Heart Condition, Having A Pure Heart.

Matthew 5:3-12; Philippians 4:5-8; 1 Peter 1:18-22; Ephesians 5:16-20; Psalm 34:18; 2 Timothy 2:22
We are walking in today:  Heart Condition, Having A Pure Heart.

Thank you to Minister Darryl who brought us a word today on having a pure heart.  Fiveamprayer, let us take out time today to do a self check.  That we would have a pure heart, that we seek after those things that God would have us to do.  He paid our sin debt, our life is no longer our own!  To listen to more, click here.

Matthew 5:3-12 3) Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4) Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. 5) Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 6) Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. 7) Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 8) Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 9) Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. 10) Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11) Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12) Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Philippians 4:5-8(AMP) 5) Let all men know and perceive and recognize your unselfishness (your considerateness, your forbearing spirit). The Lord is near [He is [a]coming soon]. 6) Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. 7) And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. 8) For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].
1 Peter 1:18-22 18) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19) But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20) Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21) Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
Ephesians 5:16-20 16) Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17) Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. 18) And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; 19) Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; 20) Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Psalm 34:18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

Thank You for this word this morning, Lord.  That You would send Your minister to give us a word on having a pure heart.  We pray that You would pour back in to him for all of his time in preparation for this word.  May he continue to walk in obedience to what You have called him to do.  We pray for blessings over his life and his families life.  Thank You God for this word.  You are all that we need.  You are full of grace and mercy and we know that it is You, Lord that is more than able!  Hallelujah God!  We give You praise and honor!  Thank You God!  Praise Your name!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  Give us a clean heart that we may serve You.  2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

We send out birthday wishes to Ms. Jeanette Edwards, that God would give her another year on this Earth!  Thank You for Your humble daughter!  Amen and praise Your name!
