Men of Torah Day--Separation Brings Character of The Spirit

John 14

We are walking in today:  Men of Torah Day--Separation Brings Character of The Spirit

Witness separated throughout the Bible:  H6504 parad to separate, divide
Genesis 13:11, 13:14-15; Nehemiah 13:3; Proverbs 4:2

John 14:10-12
Don’t you believe that I am united with the Father, and the Father united with me? What I am telling you, I am not saying on my own initiative; the Father living in me is doing his own works. Trust me, that I am united with the Father, and the Father united with me. But if you can’t, then trust because of the works themselves. Yes, indeed! I tell you that whoever trusts in me will also do the works I do! Indeed, he will do greater ones, because I am going to the Father. -CJB

The fruits of the spirit, evidence of the indwelling of Yahweh as the Ruach HaKodesh--echad for our God is one!!!! Causes the outward manifestation and those who abide in him to become more like him.

We must abiding in our HaMashiach to manifest heavenly fruit. The effects of kingdom protocol, causes one to see factual evidence of the Ruach HaKodesh in a believer. Two aspects are evident:
1. Yahweh's nature
2. Yahweh's power.

Genesis 1:26-28
Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, in the likeness of ourselves; and let them rule over the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the animals, and over all the earth, and over every crawling creature that crawls on the earth.” So God created humankind in his own image; in the image of God he created him: male and female he created them. God blessed them: God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea, the birds in the air and every living creature that crawls on the earth.” -CJB

By abiding in a well rooted tree, the branches will grow fruit in its season and at its time in that day. The root producing nourishment to grow from a strong foundation and reaches with continued growth--in spite of the weather or season changes.

Like unto Yeshua, who purchased Himself to always abide (commune, to be in one's presence continually) in me. Yeshua exemplified the source of his power and likeness. His obedience and staying connected to receive likeness and power.

John 2:49
For I have not spoken on my own initiative, but the Father who sent me has given me a command, namely, what to say and how to say it. -CJB

Yeshua's sole purpose for His years of studying the Torah was just speak, walk and live all that was written for Him to do in the Torah. His life as the giver of life was revealed in the Torah. For the instructions of His mission. By separating Himself unto the learning, teachings and instructions of the Torah. Yes you will begin to imitate in character all of that Yahweh is His likeness. So are we, as kingdom citizens to walk in the same pattern? We must staying in constant connection with Yahweh! For when we are separated unto Him for His plan and time to hear from Him clearly.   This is a walk in the Ruach HaKodesh and to become more like Yahweh in image and  power. The obedience to His teaching and instructions will produce great fruit.

John 15:4
Stay united with me, as I will with you — for just as the branch can’t put forth fruit by itself apart from the vine, so you can’t bear fruit apart from me. - CJB

Galatians 5:25
Since it is through the Spirit that we have Life, let it also be through the Spirit that we order our lives day by day. -CJB

The Nature of the Fruit.
As we produce the kingdom characteristics traits, what we call the fruits of the spirit which should be evident as kingdom citizens of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This is the heavenly fruit which is shown in our following His word, the scriptures applied to our lives--love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, weakness, and temperance.  Any other characteristic traits regardless of how long you've been walking with the Lord, without daily application you will not obtain these fruits. Yeshuah says He never knew you. Though you cast out demons and healed the sick. He never knew you. Because there is no love and no fruit.

Mathew 7:22-23
On that Day, many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord! Didn’t we prophesy in your name? Didn’t we expel demons in your name? Didn’t we perform many miracles in your name?’ Then I will tell them to their faces, ‘I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness!’ - CJB

The Various Expressions of the Fruits.
1. The Fruit of Love.  The Greek definition for love has three words and meanings:
* Eros- the love between man and woman
* Filia- Emotional Love between friends, parents or children
* Agape- divine and spiritual love

This is the love of an everlasting Yahweh, that even though you would miss the mark(sin). Time and time again though He would be rejected, beaten on, abandoned and sacrificed by creation to redeem His creation. Because of the sovereignty and never changing word, that is even above His name.

This same love for one another should grow past color, gender, and sex based solely on the love of Yahweh. We should see ourselves as He always sees us.  Again that vision only comes by connection and separation to build character. The world wants you to emulate it and be normal. The minute you step out of the Twilight Zone. The matrix is unveiled, but you have to walk in love.

The Fruit of Joy
Ever had a deep down in your belly sense of joy and spite of irritating situations continually popping up? The sure satisfaction that no matter what man thinks, lies about or perpetrates. Even to the matter of what you've been through. Yahweh was always there!!!!! Joy when we learn not to lean on our own understanding and trust in the Ruach HaKodesh power to sustain us. This once again is a separation to build character moment.

