The Fourth Commandment Exodus 20:8-11 Remember the Sabbath day, to sanctify it .  Six days you shall work and accomplish all your work; the seventh day is Sabbath to the Lord, your God; you shall not do any work--you, your son, your daughter, your slave, your maidservant, your animal, and your convert within your gates--for in six day the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and He rested the seventh day.  Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and sanctified it.

314. You shall accomplish your work in six days and rest on the Sabbath --Exodus 23:12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.
315. You shall celebrate the three annual pilgrimage Festivals during the year --Exodus 23:14 Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.
316. You shall not appear before God empty-handed on the pilgrimage Festivals --Exodus 23:15 Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)
317.  You shall not allow the fat of the offerings to remain overnight --Exodus 23:18 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.
318. You shall desist from plowing and harvesting on the Sabbath --Exodus 34:21 Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest: in earing time and in harvest thou shalt rest.
319. All males shall appear before the Lord three times a year --Exodus 34:23 Thrice in the year shall all your menchildren appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel.
320. You shall not slaughter the Passover lamb while in the possession of leavened food --Exodus 34:25 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.
321. You shall not kindle fire in any of your dwellings on the Sabbath day --Exodus 35:3 Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your habitations upon the sabbath day.
322. You shall perform the incense service and offerings on Yom Kippur (Avodah) Leviticus 16
323. You shall afflict yourselves on Yom Kippur --Leviticus 16:29 And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:

The boasting tongue is what we are looking at today, fiveamprayer.  Taking credit and announcing to others what is being done.  This desire to advertise their good to the world brings about attention, but the wrong kind.  This seeking approval of men is in direct conflict to Yahweh's directions.  What credit can we take, being that He affords us all that we have or will have?  We have to know that our desire is to seek His approval alone.  There is no real benefit to getting the accolades of men over the approval of Yahweh, for only He alone is in control of all things!  Pushing Him out of the foreground, to make us the focus is never a good idea!  It would seem to suggest to ourselves, others and Yahweh Himself that you are able to maintain this ability with no assistance from anyone.  How can that which is handcrafted operated outside that which the Master Craftsman made it to do?  To hear this again click here.
