and keep your eyes on God. Holy Spirit fill this place! You are the church, not the building! We all need exposure to the Son today, to get a Peter-like shadow. We must line up with His word--who the Son sets free is free indeed! Thank You God! You always show up with a brand new word for us on fiveamprayer. Thank You for showing up at 5am to met us, we don't take this for granted! Exposure to the Son for a Peter-like shadow. I dare you to call for the Spirit of God! Exposure to the Son for a Peter-like shadow.
