We Learn From What We Suffer.


Colossians 1:20-25;
Hebrews 5:7-9; 1 Peter 5:7-10; James 1:2-4; Jeremiah 16:19; Psalm 145:14, 3:2-4, Psalm 46:11

We are walking in today:  We Learn From What We Suffer.

Today we have Brother Darryl who will be sharing with us what God has put on his heart.  Click here to playback this mornings message.  Thank you for your obedience and we pray that God would pour back into you for all of your preparation for this message today.  Thank You God for this word!  Obedience is better than sacrifice.  Let patience have it's perfect work, everything that God does is for our good!  Hold on and do not be weary in well doing.  Thank You God that You give us a fresh word every morning!  A word fitly spoken!  Amen!  We are all going through different things, many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers us out of it all!  Thank You God for teaching us to deny ourselves that we would walk like Jesus who is the Author and Finisher of our faith!  Thank You Lord, praise Your name!  Amen! 

Colossians 1:20-25 20) And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. 21) And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22) In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: 23) If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; 24) Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church: 25) Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Hebrews 5:7-9 7) Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; 8) Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
9) And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

1 Peter 5:7-10 7) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 8) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9) Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 10) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

James 1:2-4 2) My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3) Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4) But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
1 Corinthians 1:5-8 (AMP) 5) [So] that in Him in every respect you were enriched, in full power and readiness of speech [to speak of your faith] and complete knowledge and illumination [to give you full insight into its meaning]. 6) In this way [our] witnessing concerning Christ (the Messiah) was so confirmed and established and made sure in you 7)  That you are not [consciously] falling behind or lacking in any special spiritual endowment or Christian grace [the reception of which is due to the power of divine grace operating in your souls by the Holy Spirit], while you wait and watch [constantly living in hope] for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and [His] being made visible to all. 8) And He will establish you to the end [keep you steadfast, give you strength, and guarantee your vindication; He will be your warrant against all accusation or indictment so that you will be] guiltless and irreproachable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
Jeremiah 16:19  O Lord, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
Psalm 145:14 The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.
Psalm 3:2-4 2) Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. 3) But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. 4) I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.Psalm 46:11 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
