The Second Commandment-Exodus 20:4-5 You shall have no other gods before Me. Pluralism: Merriam Dictionary- a situation in which people of different social classes, religion, race, etc, are together in society but continue to have their different traditions and interests.
Comparing the definition of pluralism to the church body-explains the reason for all the various denominations and differing interpretations, of the one and Holy Word of Yahweh. When in fact the original context that Yahweh gave unto Moses is misconstrued--due to the one's own individual comprehensions. This is often a selfish approach to the steadfast and never changing Word of Yahweh. That He himself said He places His word above His name.
Isaiah 40:8
The grass dries up, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand forever.” - CJB
Psalms 138:2
I bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your grace and truth; for you have made your word [even] greater than the whole of your reputation. -CJB
The damage of pluralism can be seen as devastating throughout the body of the Messiah. Who plainly throughout the Scriptures calls for unity in the Tanakh and Brit Hadashah (New Testament). From the beginning starting with the deception of Adam and Eve. Found themselves deceived in separate beliefs of instructions Yahweh gave to them. Not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Yet together they were commanded to repopulate the earth. Their children even fell into pluralism of approach in sacrifice to Yahweh ending in hatred and murder. One sacrificed from the heart while the other through his own thoughts. Thus spiraling throughout time the same approach even as prevalent as today.
In context of Paul's request to Euodia and Syntyche (sin-ti-ke meaning fortunate) the conflict of some sort had to be addressed by the Apostle due to the importance of unity in the body. That can cause immense devastation. We have seen in the churches, synagogues and houses of study of today, causing two houses of study, gossip, mistrust and misinterpretation of the word. Opening the door for differences in belief and church hurt. A array of principalities for the systems of the kingdom of darkness, seeking to gain a stronghold in the body of Yahweh, many spiritual battles lost all due to individualism. Therefore places Paul at setting straight in his foresight of this disunion with these women. Giving the situation at hand, the focus on principles to defeat the system, a principality of disunion. As we read the entire passage of Philippians 4
Ephesians 4:31-32
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, violent assertiveness and slander, along with all spitefulness. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted; and forgive each other, just as in the Messiah God has also forgiven you. -CJB
Therefore the call to return to the prescribed path or original order Yahweh intended. We must reopen the Tanakh, for a blueprint of how not to follow down the wrong path. Written as a warning through out its passages. Similar stories tell of the price to pay for unity and pluralism. How to apply the words Yahweh has spoken to His leaders, prophets and people. A body of kings and priests collectively in common union placing Yahweh's word first and foremost above our thoughts or intents.
Isaiah 55:9

Jeremiah 6:16-19

Causing the power of Yahweh to manifest and flourish in the body and it's full truth feeding a starving generation. With the completeness and totality of the word. That changes, corrects and instructs to a life, more abundantly above all that we may ask, think or do.
In common union, we speak the truth not imaginations of man's doctrines. That is separate from the power of the word of Yahweh. The pure Word of Yahweh would do what the intent is purposed to do.
Isaiah 55:10-11
For just as rain and snow fall from the sky and do not return there, but water the earth,causing it to bud and produce, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is my word that goes out from my mouth —it will not return to me unfulfilled; but it will accomplish what I intend,and cause to succeed what I sent it to do.