The Fruit of Peace
We cast down every imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of your way. Every thought that leaves the weeds of Darkness. As soon as the thought of Rises. We obliterate it with the word.

2 Timothy 1:7
For God gave us a Spirit who produces not timidity, but power, love, and self-discipline. - CJB

Philippians 4:7
Then God’s shalom, passing all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with the Messiah Yeshua. - CJB

These first three are spiritually connected to believers. Love is your signature sign or seal of the Ruach HaKodesh to prove your kingdom citizenship. You are recognizable by your resemblance of our Father in heaven--joy and peace follow love that fruits build.

The Fruit of Goodness
This fruit comes with diligent practice of Yahweh's teachings and instructions. Not something that is just by one doing good or being good.,but by loving the truth and the pursuit of the image of Yahweh. Just as long-suffering and gentleness is associated with goodness. These three together are our actions and harvest towards one another. Yahweh possesses in abundance these fruits. As we contemplate and compare them to Him.

The Fruit of Faith
Strong's #H529 - Emun- faithfulness, faithful

Greek- the quality to possess , be trustworthy, loyalty, and be reliable. Fully trusting in Yahweh from the experiences of Yahweh's presence in previous situations.

Hebrews 8:9-10
“‘It will not be like the covenant which I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by their hand and led them forth out of the land of Egypt; because they, for their part, did not remain faithful to my covenant; so I, for my part, stopped concerning myself with them,’says Adonai. “‘For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Isra’el after those days,’says Adonai: I will put my Torah in their minds and write it on their hearts; I will be their God, and they will be my people. - CJB

Emulating the example of our God, the fruit of faithfulness as well as characterized in our lives.

The Fruit of Meekness
This spiritual fruit is strength yielded to control. It is not meekness which the world pictures of one who is mild, passive and spineless. On the contrary, it is a strength of spirit which has been bridled and is under the harness of the Spirit of Yahweh God. This word was used in the context of taming a wild horse, restraining and harnessing its energies, or of the forces of a river harnessed to generate power, or that of a fire brought under control and used to give warmth and heat. It is the harnessing of the strength and power of one's own spirit to place it's energies and inclinations under the motivations and impulse of the Spirit of God.  Meekness of spirit gives one a teachable heart. It requires meekness to be able to listen and receive instruction and truth.

"Receive with meekness the engrafted word which is able to save your souls" James 1:21 - See Psalm 25:9

We are exhorted to walk in meekness in all situations, with all men.

The Fruit of Temperance
Temperance or self-control is the fruit of a life controlled by the Spirit, which produces moderation in all things. It is not self-control and self-discipline where one's life is being brought under the control and direction of one's own will. Rather it is the balance and moderation which results from having a life completely yielded to God, wherein the excesses of self-indulgence have been brought under the control of the His Spirit. It is not allowing the flesh and it's works to influence the life, but rather by an act of the will, yielding one's 'members' to the Spirit of God so that all which is fleshly has been brought into submission to Him.

This fruit is an evidence of the completeness or fullness of the Holy Spirit in one's life

Proverbs 16:32
He who controls his temper is better than a war hero,he who rules his spirit better than he who captures a city. -CJB

Faithfulness, Meekness, Temperance
These three fruits are a harvest for God. Faithfulness pleases God, meekness has His blessing and temperance will give the victory to have power with God. To come into spiritual blessings and not be defeated by the enemy, these fruits are necessary. It is only the overcomer who inherits all and has the one hundred-fold harvest.

Temperance is based upon the foundation of faithfulness and meekness. Faithfulness requires diligence, and meekness is necessary to humble oneself under the difficulties encountered in order to harness one's energies so that the life is brought under the discipline of the Spirit of Yahweh God.

In all, though these various nine 'fruits' are listed individually, they are collectively one "fruit" of the Spirit.

Scripturally speaking, they are not separate fruits which can be developed individually, but they are one 'fruit' (singular, not plural) of the Spirit. Collectively they are the character traits of Yeshua which were worked out in His life through overcoming in the trials of life which He endured. They describe how the fruit of His indwelling presence appears when manifested in the life a human being who has yielded himself to live in communion with the Father through Yeshua, His Son.

If the believer is not abiding in the Vine (which is Messiah), then the fruit will not be manifest. The fruit of the life of the Vine will be borne on the branch only if it is attached to the Vine. (John 15: 1-8)

These qualities or their counterpart may be evidenced in a person's life as a result of their natural disposition or through self-effort and self-correction. It is possible to produce an imitation of these qualities but they will be self-motivated and for self satisfaction and not for the purpose of glorifying our heavenly Father.

Only a life yielded to the Spirit of God will produce the divine qualities of Yeshua the Messiah as evidenced in His life upon earth. We are exhorted to "be filled with the Spirit" so that we may have this quality of life.
