Fiveamprayer, it is the reverence and honor that we are to give to
Yahweh that was altered. The use of titles for our almighty God, Yahweh. This came about
while some did not want to have His name misused, has over the
centuries come to not be uttered at all. The respect needed is not
shown in referring to Him by a title for there are others that can be
called lord for that is a title used in countries that have royalty.
Much as we have discovered that the many pagan gods that we have been
blinded to, are found in many of our common practices in worshiping the
Creator of the world, Yahweh. We must not lump all of these terms
together, else how do we tell the difference? Our instruction to give
His name honor is also a protection that we would not be misled into to
worshiping the pagan gods that others worship. Much has been done to
protect us to remain in His safety. Yet with changing of one thing here
and another thing there, over time and generations, in which each do
the same thing--we find ourselves far from our desired destination. We
have been taken so off course that many of us did not know at all, where
we were supposed to be heading. So not only did the path change but
the destination. These small changes seemly insignificant and yet when
considered collectively amount to a whole lot. All praises to Yahweh
for bringing us back to the beginning! The more that we study the
beginning of the Bible we find better understanding for the latter part
of the Bible. Which is the case with most books, you read from the
beginning. Often in many books there and important things that are
referred to throughout the book that is first introduced in the
beginning. The honor that we are to give to Him, to be a faithful bride
to Yahweh our husband, would include not diminishing His word nor His
name. When we find ourselves distant or not understanding our lives we
need to remember what He had given us to do. To hear more of this
