We Must Understand the Power Of Worship.

John 9:31; Psalm 22:3; John 4:23-24; Isaiah 25:1; 2 Corinthians 2:15; Acts 16:23-26; Daniel 3:22-27, 16-19; 1 Peter 5:7; 2 Corinthians 3:17; Luke 12:32; Ephesians 1:5; 1 Chronicles 16:29; Proverbs 8:17; 1 Chronicles 4:10

We are walking in today: We Must Understand the Power Of Worship.

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. Worship is defined as to love, adore, appreciate, or idolize. Reverence honor to God!!! The Bible says in Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel--that He actually lives and dwells in our praises. This is the mystery and the miracle of the breakthrough power and presence of God when we worship!! When we worship, we affirm the truth of God's word, and it is being rooted in our hearts. John 4:23-24 23) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24) God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Pastor Thomas shared with us on yesterday at Life By Design, we need to get to a mindset "I have a right to take some stuff!" We must ask God through worship. Take it with your worship!!! Isaiah 25:1 O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. I don't know about you, but I chose not to complain, but I choose to worship God. I will not talk about what I do not have, I will praise God for who He is to me! I refuse to walk in fear. I choose to walk by faith and not by sight. Every place in your life leave the scent of worship there. God's presence will show up where ever you leave worship. 2 Corinthians 2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish. We must leave a scent of worship for God to savor. When we worship, God begins to recognize our scent. He shows up with His presence and favor. Acts 16:23-26 23) And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: 24) Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. 25) And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26) And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. Paul and Silas knew the secret of how to lift their hearts above their troubles and enter into God's presence and power. Through praise and worship their hearts were raised into the joyous presence and peace of God, and provided God a channel for His power to operate in their circumstances. Now do you understand the power of worship!!!!! Amen, God!!!!
I choose to worship! God shows up in our worship. Instead of complaining, we should be worshipping. He shows up in our worship, a sweet savor to God. God shows up in our worship, so you should be worshipping in all areas of your life. In your finances, for breakthroughs, marriages, and on your job. Worship is you telling Him how great He is! How mighty and awesome. How no one else can bring me out but You, Lord. All my trust is in You, God. Tell Him, how much you love Him! Surrender and give Him full access to your life, not our will but His will be done! In spite of your situation--choose to worship Him. He is higher than your situation and should be kept in a elevated position. Do not put your situation above God!! God is in control, we can trust that He will turn it around in His perfect timing. How powerful is worship? Ask those three men that were thrown into the fiery furnace bound hand and foot. Daniel 3:22-27 22) Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flames of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. 23) And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 24) Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. 25) He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. 26) Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire. 27) And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them. Fiveamprayer, look at what worship does in a dire situation--the furnace was so hot that the men that threw them in were consumed. They held on to their faith and trust in God--holding to the word of God. In spite of the kings decree, in spite of the furnace being turned up to seven times hotter, they did not flinch in their trust and faith in God. We must hold on to our faith and trust in God like that. No matter what, we are not moved out of a position of worship. Then the king and his men saw the fourth man in the furnace with them as they were walking around. Look at the faith and worship they showed in their answer to the king before being thrown into the furnace--Daniel 3:16-19 16) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17) If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18) But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. That's like saying no matter what, I trust You Lord. You are in control, all powerful regardless of how this situation is handled, it does not shake or change my trust and faith in You. God is God no matter what!! We don't change Him--He changes us is we allow Him in. We must put our relationship with Him above everything else. If we lose everything and still have Him--then we are rich beyond measure! We can be confident that the Lord cares for us--1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. The Lord, our God is almighty, awesome, powerful, Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Tsidkenu, a lamp at our feet. Fiveamprayer is still standing on Your promises. We know that You are more than able to keep us! You keep blessing us with Your presence, in our worship. We want a relationship with You, Lord. We want increase of Him and decrease of us. We come to worship--no matter what the world is going through! Hold to your worship. The devil will try to attack your worship, with seeds of doubt. We can respond like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego that our Lord God is well able to deliver us! If not, we will serve none other then the Lord God almighty! Hold on to your worship, fiveamprayer!!! In your praise and worship of God, you call Him into your situation. Like Paul and Silas did, calling out to God in prayer, songs and worship. There are somethings going on in our lives, that need the aroma of worship on them--marriages, ministry, children and finances. It's about a relationship with God, walking in His word. When you worship Him, you get closer to Him. Be still and quiet in arguments, to those that are married--worship the Lord. We must have worship out front while we take new territory by our worship. As it says in, 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Strongholds and bonds shattered, we stand still trusting and believing in the Lord, fiveamprayer. Our faith is in the Almighty God. Let our conversation be all day today, "I choose to worship You!" Hasn't He kept you? Made a way for you? Forgiven you? Healed you? Blessed you? Loved you first?! Brand new mercies every morning? It is because of His grace that we are not consumed. We have so much to be thankful for. It is not by our merit but by His good pleasure--Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will. Fiveamprayer, we must worship Him!! 1 Chronicles 16:29 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. We give You all the glory, honor and praise, Lord! Fiveamprayer has chosen to worship You, Lord. We get up early seeking You first, putting our worship our before our day. Proverbs 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. We love You, too Lord!! Thank You for bringing us out of the darkness into Your marvelous light! We lift up prayer requests, those known and unknown--have them to know that worship is our constant response. Worship the Lord everywhere and in all things. Who kept you on the job--when you didn't have a job? Praise Him! We ask for forgiveness for walking around in complaint. Thank You for the word this morning--we must understand the power of worship. Thank You for forgiving us, for we know that when You forgive there is no condemnation. Let us forgive others, so we are also forgiven. Fiveamprayer, let us walk unhindered and bound by unforgiveness. We chose to worship You, Lord.

We write in the precious blood: 1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Welcome to the overflow...
Jabez worshipped God--his way out of no way, El Shaddai, oh if Thou would bless me indeed! I choose to worship You, Lord. Hallelujah! Glory to Your name! We have received this word this morning--as many on the line are telling the Lord how wonderful, mighty and powerful He is. On this day, all day long worship God--don't complain. Have a blessed day!
