Revelation 12:10; Job 22; Proverbs 25:8; Genesis 3:9-11; Psalm 109:31; 1 Corinthians 4:5; Mark 4:22; Exodus 20:16;  Psalm 119:104;  Proverbs 3:13, 4:5, 4:7; Proverbs 16:23-26; 2 Timothy 2:15; Hebrews 4:12

We are walking in today:  Taming The Tongue--The Accusing Tongue

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Proverbs 25:8 (MSG) Don’t jump to conclusions—there may be a perfectly good explanation for what you just saw.

Genesis 3:9-11 9) And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10) And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11) And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
Psalm 109:31 For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul.

1 Corinthians 4:5 (MSG) So don’t get ahead of the Master and jump to conclusions with your judgments before all the evidence is in. When he comes, he will bring out in the open and place in evidence all kinds of things we never even dreamed of—inner motives and purposes and prayers. Only then will any one of us get to hear the “Well done!” of God.
Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Psalm 119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Proverbs 4:5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Proverbs 16:23-26 23) The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips. 24) Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. 25) There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Thank You God for this word, that we have to be aware of being an accuser.  Let us not just run in without the proper information.  Let us pray before even speaking on an appearance of an accusation.  We don't want to be like the friends of Job who were incorrect in their accusations!  Lord we come to You this morning asking for You to clean us up, that You would give us discernment to really see to the heart of the matter--2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  Fiveamprayer let us walk this out in the spirit, not the disobedient flesh that is distracted by the visual appearance of a thing.  Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  Thank You God for this teaching, that we get this power of life and death lined up with the dominion that You have already given us!  Hold on to this word--that you have the grace of God when accused by others!  Thank You for your servant, Sandy Bell who has spent time in this study, we pray that You would pour back into her for all that she has poured out.  Thank You God for restoring, reviving and refreshing her!  Thank You that You keep revealing more and more of that which is found in our tongues!  Thank You God that you come to get us cleaned up and lined up with Your word!  Amen!  Praise Your holy name!  To hear this word again click here!

We seal this prayer in His precious blood, by His Spirit:  I will ask God for wisdom, discernment and understanding before I speak!  We need to be praying for discernment, that we don't find ourselves being judgmental!  Give us more discernment that we cast down our ways and only operate in Your good and right way!  Lord give us discernment to be still and know that You are God!  Let us put down accusations and judgement--discernment only and obedience to Your word!
